I was looking at purchasing a nice sporty car didn't really think much of a subaru, but Cody showed me the wrx and he did a fantastic job. Subaru not only has nice vehicles but the sales team are great people if anyone needs a very nice vehicle dependable just talk to Cody sears he is a very good salesman and he will treat you well.

My wife and I were traveling for the holidays and we had been talking about trading in our KIA for a Subaru. I am from the area and my family had bought cars from Cole before. We stopped to look. Justin came out and told us the features of the cars we were looking at and made recommendations. The sales staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and not pushy. They offered us a great price on our trade in and got us a good deal on the financing. We were very pleased. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would strongly recommend them.

The people were great to work with. They're friendly and caring. This is our second vehicle. We bought off of them, The Sales Consultant Columbo is a wonderful person to work. And we really love our Subaru. And in the future I'm sure we'll be back.

Took multiple calls to get arranged for recall and a part that had been ordered. Was promised a call back, after a week I would call again, this happened at least 3 times.Once at Service, everyone kind and timely.I made the mistake of asking for state inspection (reasonable price) and then oil change (not so reasonable, actually ridiculous). Was told I needed 2 filters, which I agreed to ( without asking for a price, my error!So total has $268, for oil change, State inspection and replacing 2 filters!My husband was livid and wouldn t talk to me for 2 days! Lesson learned!

My new car was only 4 monthsb old when it was rear ended! As I m sure you know, this is sickening Cole Subaru did the repairs and I was so pleased with the job they did. It was like it never happened!! The repair was done to my amazement in THREE DAYS!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any repair needed!!

Great no haggle experience. Had the car my wife wanted for her Birthday. Chris Bivens is a great asset to Cole auto outlet and he makes the sales and delivery of a new car a good shopping experience.

Best car buying experience of my life.I would encourage everyone I know to buy a car from this dealer! No sleezy car salesmen techniques. Very honest, kind and caring folks who go out of their way to make their customer happy even if it doesn t drive their bottom line up. I started the conversation over the phone and passed up business with another Subaru dealership that was closer because of the impeccable customer service and kindness they showed from the first minute of our conversation. The sales manager spent hours and hours bending over backwards trying to find us exactly what we wanted (exact model and int/ext colors) so that we could get it in time for a big trip we had planned and at a fabulous rate! I ve bought several cars in my life and I ve never felt so comfortable with folks, like being with friends.My partner and I are now loyal customers for life and encourage anyone in the region to purchase from them. I took my 2022 Subaru outback in for a recall. The service manager was profession & polite. The item was replaced in my car in less time than I was quoted and then I was ion my way! Total of less than 40 minutes from arrival to departure.

David and the whole team at Cole Subaru service is the best. Absolutely top notch. Our family owns 3 Subarus and they all are serviced at Cole. We have been going there over 10 years.Lou especially keeps my Impreza in top shape.

The service provided was excellent. Both the finance guy RJ and my sales rep Hatcher went above and beyond to make sure I received my car as fast as possible and that I receieved what I wanted in a timely manner. They even went out of their way to bring the csr to me when my schedule was limiting my ability to pick up the car as fast as I wanted as my drive to their lot is two hours. Their assistance is much appreciated. They did an excellent job. As always, Cole's and Subaru did not disappoint.

Pretty lousy when service talks negatively about customers to other customers. Also, don t need to be hassled over and over about bringing in my car past the recommended mileage. Lastly, after asking where my vehicle was after the service, to be lead to the front and told you can find your car with the red button right there on the keys. That s how we find the cars, was poor customer service. Negative experience and won t go back.

I was on a work trip from Ohio to Tennessee and my car disconnected from my phone and wouldn t reconnect. I stopped by and the service technician immediately dropped what he was doing to come help get me back on the road in just a few minutes.

Still ripping people off with upcharging 10 percent! I called on a suburu impreza and the msrp is 29k and they were selling it for 32900. This stealing from the public has to stop. It's disgusting business behavior and is not being done by most dealerships now. I will not buy a vehicle from any dealer that has or had this practice. There were dealers that did not do this even during the covid shortage
