Great store with average prices. I bought parts for a car, but had to return them. accepted without problems. the money is returned to the card. You have to wait a long time to get cash.

Very helpful! I hit a deer halfway on my road trip and my undercarriage cover was dragging on the ground. These guys helped me remove it so I could reach my destination. Really saved me right before closing on a holiday weekend. I'm very grateful!

I usually enjoy Advanced and have had great service. Especially at the one in White Hall, WV. However, the knowledge of the employees at this location was limited in both how to work their systems and product knowledge. The pricing was off from what was listed on the shelves and what was rang in. However in the end they did make it right but I had to do most of the work when it came to finding what I was looking for. I would give 31/3 stars because of the fact they gave me a discount in the end, but if I weren't so persistent it would not have happened.

They usually have what I need in stock. Most of the people I ve had to deal with at several of the locations are nice enough. I check here and if they don t have it in stock, I try the Zone.

Minus 4 stars for the bad attitudes every single one of the employees there had. As a business owner myself, I have to say, attitudes like those don't create repeat business. Customers are everything. Without them, you have nothing.***As a response to your reply, I will continue to use the store. I have for years. You guys are the only place that carries something I need daily. I don't think people should expect a person working at an auto parts store to be an ASE certified mechanic and be able to diagnose their problem, recommend a part, and explain how to install that part. But I do think that anyone in contact with the public, as the face of the company, should be expected to have a certain attitude, and expected NOT to have certain attitudes.

Had the best experience here! We came in 30 minutes before closing time needing a battery replaced, and we were helped immediately. After AutoZone next door turned us away purely out of laziness, we were so happy! JD was the name of the gentleman who helped us. He changed the battery quickly and made it look easy, like he could practically do it asleep. Great Service and if JD ever opens up a shop, we re going there! He was the best!

We had a dead battery still under warranty, the guys there couldn't find it on the first try so they said it's not in there. You'll have to pay full price for a new one. A woman worker came and looked more seriously for the warranty and found it. She even had to go back to get the actual battery herself. The other workers were not busy. Thank God for her. I will be back if she is working. If not I'll go elsewhere.

Edit after owner reply: "a couple more years" vs two days is a gigantic miss of the markI came in here two days ago, saying I thought I needed a new battery. The guy came out and tested it and said it was good to go for another couple years. This morning, when I needed to leave for work, my car wouldn't start. When roadside came over, they discovered the battery needed replacing. I went to AutoZone and told them what happened to which they replied that it was normal for them to lie to someone's face if they didn't feel like doing it or weren't capable. If you didn't want to do it, fine. But you made me miss work when you lied to my face and that is completely unacceptable. I will make sure to tell everyone I know who will spread the word to those they know to not shop at this store ever.

I went in to have an alternator checked on my little sisters car because she is still learning. None of the employees were wearing masks not that it s a law or anything but just thought I would share, and the employee tried to tell me that it would be $608 for an alternator! That price was completely incorrect and this person mumbled and was not very friendly when they did our free alternator test. I then went to autozone next to it and they gave me a correct and fair price and we re wearing masks and very polite.

I already forgot the name of the fella who assisted me, but he was helpful and polite. He helped me select new wiper blades and installed them for me without issue. I appreciate him.

This place is chronically understaffed on weekdays in the middle of the day. All I want to do is stop quick on my lunch break and I can't even do that because there's 2 people working, one of whom is pulling phone orders or doing something in the back, which leaves one person to run the counter. This place is busy during the day- why not schedule more people? All I wanted to do today was return something I had out for the loan-a-tool. Instead I stood there for 10 minutes while the guy behind the counter looked all over the store to find a brake line union for the guy in line in front of me. Do these people not even know where stuff is in their own damn store? I finally had to walk out because I couldn't wait all day!

Stopped in to get windshield wipers. Pouring the snow down and 20 degrees, and chase, the associate put the wioers on in like one minute. He definitely knew what he was doing. Great experience!

Decent quality and priced parts and tools. If you shop around online you can usually find any part cheaper though.

There's a auto parts competitor right next door to here. This is where I do my business. What's that tell you?

Went in for parts for my vehicle. When I walked in the girl was playing a game on her phone. She never stopped playing while I was telling her what I needed. I can only pray she gave me the right parts.
