NAPA is the best place for auto parts. If you can't find a part elsewhere then best chance is with NAPA, their books cover vehicles that are long forgotten. Workers are friendly and helpful. They don't install batteries or wipers but they have the quality parts

Very helpful and friendly people. Big shop, lots of selection and the only place I found trac-grabbers. Even if the trac-grabbers didn't help at all with the mud we were stuck in we were still happy when I found out someone actually had them.

Good experience, as expected, with the Benedum NAPA associate I worked with . He listened well, was courteous and took the time to help me with a trailer hitch issue, giving me options to my solution. Just another reason to shop NAPA, even though this was a little out of the way.

In and out within minutes... I called ahead from Munro Auto for a part to get there informing them of my situation and part in hand and out the door. The staff was courteous and informative about their delivery service could have brought the part out to me instead of driving my car to retrieve it myself... also, the store was neat... thanks, guys... I will recommend them for your auto parts needs.

I like the people here and enjoyed buying from them for years. Recent changes in pricing have driven me and others online or other supplier in the area. Examples: bearing $107 from here, $27 from Applied Tech in Fairmont. Cooling lines $132 from here,, $92 from Advance (without discount) and with exact manufacturer of part.

I was in there for an interview call Mama and everyone was so incredibly friendly! Not to mention, my aunt worked there for decades and she loved it! Never a bad word to say about it, and now I can see why.

I signed up for the rewards card. You get a percentage off and with the email you receive good deals. I go to the one at Salt well exit and all of the counter guys are very helpful I would recommend them 100%

I needed a hose for my Chevy because I was leaking antifreeze. They didn't have it in the warehouse, however they immediately found what I needed in a NAPA store close to the warehouse and took care of me. The store never had a showroom full of product. However, there is a big change! When you enter the store now, you will experience shelves of beautifully organized auto products that meet your auto needs and more. Really nice.

Used to be able to go to Napa find most of what you needed on the sales floor then corporate came in rearranged the whole story most everything is in the back now and most of the staff is not very knowledgeable due to the fact that they don't want to pay enough to keep good employees

The Whole Staff Are The Best, They make you feel like family, my brother & i were in very much need of help our shocks on our freightliner m2 were long overdue on maintence the whole staff came by to help us, we were very happy & please with the professional & excellent customer service everyone provided, we were suprise with the beautiful West Virgina hospitality we were given us being from GA, we will definitely come back to this Napa, If i was a millionare ill fly there for the service just because they were just that awesome & really cared about helping us, Loved the experince & staff & happy to say Napa has our buisness for life!!! Thanks To The Perfect Staff, They Went Over & Above Expectations, Everyone Working on 9/29/17 Thank You For Helping Us Get Back On The Road Safely, Which Means Alot To Us Commercial Drivers!!! Will Be Sending Buisness Partners There Way!!!

Got a bunch of dipshit imbreds working here. avoid at all costs won't even give you your money back for a new part purchased there. Even when they give the wrong part.
