We were delighted to find this hidden gem In Berkeley Springs. Just wanted a quick bite. I had the chef salad. My husband had a turkey club. This is the real deal family friendly home cooking combination gas station, gift shop, local wine and deli for to go!! We were also impressed with the staff and their southern hospitality, give back to the community. You can leave a meal for someone who just might need a meal and you donate food, clothing whatever on the bench in front of the restaurant. Our new neighbor told us about this place and I am glad we checked it out!! Can t wait to take the kids!!

It's a dying breed of service stations that will pump gas for you! It's so nice to stop in for a fill up and the food is home made and reasonably priced. My kid loves browsing the unique candy selection and if you vape they have better deals than most places.

Was traveling from New York to North Carolina. Had car trouble and needed service to complete my trip. They got me right in, took great care of my vehicle, and made it so I didn't have to spend the night somewhere to wait for the next day. Techs were very helpful

Roys home town joint dive on the right carry out sitdown but they close to early great HOMEMADE FOOD most days. On the left is mini market lottery and a store for tobacco stuff outside sports a new GAS STATION AND THEY SERVE IT FOR YOU !!!!! Yes in the Freezing cold they pump your Gas n Any day !!!! But u can pump too.Fo to the back and its the Car Repair Shawna is a sweetheart always so helpful.And get you free air back there too!!!! Yes they are NICE!! THEY LOVE THEIR CUSTOMERS

Wouldn't say this is the fanciest place you will find, but this is a local favorite. The food is good with lots for portions. It's easy to get into, no steps. They have people who actually pump gas. We've had them service our vehicles. Very friendly staff. They're open when a lot of place aren't. Very consistent hours.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

This place is a small sub and deli shop and a tobacco outlet. With a gas station that is full service. Prices are great, staff is always friendly inside and out.

My husband and I came here on vacation from Virginia today and while traveling my husband s truck started messing up so we had taken it to one garage who was full so they recommended Roy s to us..and we are so thankful that he did.. Roy s helped us immediately with excellent customer service and with such great care.. we both highly recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicles serviced ..

Decent location for a pit stop. Separate men's and women's, single, restrooms. Clean. Has a small cafe attached for food and hot drinks. Gas pumps are full service.

My Family and I were passing thru Berkeley Springs looking for a good burger place and a local referred this mom and pop full service gas station and restaurant on the side fantastic burgers fresh and packed that morning! Def. 5 star totally worth the wait the nostalgia of the place brings the town alive !! Betty Lou's ole' Garage Cafe !! Huge shoutout to the staff there the cooks the mechanics and the cashier's. THANK you

They have great tobacco and cigarette prices, there food is always really good at a great price. Their selection through the store is really good. They have really wonderful staff that always make you feel right at home, and great gas prices

I'm grateful to Kenny for rescuing us in the pouring rain and hail on a cold Sunday afternoon when I had a flat tire. He was professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I only had a spare and needed to get back home, so I appreciate how he was thinking ahead to keep us safe and make it happen. I was back on the road in no time, and I am very grateful.Service: Auto tire replacement

The problem with my vehicle was far worse after they did the job and after I allowed them to repair the damage they caused they still did not repair it and now I will have to take it to the dealership to get the work done on the damages they created. I have been a long time customer for over 30 years but I won't give them a third chance to touch my car again.

I ve had too many good experiences at Roy s not to write a review. Among a few flawless tows throughout the years, they saved me once when my scooter was leaking gas while riding through town and saved me money on my JDM by recommending I forgo certain things when doing routine maintenance. Most recently an elderly friend needed help when her car died. Roy s towed it and REALLY went above and beyond trying to stay within her limited budget and get her car back to her back to her quickly .and in her words running better than ever!

Always great, personal service. Helpful and efficient at diagnosing the problem / issue. Knowledgeable mechanics on staff. Helped me resolve issues as they arise.Nice little store with attached restaurant Good food at the restaurant, good snacks and bulk tobacco and supplies in the store. Lots of other goodies in the store.Gas station is awesome. Virgil and the staff are on the ball and offer full-service.

Thank you Kenny!! I was in Berkeley Springs visiting a friend for the weekend. As I was headed out of town, my car suddenly started making a very loud and incredibly terrible sound. The service center was closed because it was Sunday, but AAA put me in contact with Kenny who very kindly offered to help me with my car and/or or tow it back to my home town for me. Kenny was exceptionally kind and figured out that the terrible grinding noise was a rock stuck against my wheel. I was quite relieved it was a simple problem and easy fix. Kenny offered to wait while I drove around the block to make sure the problem was solved and that my brakes were working properly. He checked that my tires were on securely and that my wheel was ok. Additionally, when I mentioned that the only warning sign on my display was that I had to refill my washer fluid but just hadn t gotten around to doing it yet, he offered to help me with that as well before I got back on the road. Kenny was so kind and calm - just what I needed when I was worried my car was broken down 3 hours from home!! Thank you again!! I really appreciate it!

Not too many places still pump your gas for you. So if you like that kind of service, Roy s is the place to go. They recently upgraded their pumps too.

I love this place! Convenient, versatile, affordable place. You can fuel up,get cigarettes or buy tobacco & tubes@ a variety & affordable choice,get a snack or grab lunch,& go shopping whether it's for souvenirs or everyday items! This lil gem of a store is a eclectic surprise for anyone!

The team at Roy's is top-notch. We were on our way back to Chicago from Annapolis, when the suspension on our Mercedes went out. Our car was undrivable, and we were stranded. It was Sunday afternoon, and no repair shops were open, but we were able to have the car towed to Roy's, in Berkley Springs. Monday morning, I met the Roy's crew as soon as they opened. They got the car in and found that an exhaust mount had failed and caused it to melt through the air lines for the suspension. Although he couldn't get the replacement parts for a proper repair, Jimmy managed to patch things back together and get us on the road. I was doubtful, but Jimmy reassured us we would be able to get home. 700 miles later, we pulled in to our garage. The whole Roy's crew was friendly, helpful, and professional.

It's our town store It has been the one business in Berkeley Springs that made changes for the times but never closed down & moved on!! If you need or want anything you can find it all in Roy's Berkeley Springs loves Roy's Service Center

These people are awesome came in on a Saturday came and rescued me and they repaired my tires on my car why we were traveling back on. Great people and I don't know what I would have done with out them. Thank you cindy Ken and Cody you guys are my heroes for 2022
