Love this car wash. Always clean and working condition. I m not giving this 5 stars because they don t have trash cans. The last few times I ve went there hasn t been any trash service. I found that to be weird for a car wash. I love that if you sign up for their app, you will receive a free auto car wash for your birthday! I was pleasantly surprised about that when I received an email from them. I love the app

Heading south bound and pulled in for the $7 car wash, as advertised on the large sign. Turns out the cheapest car wash is actually $10, and that's on sale for $7 during certain hours. Then I had to turn back onto 522 south, which is a left hand turn and nearly impossible midday. So disappointed with the false advertising and waste of time.

Nice car wash. I feel it's a little expensive, but less than any other car wash I been to. I feel they are too high on their prices . But my grandfather owned a car wash and his prices were very reasonable, so I'm biased I guess. I do wish the automatic touch wash did a little better job, but all in all its a decent place to go.

UPDATE 12/25: Dude! Justin, you adjusted the SoftTouch THE WORKS wash: Noticeably better. It did a great job.It's just a car wash, right? Well, I have taken my cars through on several occasions over the years, but never had occasion to leave feedback.This morning after getting tires and an alignment from Eddie's Tire just down the road, figured I should get the car washed for the winter since I had neglected to wash it myself this summer or fall.To get to the point, I had a slight concern (because I paid for the The Works) that there might still be soap on the car. I called the Valley 24-7 Car Wash customer service number--not because I wanted money back (it ain't that big of a deal--especially because I thought maybe what I thought was soap might have just been innocent bubbles from the whatever kind of spray was used at the end of the Soft Touch wash), but because I wanted to let them know the thing might need to be adjusted or something.Anyway, I dialed customer service, and was surprised when I got an answer on the second ring. I explained my observations and the young man (turns out he's the owner who took over management October 2019) gave me a code for a free wash. I felt so good about that--better than I'd hoped for (figured I have to leave a voicemail and would hear nothing back). He listened to what I had to say, was actually interested in the possibility of an issue, and was professional and courteous.Jordan is his name, and he deserves your business.Leave feedback for him. Small business is the backbone of America.

The undercarriage wash didn't work last time. I really wanted to wash off the salt/other chemicals used to treat the roads for snow and ice. Maybe next time I can't respond to the owner directly but purchased the $15 wash and left a message at the number listed behind the building. No response.

You know what's here, soap and water. Little pricey but so is everything these days. Average cleaning and good for a quick run through.

Edit: Jordan contacted me directly and gave me a code for a free car wash. I used it today and it worked perfectly. I really appreciate Jordan's efforts to make this right. 5 stars!I like this carwash but I tried to get an automatic car wash once and the money was taken out of my account but the car wash did not work. I tried to call the phone number provided at least twice & left two messages but my money was never refunded.

I have been a monthly member for almost a year and I love the touch free wash. However, I believe recently it came under new ownership & I ve been let down since. Of course, when purchasing a business, you want to make money & I get that! I just feel that the prices for this area is too high. My monthly membership went from $20 a month up to $26.45 & it seems like every time I drive across town to use it, the touch free side is shut down with a sign and cones. The vacuum is now $2 to use. Also, if you put cash into the change machine, you don t get real coins back. You get tokens that can only be used at the car wash.

I took my New 2022 GMC to the wash. The no touch was not in service. So I used the so called soft touch. After the wash I saw multiple fine scratches a few deep scratches and pin size dent on my 100k truck. I am now at auto body shop with a bill for $4000 to fix my paint/ding. THIS TRUCK IS 1 WEEK OLD. Moral of the story don't take you new car to this car wash. It is not soft touch. It will ruin your brand new car/truck.

Owner or worker was VERY helpful!! My pickup was a little tall (bumped the 7 foot limit) but he said "lets see if it'll clear the wash arms" and it did!! He gave me thumbs up. Great service and was willing to go out of his way to help.

I used the vacuum it worked like a champion but expected more time for $2. Didn't even get to driver's side floor. Went through the soft touch & it did a good job of getting cicada spltter off my car.

When you go to the soft touch Bay to get the car washed, You don't even get all the way out and the blower stop ,so half of your car is really wet. Sometimes it's very hard to get Wi-Fi there to pull up the app so you could go through the car wash , even though you've already paid for it period. They have some kind of sign out there that talks about getting another app in order to use the carwash.

Somewhat aged car wash with two automatic car wash lines. Go with the soft wash or self wash, as the touchless is ineffective.Not an attack on the buisiness, just a recommendation to use the self wash or soft cloth line. I'm not a fan of any touchless line i've taken my car through, as I've always needed to go over it afterwards, I do not think this is something that can be fixed, and would prefer sticking with the soft-touch. Besides, I'm sure Nathaniel does an amazing job on the systems, and do not attribute the system to him or you.

Paid for the brush wash and vehicle in front of me didn't get a complete wash. Moved to touchless and paid again. Brush side wouldn't accept card and paid in cash. Got 2 coins change

My car was damaged in the "soft touch" car wash. So far I haven't heard back from the owner. There are signs that say the car wash is video monitored so it should be simple to find the video of my car going in without marks on the hood and coming out damaged.

Clean. Lots of vacuum stations $2. I would prefer a shorter vacuum time option for a quick clean up.Touchless & Touchfree drive-thruplus 4 self wash stations.Takes credit cards, too.Easy access.

Well I did like that they finally put a note up to say that soft touch was broken so I didn't lose another $15 for nothing only lost $1 in change trying too get a air freshener from their machine always something going wrong there

The bay was broken and I messaged the number on the machine that I had lost money. I never got a message back nor did I get the money back. I had to go to a different bay and insert more money to even get my car washed.

Couldn't get my truck washed because they were only taking cash or the app. So I'll do it myself it will come out better anyway doing it myself.

Kinda bummed went to the soft touch tunnel only washed front end of car. My fault didnt have time to call did check for an attendant no luck.

Well...I live the prices at this small town car wash but last time the complete cycle didnt run its course and I ended washing my car 2 times!

Always go through the automatic soft touch bay which works great and has never left a scratch!
