Very kind hard working shop that's locally owned and operated. Now these guys at this shop generally care about the cars they work on and the customers who drive them if u need your car serviced and your in Berkeley springs area then don't go anywhere else but here

Mike is the best! We were in Berkeley Springs for a long weekend when I lost the tailpipe on my older SUV on a Thursday evening. Mike agreed to look at and repair the SUV on Friday. The work was completed in a timely manor and I was charged a fair price.

Love these people. Stopped going to a certain other shop across from the Ice House because I could no longer trust them. MIKE'S MUFFLER is good and busy, and for good reason.

Mike and his crew are fantastic at what they do, one of the few shops I'll let work on any of my vehicles. Honest work, great price, and professional. It's worth the drive out of town for the quality and personable service they provide.

First, the real name of the place is Mike's Auto and Trick Repair. We were staying at Cacapon State Park when we had a problem with the car. We called Mike's because of these reviews and were happy we did. They called when their previous jobs for the day were done and we drove over (if at the Park, get directions from Angie rather than using Google Maps directions). They took care of the problem in about an hour with us watching and talking with Angie (Mike's sister, who does the paper work and the scheduling) even with them having to get a part from Napa. Price was super reasonable. Extremely happy - too bad we live two hours away and can't use them for all our car repairs.

Great place and people and great at what they do. Went for an inspection was seen as soon as me and my wife got there the car was done in just a few minutes we were there longer talking then anything

Took my car in with check engine light on and flashing. Asked for a new muffler and a tune up. Want the engine fixed if it cost more then 2500 let me know. Picked the car up check engine light still on and flashing. Replaced motor to power window for 98 dollars not asked for. Peplaced timing belt and water pump kit 198 not part of a tune up. Peplaced motor mounts for motor they new was dieing. Had a tech note: when adjusting valves found cylinder 3 and 4 exhaust valves to tight has damaged valves. Total that day 2018.82. Called to have the rest fixed they said car has to many miles just ride them till they die. They would not do it. Three days later. New replaces a/c belt and pulley falls off on to power steering belt shredding it. Replaced a\c belt again and now power steering belt. Having a new engine put in now somewhere else. They said the new water pump that was put in has a leak. They totally took me for a ride. Fixed things not asked for. Fixed things and still left engine unfixed. Not happy at all.

Honest group of people. Don't expect a quick turnover from the time you bring your vehicle for a diagnostic and a call back for a quote on repairs.
