I broke down on my way to work. We waited a while but it s understandable since the guy had his dog at the time. I don t know his name, but our tower was quick, efficient, and so so polite. I will definitely recommend them in the future!!

Mr. Riggs Garage was more than helpful! Our car broke down on a Friday evening, was towed to his garage on Saturday- a holiday weekend!- and was fixed with a new alternator in 3 hours! The mechanic was excellent! The price was more than fair also. Thank you Mr. Riggs and mechanic! I will tell all my friends and family what a great job you did for us!

Dan was very great to work with. I had a Friday night accident and his employees were able to get me to my hotel. I had to have someone from home come get me. On Sunday I was coming through this way again and he met me at his business on his day off so I could get items from my vehicle. He even gave me a t-shirt! Highly recommend him for service should you need it!

We were on our way back from overnight work, and staring down a 4.5 hour drive at 4 in the morning to get back to PA. On the way back, there was a tree down and we were redirected.... to the other side of the tree, with it still blocking our way. We decided to use GPS, which we found out later, to be a big mistake. GPS takes us down county highway 17/20, which is completely washed out from the storms, mistake number two was thinking our E250 could handle this while towing a small trailer. A smaller sedan was able to turn around but we were not, so we kept going. We got stuck. We figured maybe we could get out if we detached the trailer, that just caused more problems and frustration. We called 911, well it turns out, this wasn t considered an emergency in the backwoods of West Virginia... but they did give us 3 numbers to call. First 2 people couldn t be bothered to answer the phone at 4am Dan Riggs was busy, but they called us back and we got to work trying to figure out just how lost we were. After some back and forth, and what seemed like a lost cause, it strikes me like a bolt of lightning, just reverse search directions from the shop to our current location. That did the trick, and Rob was sent to save us. We began to wonder which way he may be coming down the "road and realized it was getting close the ETA and no sooner do we start to worry, Rob shows up walking down the path like some terrifying speak of the devil horror movie moment. Only because of the scenery, Rob himself, a southern angel sent from on high, patron saint of the lost and weary. This man made it past the worst this nightmare county highway to hell had to offer, and told us very politely we re not going back that way. We walked a little way he came and realized it was a blessing in disguise that we got stuck where we did. Rob got back on solid black top and when we told we owed him a drink his reply? Humbly I don t drink. The man never made fun of us once either, even though the locals sure as hell did along with everyone we work with. Thanks Dan Riggs and thanks again Rob.
