Generally I really like this place. I've never had issues before but this time I was in here close to closing And they must have really been rushing because I came to have my passenger side rear tire replaced and while walking by I noticed they were replacing my front drivers side tire. Finally got someone to let them know and I got serious attitude from them about it. I get it you are closing soon but it stated on the work order passenger rear so don't get mad at me over your mess up. While also in there a guy was asking about things that he had wanted done to his truck and none were done and this guy was also catching attitude.

Gage was awesome!! I told him my wife s tires needed changed as soon as he could get her in. He had her Tahoe in within an hour. I told him her tire size and he gave me quotes for 3 different choices and was very knowledgeable about each one. They had my tires and oil changed and she was out of there in a little over an hour! Great service!!! Very happy!!

Service was perfect! I ended up needing more parts than anticipated and they were able to get the parts in a timely fashion and fix everything. Everyone was super friendly and Gage kept me informed on how things were going and how long it would be. Anything they found, Gage called me to let me know and gave me an estimate each time. For the amount of work I got done, the price was extremely reasonable. I always love the staff here, but today I was reminded why I keep coming back to NTB for my services. Thank you for everything!

Store manager Kendall is wonderful! I had a problem with a tire and he and his staff went the extra mile to take care of me. Customer service like you don't see much anymore. This wasn't the first time I've been impressed with this crew but it's the first time I'm posting. Thanks!!

Literally the Worst place I have ever had to deal with. I ve had my car dealt with 3 times here and had problems every time. They installed TPMS sensors then told me they couldn t program them so I had to drive to Morgantown to get them down. I ve had 2 vehicles aligned here. The first had to be taken somewhere else, 2 months and 2 tires later and the second vehicle I have had back 3 times in the last 3 weeks. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Overpriced trash service.

I had an appointment set for 10am for an alignment, when I got there I gave them a heads up that another shop told me something in my front end needed to be replaced before it could be aligned, JR that works at the counter assured me it be checked out then a little time went by and he told me they didn't find anything that needed replaced except my camber bushings (which I'll get done later). JR was cracking jokes with every customer that walked in and always had a smile on and kept a great attitude. Will recommend to friends and family and will return if there is work I need done that I can't do

The Staff at NTB, Bridgeport, WV have been exceptionally helpful to me and my family s autos. I brought in a recently purchased 2013 GTI, needing tires, inspection, oil change, and other maintenance. Kandus, JR, Gage, and John were professional, courteous, accommodating, and efficient. Superior service all around!Thank you.Robert Swansonp.s. Additionally, they were honest when they told me that I needed to take my VW Atlas to the VW dealership for an alignment, and didn t charge me for service they weren t equipped to perform. Thanks again JR, Kandus, and Gage! I will be back for more car services.

This place is a love / hate relationship. They do an amazing job on the work done but then service will not be handled the best. Most of the employees are young and trying to learn which causes slowness in getting things done. But they are all good people. They recently got bought out by Mavis I believe. Which caused them to change some rules or how they used to do things, which is annoying.

today is January 20, 2024. My windshield wipers was shot. I had went to the car dealer where I had bought my car and they wanted absolutely nothing to do with it right off the get go !! I go to NTB spoke to a gentleman named JR and he was absolutely amazing, actually, all 4 gentlemen that was sitting in there was kind and very compassionate, and they act like they cared about the situation, I m very thankful for the group of guys that I dealt with this morning and I m very thankful for JR because he got me on the road as soon as possible.

I always have had quick, great, and reliable service at NTB. They have always went out of their way to help me or my daughter with her car. She is a student at WVU and I cannot always get there to help her. I trust them to work on all of my vehicles.

2 weeks ago it started went to have new tires put on aftermarket wheels, along with 4 new TSP sensors. Well they did not have the sensors asked to come back the next day to install them. Came back the next day they installed them but could NOT program them to my truck. Was told to take it to a dealership they could do it. Dealership could not connect to the sensors said to take it to another tire shop got there a few days later and they could not read them as well. Son they had to put 4 more sensors in the tires and program them. So $300 twice for sensors for my truck because of there negolance or lack of equipment

Blew 2 tires, was stuck in the middle of nowhere for hours, and got towed to NTB. They were the only good part of my day. They had my tire situation squared away in minutes and then helped me figured out a rental and other services. Above and beyond service!

Awesome service at NTB Tire at Meadowbrook Mall. Gage at the service desk was friendly, polite, and provided outstanding service. If you ever need automotive service, you can't go wrong at this location!!

Friendly and polite. Clean facility. Seem to do good work. A little slow on doing a state safety check, took about 1:45 from time of appointment, vs the 1 hour expected. I'll try them again and see if they are faster next time. They did do a complete job with the inspection, although not much documented ("vehicle and battery ok").July 2023 safety check not a good experience. Staff seemed overworked and under pressure. When I arrived for my safety check appt, after calling to verify they had adequate staffing for my appt, per their website, I was told they were 2 hours behind, .. which they were... completing the job 2.5 hours later. Some other detail issues: they left my parking lights on, got the driver's floor dirty and greasy (see pic), as well as stepping on my seat cushion which got dropped on the floor, soiling it. I'll give them another chance, but I'm looking for alternatives.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though they were doing the transition to Midas they still did the work in a timely manner. Hoping this level of service will remain the same

I have been here since 8 am this morning. I dropped my car off Sunday was supposed to be fixed Tuesday there computer was down was supposed to call me and let me know if it was back up and running never received that call I called them and told them I would be there at 8am. got here a little after 8 and it is still not in the shop beginning worked on( 9:48)
