I had an amazing customer service experience. The gentlemen working helped me select the correct headlights and brake lights for my vehicle. Then, they went above and beyond and installed them for me. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this location for your auto part needs!

Went to auto zone this morning and the girl was not happy to be there and was not helpful at all. I ve been a customer for 20 years and this was the worst ever. Wanted a headlight bulb and she didn t know what she was doing and argued with me. I was done, went right next door to advance auto and with in 5 minutes I was getting my part and out

Big shout out to Gerald at Auto Zone Bridgeport, WV. He went above and beyond when there was three women, and a hungry toddler stranded at his store for hours! I was at the store when my battery died. I walked to AutoZone to purchase one. Kyler not only gave me a ride back to my Jeep but also installed the battery. Super sweet, and very professional Thank you so much Kyler! You re an awesome young man! Also, a thank you to the man who aloud Kyler to do this for me.

Went to get my windshield wipers replaced. The gentleman helping me was very nice. He helped me select the blades, and even installed them. He went the extra mile by wiping out the snow for me. I don t drive in snow often and didn t think it was something that had to be done. He was very informative.

I'd barely walked in when someone asked what I was looking for and told me where to look. Another employee was at the computer and asked make model and year of my car, and what grade I was interested in. He not only found the parts I needed but installed them (wiper blades). Wonderful people and service! I'll know about the parts in time, but have always been satisfied in the past.

Staff wasn t very knowledgeable about the item I needed. (Tubeless tire valve). I had the tire with me to make sure I got the right size. They didn t want to check it. The guy just picked one of the 4 sizes and said it was the standard size. Oh really? Didn t fit. Moron

Traveling back home to SC and figured our wipers sucked and didn't want to drive back with ones that should have been replaced a year ago, especially with all the rain that was coming. Stopped in and got some new wipers. We were checked out by Candace. She was really nice and great to talk to. She seems to enjoy her job. Would stop by again if we need to and were in town.

I bought a windshield wiper for my Cadillac and of course The Cadillacs not going to be a Snap-On and off. But the staff didn't stop until they got it right and they were very helpful and fast service

I stopped in within an hour of closing on New Year's Eve during a cross-country trip. Not only was I NOT rushed so they could close up shop, the guys went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my car that would have been dangerous for me to have been dealing with on the road myself later in the evening. They knew I was a drive-through customer--a one-and-done--but provided amazing customer service anyway. I can only imagine the level of care that the regulars receive.

I was two hours away from home when my tail lights went out. I stopped here and got superb service from Mickey K. He took the time to find my fuse box, replace my fuse, and make me secure enough to drive my car home that night. We need more people like him in the world. Thanks Mickey

My daughter and I came in to get assistance with her daughter's car problem. The staff was more than helpful, and never once made us feel that because we are female that we didn't belong there or that what we needed someone else (a male) to speak for us.

I like to order my parts online because they are much cheaper but if you cant wait or need to do an oil change they usuallynhave what you need or can get it there the next day

I appreciate the Autozone employee's at the clarksburg and Bridgeport wv stores for getting me the parts I needed on a Sunday. I've been shopping with yall for years,got a good deal on what I needed today, saved 15%

Gotta love seeing three employees including manager with one customer (besides myself) in the store and waiting forever to check out! They also think the phone is more important than the customer standing in front of them.

Do go here! Just go to Advanced Auto Parts next door! Advanced Auto Parts helped us immediately and were so nice. We went into AutoZone at 7:30 pm on 10/21/18 willing to pay top dollar for a car battery. The guy working told us he wouldn t do it because I get off in like 25 minutes and it s going to take me 20 minutes. He also states that he hasn t ever done a battery on a Nissan Rogue. The battery is super accessible and easy to do, so basically this guy was just being lazy! Horrible service! I don t know his name but he was about 30 years old with a scraggly light colored beard.

Lousy customer service on Sunday at this store. Ended up with wrong part after answering a bunch of questions. Clerk doesn't know a Taurus is a Ford product, then still sold us the wrong oil filter. We came back to get atf just before closing and they had shut down the register with the store still open and customers in store who were made to leave.

I wouldn't recommend going here. I always get parts on time, until I started going here. They have messed up three of my orders now telling me they got "delayed". Don't tell me a part is coming in on a certain day and then tell me it's late when I get there on the arrival date. They didn't even offer me anything for wasting my damn time. I'll stick to going to advance auto parts across the street. Thanks for wasting my time jerks.

JR Chapman Parts Sales Manager at Auto Zone in Bridgeport, WV is amazing!I dropped off my Jeep to Urse Honda in Fairmont, WV and Urse had my Jeep for over 24 hours and did nothing to fix it!JR Chapman at Auto Zone fixed my Jeep in 10 minutes! Thank you so much, JR CHAPMAN!I highly recommend Auto Zone in Bridgeport, WV!!! Excellent customer service!!!

I took old oil there to disposed of. I understand them taking the oil back and dumping it in their container. But I don't understand why I couldn't throw my old jugs away.
