Kia was amazing at helping us find the perfect vehicle. I was able to do most of the paperwork before even going into the shop. We ended up changing our mind once we got there about which vehicle we wanted! They were very helpful and had patience with us. Michael was the sales rep we worked with and he made sure we were very happy the whole time. I would highly recommend Kia to anyone.

I've purchased a lot of new vehicles through the years and my experience at Ken Ganley was, by far, the best experience I've ever had! Fred is an awesome salesman. He made me feel comfortable through the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly go over my new K5 before I left the lot - something I've never had done before. He has contacted me several times to make sure I don't have any questions and to ensure that I'm satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesman to anyone I know shopping for a vehicle in the Clarksburg area!!

I was able to get a new car pretty quickly. Dwight was great to work with, and everyone at this dealership was wonderful. They all worked so hard to help me. The quality of my car is fantastic, and I felt so welcome at Ken Ganley Kia. No one made me feel like I was a bother, nor was anyone pushy or dismissive. I will definitely continue to buy cars from here.

I had an exceptional car-buying experience with Mike Holepit. Despite purchasing the car out of state, he efficiently handled all paperwork, ensuring everything was ready upon my arrival. The entire process took about an hour, and even post-purchase, Mike promptly addressed my concerns. Flying from Texas to buy a car from him was a decision well worth it, and I highly recommend his dedicated and professional service.

Ken Ganley had by far the best prices. I drove 4 hours to save thousands on a vehicle I was interested in. They treat you like family. Even after the purchase they make sure you're happy and to see if there's any problems. I would highly recommend.

We had the best experience talking with Ron. He was honest and straight forward. He explained things so well and gave us information we didn't know that no one had ever taken the time to explain. Our experience with Travis the Service Manager was great too. We didn't buy a car today but this will be where we go to purchase one soon. Highly recommend Ron.

Ken Ganley Kia is awesome. I don't feel like they try to pull one over on you, and are always honest about what's going on with your vehicle. Super friendly, and down to earth too. Definitely plan on coming back for service, and maybe even buying a car.

Mike holepit was our salesman Saturday and had an absolute great experience buying my new 2024 Kia Sportage he was very knowledgeable answered any questions we had and just absolutely great to deal with. 10/10 recommend great dealership great people!

Want to give a thanks and appreciation to my Salesman Ron, made my decision easy and a great experience. The deal makers did me a solid negotiation on my trade, May even consider them a friend after the back and forth. The best deal I thought could be done was completed. So do yourself a favor and go visit these guys at Ken Gantley Kia. Service for vehicles are done in a timely manner, however they do try to tack on a lot of pricy additions during service- it's easy to decline those offers via the web portal.They did try to force me to purchase a new set of tires by offering a state inspection that wasn't required, such as I would be given a fail sticker unless I purchased a set of tires from them. It was obvious, but I can see how many might fall for such a tactic.As with most places, always watch out for up selling. If your inspection sticker is still valid, never take the offer for a new one.

The Service department is great!! I originally was going to be late to my appointment and thought id have to cancel, but they were willing to work with my schedule and would see me as soon as I could make it in. They went above and beyond to create a positive experience despite some questions that arose. From my experience, Greg communicates with his team well and wants to create a positive experience for customers.

My father and I had the worst dealer experience ever at Ken Ganley Kia a few days ago. First my father has 60 years of automobile experience from being a salesman to shop foreman for several dealership. I myself worked for Buckhannon Auto Mall as a salesman. This experience takes time to explain and because of the limits you will have to get the cliff notes.1. We waited outside for ten minutes no salesman came out to great us. we walked in five guys are in the back office having a good time talking.2. receptionist had to page a salesman to come to the showroom for customer assistance.3. salesman asked us to follow him to his office. first question he asked is "How do we plan to pay for the vehicle, cash or finance? We answered "probably finance" but we don't even know the price of the car yet.4. He asked " can I have your driver license and insurance information so you can do a test drive." We inform him we do not want to test drive the car at this time we would just like to see and sit in the car. The reason is because my mom was out of town and my dad doesn't want to test drive the car until she is back from her trip. My father is 77 with a bad hip and two knee which have been replace. Getting in and out of vehicles is challenging for him and he just wanted to come over and see how difficult it might be for him to get in and out of the car. If he can get in and out fairly easy he was going to bring my mother back later to test drive.5. We told the salesman, "If he could go get the key for us to look at the car that's all we you to do.". The salesman disappears for ten minutes. My father and I proceed back out to the car.6. The salesmen left for about ten minutes before returning. We asked the salesman the price of the car which he finally disclosed. I went to open the door to look inside, but the car was still locked. I looked at the salesman "Did you unlock the car?" He said "No, he didn't have the keys." I was was already annoyed he asked us for our personal information right off the bat and now I've asked twice for the keys and still haven't seen the inside of the car. Salesman leaves and goes back inside the dealership.7. Another ten minutes goes by. My father and I have been at the dealership almost a half hour and have yet to see any part of this car other than the outside. The salesmen returns but this time with the General Sales Manger.8. The General Sales Manger informs us who he is and wants to know how he can be of service to us. I'm very confused because I don't need the General Sales Manger to do anything I just need the salesman to unlock the door so my father can sit in the car. We just need to determine if my father has pain getting in and out of the car. Had the Salesman started with just general conversation with us, he might have learned that bit of information.9. I said to the General Sales Manger I just need you to unlock the car see we can see inside. He said "Our policy and procedure state" I cut him off and at this point and said "No you obviously don't want to sell a vehicle " In my head I could not believe how bad they were screwing this up. The General Sale Manager said "I just want to help you". At this point I did something I very seldom do, but I started to cuss. I said "I just need you to go get the G.D. Keys." My father at this point has had enough as well and yelled "Lets GO". The Manger still trying to force us to follow the policy and procedure is talking to me and I looked right at him and said "All you had to do was get the F-in keys" and we left the dealership.A salesman should not ask how you plan to pay for the car or ask for any personal information until the customer feels comfortable with you. Also its not a good sign when you have to page a salesman to your showroom when you have five of them in an office talking. Every dealership I've even been to the first thing they do is taking you out to the car and hand you the keys so you can inspect the car yourself. My dad researched for two month before finding this car and we made a special trip just to see it.

Our salesman Noah was great! He was very personable and friendly. We came in to look at subcompact size SUVs, with a specific criteria and finance image in mind. We were not pressured into upgrading or compromising on our decision. Payments landed exactly where we wanted to, and we were not overly pressured into buying excess packages with the finance department.

I purchased my first ever brand new car from Ken Ganley s dealership in Clarksburg! The facility was cleanly and beautiful, staff was welcoming, kind and very helpful. Salesman Michael Holepit was absolutely amazing!!! He was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable! I very highly recommend if you re looking for a new vehicle to ask for him!! Absolutely perfect experience!!!

We trust our vehicle to Ken Ganley Kia. They friendly and respectful and also fast at figuring out what was wrong with our Kia. They also were nice enough to let us use a rental Kia so we wouldn t have to sit a wait while they fixed our Kia. Thanks to Michael Carver and the mechanics for making our experience less stressful .

We got a flat tire the other day in the road work on the interstate and went to Kia to see if we could use that extra pothole protection that we bought. Not only did they not want to to talk to us they said it would be a few hours. Then we call a few hours later to no help only that they are busy. Not only that we had been told when we bought the car that we had oil changes for free for the 6 years of the loan. Then they say that is not an option on the car you have any more so pay the money. Just to say I have bought 3 cars from them and I will not buy another and don t recommend them for anyone

Really nice people. Till I had an issue. The trailer lights wouldn't work. The first trip back they examined the Jeep and after an hour determined they needed 2hrs and I would drop it off. They needed the 2hrs to "go into the harness!". I found the issue on the web. Took it to a Jeep dealership had the module flashed to recognize the trailer lights and $160 later all is well

Great service department and always answers all my questions. I have just had normal maintenance things done but they always recommend anything they see that may need attention soon to keep my Kia Sportage running smoothly and reliably.

Fred was an amazing salesmen, he went above and beyond to make sure we knew EVERYTHING about our car before we left the dealer, he has kept in contact with us to make sure we are enjoying our new car and has also made us feel like family. Would recommend this dealership and especially Fred as a salesmen to anyone in the hunt for a new or used car, this will 100% be our go to dealership in the future.
