Great customer service from Jolene! They are reliable & trustworthy. You don t have to worry about price gouging or being taken advantage of. I highly recommend using them!

I had great service from them Jolene's great! She got me in as quickly as possible and they used my aftermarket warranty, which was Proguard who paid them immediately so kudos to Jolene and her whole team. she scheduled my vehicle and got it done when they said it would be actually a little ahead of time Amazing!! they did a great job. I really would recommend this service center!! they did great work on my 3500 GMC turbo diesel.. will keep this updated since I have another vehicle I plan to take to them for some brake work.

After trying to find a good auto place, these people were honest with me. They suggested that I go for a new car, it'll be too much to repair. Every other car place I've been to just flat out refuses and won't explain why. These people here explained the situation to me and were honest with me. They're not rigging me to get money. If you want the honest people, definitely go here.

I would rate ZERO! scheduled an appointment 3 weeks in advance. When I called I explained to the lady the rear passenger side window switch stopped working but all the switches up front worked. So my appointment came finally and I waited 20 min after I walked in for them to come back and tell me I needed to get the parts from kia or junkyard. Also charged me 50 dollars for telling me that I guess. The lady was rude and didn't even give me my keys to my car. She was to busy leaving after I paid my money to yell around orders to people in the shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto maintenance

Called them and asked for a quote the lady said they was busy she asked for vehicle info. First she said if it's a 4.0 don't want to mess with it but said it's a 3.0 and she said she would call with quote in a few hrs. Never did call back so I called back today and she tells the other person she told me she didn't want to do ot yesterday which was a lie

As always, quick, dependable service. If they quote you a price, more than likely they'll come in very close to that number. That's been my experience anyway. Once they get your car in, they're pretty quick to turn it around, but sometimes you have to wait a few days to get an appointment. Not a complaint, you just need to be aware.

I went there because my truck when you shut off would not start. The battery terminal had broken off so I was sitting in a parking lot calling places. They told me to come right up. I get there they come out and look at it. I told him I was very broke so instead of taking my money he showed me how to do it myself. I go to auto zone to get the part nobody payed me no mind. So I called the garage back asked if I could buy part off them they said yeah. When I get there the guy just gives it to me. Nothing good ever happens to me. Just want to say thanks they are some good hearted people.Service: Auto battery maintenance

Helpful staff did not overcharge me - they actually gave me a bill that was LESS than what they quoted. I was passing through the area and needed work. They did not take advantage of me, despite telling them I was not from the area. Not only did they give a fair price, they were significantly cheaper than other competitors in the area. They also seemed genuinely concerned about the condition of my vehicle and found other things that could be taken care of, and let me know when they should be serviced. They did not pressure me at all when I opted not to have them do additional work.

I really can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. Having a mechanic you can trust is so crucial! These guys are so capable and knowledgeable. Everyone in the shop is super experienced. They do fantastic fast work. So honest and reasonable. Never some bs to customers to make an extra few bucks like so many places. Just straight up and dependable. I just wouldn't take my car an where else. Period. Best place ever! SIX STARS!!!

Beware of this place.. I put my vehicle in here to get fixed, well a month later m vehicle is in another garage. They was suppose to replace both my rotors, my brakes. And a coil I paid for it 500$ some dollars. So anyways took my vehicle home parked it for awhile took it out and my tire rim stated smoking black smoke and was very hot. So I take it to another garage my caliber is locked up.. come to find out this place right here plaza service center did not replace both my rotors only 1 of them! And only buy one brake pads on 1 side are you kidding me! Meanwhile charged me for it.. Please stay away or check that they replaced that part before leaving. I will. Never go back!

It used to be a good auto repair shop, but last experience was down right criminal. They estimated over $2,000 of repairs needed, and said they weren't done with the estimate . . . more was needed to repair the AC and "make the brakes safe for towing". I took my truck elsewhere and everything was repaired as requested for less than $600. The AC pump wasn't bad at all. All the brake rotors and pads were good. When your mechanic smiles at you when describing your truck's problems, walk away.Dishonest or incompetent.

Electrical this time. Had issues a few months ago with vehicle. Had to bring back twice after service was done. Because of inconvenience next time vehicle needed to be worked on they would take our vehicle right in, no wait. They do not honor their agreements.Service: BatteryService: Battery

My check engine light came on. I first took it to Monroe who misdiagnosed it. I then took it here. It turned out to be one of my engine valves was bad. They advised me that they could fix it, but another might break in the future and I would be in the same position, but out hundreds of dollars. I believe they are an honest shop and I am currently taking my car there for another problem.

Worst shop ever if they brake it apparently it's your fault do not go my car is alot worst then before I took it to them tried to cheat me out of alot of money. I ended up sending my boyfriend to deal with them. So I dodnt have to I know more about cars then them I only took it to them because I did not have the time. Horrible

This is a pretty good garage and it is a decent place, the place is booked pretty solid so be sure to call ahead if you'd like to get your vehicle serviced. I d say they are booked being thst they are good techs.

Very nice & they are very honest!!! They don't charge an arm & leg for everything. They actually have pretty good prices & the mechanics actually know what they are doing!!! Highly recommended!!!

Great customer service, good prices, full coverage garage. If you need anything done on almost any consumer vehicle, they can normally handle it.

This place looked at my oil leak and gave me. Quote to repair that was over $2000. I took my car to another place and it was repaired for less than $100. I would not recommend these people for anything.

Quoted me $30 for an oil change and charged $42 which isn't bad. The bad part is when it takes over an hour and a half to do a 15-45 minute job.

Incompetent when it comes to NAPA warranty work. I told them my less than a year old NAPA exhaust manifold was leaking and asked them to honor the NAPA warranty. They insisted it was just gaskets and would not replace manifold. I have gone through two sets of exhaust gaskets now and finally Monro identified a warped manifold!!! Never ever ever trust NAPA or Plaza.
