Excellent service! The guy we met up with to change our windshield was awesome! He was friendly and knowledgeable. He changed out our windshield quick and safely. Would definitely recommend!

My windshield got busted/cracked by a truck getting on the interstate. Someone recommend Safelite so I looked into them and decided to go with them for the replacement. The site was easy to use and place my order through and pay ahead of time and set my appointment. The guy that did the work on my truck was very friendly yet professional and informative. He/they did a great job and I highly recommend them. Thank you David and thank you Safelite !

I arrived on time for my appointment at 10 A.M. he promptly got my CR-V in and started even with as badly damaged as my windshield was he still had the old one removed, the new one installed in just under an hour and a half. He was personable, polite, and he works hard. It's the only place I'll go now for auto glass replacement and repair.

My new windshield is beautiful. They arrived on time. Did everything they said they would and made my repair easy and painless. Highly recommend.

Quick service. I was able to enter my payment online while the work was being done so when they were finished all I needed to do was pick my car up. Only downside was, They try to up sale you with a warranty and expensive wiper blades.

The guy that came out was fantastic! Super polite, kind, knowledgeable. Unfortunately, something either wasn't connected or came disconnected on the door handle & he had to return a second time. It was an easy fix. They replaced 3 windows.

Employees are very nice and it's not a long wait if ur getting ur windshield replaced, I think it took like 45 minutes for them to pull my car in and replace the windshield and I was back on the road.

Terrible customer service unless you like talking with a computer. Local company took 2 minutes to tell me they had one in stock and scheduled a time.

Hard to find! The glass tech works out of the back of the Sears Auto Center beside the Cinema, not in the actual mall. You have to walk into the service bay with the vehicle lifts to find him. The Safelite van will be parked inside near the back of the service bay if he's there and not out doing mobile service somewhere.
