Very great experience with Wilson's Napa. Everything was closed early for the Christmas weekend. And I needed gaskets for our car and as we was pulling up they were closing and the guy reopened for us so we could get our part and even went beyond to help me put a hose and clamps on our car. We will never forget the act of kindness from the guy. I'll never shop anywhere else but there. And their prices for parts are so much lower than anyone else in town. Thanks for the great service.

These employees are so nice and very knowledgeable, I was trying to find a part that they nor any other parts store had ; they directed me to a garage that gave me 2 bolts I was needing.

I did not shop in store. I did call , customer service rep. Was NO HELP. Actually tried to argue with me and convince me that I needed something totally different .

They are great at having the parts that you need. They also deliver them to you in a timely manner. Everyone there are friendly and knowledgeable.
