Our SUV has a lot of mileage and was in need of a lot of work. We made the decision to bring it all the way from Charlotte to Bluefield because we knew that John and his team would give us a great price and would take special care of our vehicle. We were so very pleased with the results and would recommend BSA to anyone in need of auto repair services.

I got my car new in 2007 it still runs great No one has touched it but Bland St Auto. The problems that it has had they took car of it right away. They are very kind and caring, people. They deserve 10 stars plus

This place ripped my wife off. Charged us over $500 to fix a flex pipe and wouldn t put a sticker on our car. The pipe broke again within 3 months. We took the car to Midtown Exhaust and Auto and they fixed it for a fraction of the cost.

5 stars for sure!! My Jeep Grand Cherokee has destroyed 4 sets of front tires in the last yearI have taken it to the Jeep dealer in Daytona Beach 2 times and Tire kingdom in West Palm Beach 3 times. After 4 large Bills for new tires, rotation balance et cetera I still have the same problem.Brought it to Bland street auto [thankfully)because Jeep here had no appointments available for service Asap, they immediately found the problem. the brake pads were installed wrong. They were nice, curttious, and not expensive for the work done. Thank you for a job well done

Tony arrived 30 minutes after I called. Very professional individual with outstanding leadership skills. He towed me into West Virginia then back into Virginia to get some parts and helped me out in a pinch in a parking lot. I would highly recommended Bland Street Auto Center to anyone in the area! I had them put a tire on for me and when I left after driving about 35 min that tire flew off my truck I had damage to my truck lost a whole tire paid out of pocket for a tow twice had to get a rental and bland auto isn't Taking responsibility for there wrong doing! I'm lucky im alive im taking them to court though! This place is horrible.

Drove past this shop on my way to a competitor when I didn t like the feeling I got from my original choice, I called Bland Street Auto just to see what they were like. They got me in super quickly, fixed the issue causing my oil leak, and even topped off my windshield washer fluid that I had been lazy about taking care of. When you re a woman and in a bind, people could opt to take advantage of you or make you feel stupid .Bland Street Auto did none of that! I felt respected and was treated incredibly kindly. I m very thankful I visited them instead, and I highly recommend you take your business here. Thank you!

Had motor replaced got truck back heater didn t even work took back ask what was issues stated had flush engine out I paid 1600 for then now my four wheel drive doesn t work it work when motor went out spent over 4000 dollars and those was the results so make your own choice but beware

I just spoke to a man on the phone about my car tow. I didn't agree with the price and he charged me 57 dollars more and said how about that. That is illegal, he can't charge more for a service because he wants to make it up as he goes along. I was nice. He hung up on me. Unprofessional. Then they blocked my number where I can't call them. I never cursed. I wasn't unprofessional. You can't make up charge based on your feelings. That is wrong. Predatory and evil. Never do business here.

Tony from Bland Street Towing was so wonderful to myself and my family. We had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere on the way to the beach and he fixed it in 30 seconds flat, made us feel safe driving on it, and had us text him when we made it to our location. I was excited about taking my car in for an alignment. Was told I needed a ball joint before car could be aligned. Ok no problem but not for $470 plus $73 for alignment. I was impressed they seemed to know their customers and was excited to become a new one but ethics and integrity are high in my list and unfortunately I did not find that here as i had hoped. I was told the cost and was given no break down of cost, instead car was taken off the lift and I was given my keys, which I find odd! I am thankful for the free estimate though! I will not be using or referring. I found a higher rated shop that was honest, told me what parts would be ordered and cost of labor all for under $250, half the price! Just because I'm new to the area and because I'm a woman, doesn't mean that I don't know anything about fixing vehicles and cost involved. And I don't trust anyone that won't explain parts needed, labor time and cost, etc. It was like more like screw you, here's your car and your keys. Very disappointed but happy I found a more trustworthy mechanic that will have ALL of my future business (which is quite a bit). I don't doubt they don't know their way around a car but I definitely question their integrity.

They do the work that for whatever circumstances it may be, that I can t perform myself. They don t overcharge and they treat their customers with respect and give the truth. I've been using BSA for oil changes, tire rotations, maintenance check ups, etc. for the past few years. I won't deal with any other due to the excellent service I've always received. All the staff are so very polite, the facility is clean, and they've even delivered my vehicle to my office. I simply call them first to see if they can get me in for whatever is needed...I'd be glad to wait if they were inundated with business. I feel like I receive the good old- fashioned service from them that is so sorely lacking nowadays...and I appreciate that!

Still fighting them as we speak. My car was taken there after it broke down. I told them what to look at. I get an invoiced estimate of everything but that. I tell them again, look at the sensors. They let me know it s ready, act like they are giving me a break knocking $50 off the bill. It gets 8 miles and starts doing the same thing, but also, all the coolant flew out the bottom of the reservoir. They tow it back and tell me it s a head gasket that has been leaking, except they changed the oil and should have noticed that. I spoke with 2 other mechanics that said it sounds like something wasn t hooked back up correctly. They are as of this time, refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. They are trying to say it s been an ongoing issue. My vehicle is in worse shape than it was when it got taken there. They have 1 chance to make it right. Bland Street Auto Center is the best! I had a flat tire in the middle of a 6 hour drive, in what felt like the middle of nowhere. They came to the rescue and provided the absolute best service. These guys are the TRUTH! I was in town yesterday visiting with my wife and little girl. We had a major problem with my wheel bearings on my truck out of nowhere on Saturday. No one was open to fix it so we could get back on Sunday. I called AAA to have it towed from Barker s Tire and Muffler in Princeton (Where someone actually stole the bed cover off my truck while it sat there for 2 days) and the driver quickly called his boss John who said they had all the parts ON HAND and could get us finished TODAY! They towed my car over, and had 2 wheel bearings, new pads, new rotors, an oil change, and even fixed a whole separate issue for FREE for me in 3.5 hours we were home safe 3 hours away that day. These guys do amazingly great work and are compassionate (felt like family) and are very efficient and gave me a great deal!!! My family will now be using them for all our cars.

We called AAA for a flat tire. We had been traveling 10 hours after attending to my father's funeral. We were just anxious to get home when we got a flat. Tony was very professional and kind. He got us back on the road in no time. He is the type of employee any business would be proud to have. I would highly recommend this business to anyone and especially Tony. Absolute best shop I ve EVER been to. We broke down on our way back from Niagara Falls, NY. Wheel bearing was fried. They got us picked up with their 24/7 towing service. They got us back on the road by noon the next day. They even picked us up for free to get our vehicle when it was done being fixed. 100% honest and most affordable shop we ve been to on the road. Absolutely the best customer service and best work. PICK THIS SHOP!!!! TRUST ME PLEASE!!! Thank you all so much for all of your commendable help!

We were driving down i77 and our hood latch popped and we couldn t shut the hood. The folks at Bland Street Auto Center saw us right away and we got back on the road in no time. Thanks you are great!
