I would rate Rose with 10 stars if I could. I don t believe any one else would have worked nearly as much to make sure we have the best insurance with the best price.I HIGHLY recommend calling Rose for a consultation at State Farm.

I was auto and homeowners insurance shopping and Rose was extremely helpful. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Her passion for her job was incredible and she took the time to go over everything and was very helpful. Glad I made the switch.

Liana helped me extremely efficiently today. My previous insurance company raised my rates, so I began calling companies. I was lucky when Liana returned my call. Liana took the time & went over ever detail about the new quote that turned into my new policy with State Farm. Liana was knowledgeable, kind & patient. She made the switch worry free. I would recommend this insurance agency based on her help.

Our previous auto insurance doubled after the company automatically added our 16 year old son without any notification. We called our previous company and after raising deductibles and lowering coverages we got the price down to $200 more than we normally paid and thought that was the best we could do. Rose called us and said you guys are paying waaayyy too much! Let me see what I can do! She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. She was able to get our auto policy back to our original monthly payment with our original coverages and we added another vehicle! She asked about other insurances that we had through our previous company. Long story short . State Farm is now our Auto, Life, Homeowners and Travel Trailer insurance company! We couldn t be happier! Rose is wonderful and such a pleasure to deal with! We are beyond grateful!

I talked to Liana this morning about getting insurance with State Farm. She was easy to talk to and made it easy to switch to State Farm. She was an absolute joy to talk to and I enjoyed starting with your insurance. I do appreciate all she did to make the change to your company so easy. Thank you Liana for all you did. Rose was a blessing to work with. she helped us save over 400 a month on insurance. After our other insurance company raise our premium with out warning. I will be telling people to call her at Chad Reppert state farm from now on. Again thank you so much rose you are a blessing.

I was with progressive for over a year. They raised my rate almost seven times in that year after switching to them this group was very kind you gave me a good quote and save me over $200 a month on insurance highly recommended

I usually don't speak with insurance companies, but today I'm glad I did. Liana was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about state farm insurance. I was looking around for a new insurance provider and Rose contacted me with a quote. I had been with my previous insurance provider for about 11 years, however their rates seemed to sky rocket and they were not interested in helping me out. Rose on the other hand was very helpful and patient with me as I had many questions. She was able to provide answers to all of them and helped to adjust a policy that fit all of my needs for an affordable price. I highly recommend State Farm and especially Rose as she is a delightful person to work with.

I am blown away by the level of professionalism and dedication that Rose Matthews has presented me with. She has gone absolutely above and beyond with her job. Rose has exceeded every expectation that I had for insurance company s. We need more people like her in this world. People like Rose make this world a better place. Oh and thank you rose for you patients with me I know that first phone call I was being rude and I apologize, however you still went and found me a lower price and I can t thank you enough. Honestly the best thing we ever did! Rose is the sweetest lady ever handling me and my fianc� . We got the cheapest insurance ever and we had an amazing time talking to her, please please please if you need good insurance go to her!
