I have passed this place for years and never really gave them a try, I finally had a need that I hoped they could help with and I just called and asked the gentleman that answered the phone if they could help with my need. He confirmed that it was something they could do and I asked if he would be willing to use a customer supplied part since I already have it and there is no sense in buying another one. He declined and I started to thank him and finish the phone conversation and he just hung up on me mid sentence.I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but I don't think I will ever call upon them again for any future work. He said less than 10 words the whole interaction and was very coarse to deal with.The last thing I need is for me to try and convince someone with a poor attitude to take my money and provide a service in exchange.

I drive past it every time I come up here. The big signs six miles ahead tells me the owner is good at what they do. I'd love to chat about bikes sThere sometime. I have a 1972 Harley Sportster, it wouldn't surprise me if the person knew everything about a iron head v-twin.

Randy does awesome, affordable, timely and dependable service to our Harleys. I would recommend him to anyone with a v-twin.
