Thank you, RYAN GUM at Jenkins Subaru in Bridgeport, WV for an almost effortless car purchasing experience! What a ride, if you are looking to buy a Subaru you have to swing by Jenkins, there lot is filled with New and used Subarus just waiting for their new owners to drive them off the lot and ask for Ryan Gum when you walk through the door. Ryan was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, didn t push and he along with the decision makers at Jenkins Subaru worked with me to come up with a Win-Win deal where we were all happy at the end of the day! I couldn t have asked for a better car buying experience! Thanks again Ryan!!

Ryan was absolutely amazing! Told him which car I was looking at and told him what I was looking for if that option didn t work for me . He made it simple, made the process as quick as possible and made sure we understood everything we needed to know about the car. I would absolutely anyone who wants an easy going sales man to go see Ryan. My car was shined up, detailed, and everything was ready to go when I got there .

Will always be a returning customer! Alexis Chambers always goes above & beyond to get you in a car! As well as Michael Bacco in Financing working all the numbers to get you the best deal! I have bought 2 cars from here and it has always been a quick/easy process compared to other car dealerships. The entire staff is always welcoming and eager to get you in the perfect car for you. 10/10 recommend Jenkins in Bridgeport!

Jenkins Subaru was super friendly from the moment I approached the entrance doors. Every person was helpful, courteous, and willing to help me. The sales staff were very informative and genuinely nice. I love the services offered. Jenkins is my new home for car sales and service. I LOVE my new Subaru Outback Touring XT.

No appointment necessary, I was in and out very quickly, I was greeted promptly, professionally and everyone had a great attitude. They shuttled me to my VA appointment and back, kept me informed and were very courteous and efficient. The lady with the red hair and glasses at the service counter was AWESOME.

I just completed my second Subaru purchase with Joey Tomasula and I am pleased everytime. I purchased a 50th Anniversary STI that I was given a great deal on. We recently purchased a 2023 Forester Touring from Jenkins Subaru. It was a great experience! From the first email inquiry until we drove the Forester home, we experienced top-notch customer service. Cierra was very courteous and professional, and answered all of our questions promptly. All of the staff who assisted us in our purchase were great to work with as well. I pulled in (with no appointment) for my 30,000 check up and was greeted, as always with a smile and tremendous courtesy. I did ask for new windshield wipers. They not only installed them, but washed the windshield glass, outside and in, and also cleaned the console. Where else can you get that kind of service?

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Corey was very friendly and patient with us and his knowledge of the cars was exceptional. The paperwork portion of the car buying experience is something I always dread, but at Jenkins they make it fast and almost enjoyable. We were in and out very quickly and everyone was so friendly. We drove from Beckley because of Jenkins inventory and excellent reputation. It was worth the trip. I would highly recommend Jenkins and Corey to anyone looking to buy a new Subaru.

I called a few days before we went to the dealership, and spoke with Alexis on the phone. She was phenomenal, she did most of the heavy lifting with getting prices and payment amounts before we ever even got the dealership to help expedite the process. Fantastic service, will definitely consider if I or anyone I know needs to look for a car

I cannot believe I am posting a positive review for an auto dealership but these guys deserve it!, I drove from Lexington, KY to deal with Jenkins and was happy to do it. We have a long family history relationship with Jenkins. Ryan is a real straight shooter and was able to work with me over the phone for the best deal possible ... far better than anything I could get in Lexington or Louisville. Upon my arrival in Bridgeport, everything was already pre-arranged as agreed and I was out of there in my new Subaru in less than an hour. Could not ask for a better experience.

My experience on my recent purchase on a new WRX was hassle free with timely response on my offer. The actual car pick up was prompt, friendly and dealership did not push service plans too hard, and I was out the door in less than 1 hour. The reception and overall was excellent. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to come back.

Thank you Travis Johnson!! I went to Jenkins Subaru to purchase a new car. I wasn t exactly sure which car I wanted. I told Travis what I wanted as far as options, fuel economy, and performance and he got me in a 2024 Subaru Outback that has everything I asked for. Trey in finance was great. He took the time to explain and customize my warranty package to fit my needs. Lexxey, the delivery specialist went over all the bells and whistles of the car with me, taking the time to explain and answer any questions I had. She was so kind and knowledgeable. My entire car buying experience at Jenkins Subaru was excellent. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

April was fantastic. She was upfront, knowledgeable, and provide options and numbers early on that were spot-on at the end. She didn t pressure us and was incredibly helpful. Our only negative experience with Jenkins was the finance guy who tried to pressure us to add up to $160 to our monthly payment for extended warranties and acted like we were idiots and in disbelief when we declined, noting all the negatives about the new car and how likely things are to break as soon as the warranty was over. Overall, I d purchase from April again and just grit through the final finance process.

Purchased 2021 Versa SR July 1, 2023. Although the 2 hour trip was a bit further than I had originally planned. Alexis at Jekins Subaru made it as painless as a process that can be expected. Rates are just what they are all aound. However their team worked with me reducing mine to as low as they could. While working with me on their added packages to a payment I was happy with while still providing additional warranty coverage on the vehicle. Since buying it last Saturday the cars had its rear badging removed and some tint all around. So far the car runs as good as its looking thank you Alexis and Jenkins for going above and beyond on my purchase.

I absolutely recommend Jenkins! I have Bought 2 Vehicles off Of Alexis Chambers s and it was the best buying experience! I bought a 2023 Subaru Impreza from her at the beginning of 2023. Then 10 months later when I needed more room because I was expecting my first baby I bought a Hyundai Tucson off of her! She was so easy to get along with and explained everything in great detail to make sure I had the best buying experience possible! GO SEE ALEXIS! You won t regret it!
