My alternator went out while on a road trip and I was very lucky to be near here. They easily could have taken advantage of my situation. Instead they went out of their way to diagnosis the problem, not charge for that time, and give me honest advice that did not benefit them financially. They even attempted to find dealers in the area that may have the specific part needed. This establishment has integrity and cares for their customers more than their bottom line and that is a rare thing.

Today made my second time having my vehicle serviced. Can t say how pleased I am with the service as well as pricing. They will continue to get my business. Quick & friendly workers.

best mechanics yet! they know their stuff. another mechanic that will remain nameless was trying to replace the whole trans oil cooler when these guys looked at it it turned out to be just a trans line seal at this point. and compared to what the other guys was trying to charge is these guys are way cheaper. both on labour and prts. def worth the out here if ya can make it.

Went for an inspection sticker, they tried to tell me I need $500 in repairs. Completely bogus. I'll never go back there. Be ready for it if you go there for an inspection, they're gonna hold that sticker over your head and try to make you pay hundreds for it. Oh, and I have my sticker now and there absolutely NO mention of these car parts needing to be replaced. Crooks!

Long story short me and my family took a trip from NC to Ohio my car crapped out on me in WV and the closest place was this auto center. When I got there the staff was super friendly and started right away at checking out my car. Luckily this establishment was located near gas station food and Walmart! Staff was very honest and you can tell they were trying to rip me off. Unfortunately my insurance was trash and my car at that point couldn t be saved. On behalf of me and my family! I am grateful for their service because if I drove my car any further I could've put my children in danger. 10/10 I would recommend!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

I take all my vehicles here. They have never steered me wrong and always are up front with everything going on with our cars. There are plenty of shops around but this one is top notch and I trust them with any work that needs to be done on our cars.

Always been a great place to have work done. They allow payment plans for large and expensive repairs, and allow you bring in your own part; which allows you to save more money by raking in on Advance Autos lucrative online couponing discounts. Staff is always friendly and the work is completed professionally and quickly. I have recommended them to just about anyone who needs work.

Took them two tries to get the vehicle to drive straight after waiting over an hour (I can't fault them for that as they had warned me before accepting the job), after the alignment my steering wheel was misaligned. They had tried to shift blame on another component. All they had to do was shorten a tie rod on one side, and lengthen on the other equally to correct it. I had to do it myself afterwards.Any shop worth its salt should been able to take care of it no problem.Service: Wheel alignment

I like to go here for wv inspection sticker. They are really good at what they do. They sell good used tires at reasonable prices. finish work in a timely manner, staff are friendly and I usually walk next door to shoneys ans eat. That usually gives them enough time to get your vehicle done. Very good service here

My son was traveling home over the holidays to Ohio. His car broke down and we drove down to pick him up. We had his car towed to wv auto because of the reviews we read. We were not disappointed. They quickly ordered parts and repaired. Very honest and very responsible. Would use them anytime.

They won't do a state inspection (sticker) for a reconstructed title ( which is really just the same inspection as they do for all other vehicles, I had reconstructed another vehicle a few years prior to this one) and made up all sorts of reasons why they couldn't and told me that I " had to have a stack of paperwork like an encyclopedia", instead of just admitting that they didn't know anything about how to handle these particular situations ( again it's just a normal state inspection). A garage within less than a mile of them went online, downloaded a form for me, seen that they were only obliged to do a normal state inspection and make a note of salvage title in their log and performed the inspection for me. If they didn't know what to do please just say you don't feel comfortable about the situation instead of making up all sorts of rubish to get a customer to leave. Even though this place has did acceptable work for me in the past, they'll not get any of my business in the future.

The mechanic looked at our car before we went out and bought parts. Good thing too, because nothing was wrong (just a part was bent). Very nice and kind people and always busy. Thank you for the help.

I have always taken my cars and truck to this place for years, inspection stickers, exhaust upgrades, tires, basically everything. Today when I needed my oil changed, and an inspection sticker, I was told they would not provide me with any services. I did not realize my registration was past due about 1 month, that's cool ok I will get to working on that so no sticker today, but still expecting to pay to have my oil changed...nope was told they could not change my oil cuz my registration dead. I have four cars I take over regularly and I get turned away for something such as this. My business will be taken elsewhere from now on. I will no longer recommend this facility to anyone.

These guys are fair priced and very knowledgeable! I took my car here a couple of times and was more than pleased each time. I highly recommend this shop for repairs, upkeep, and maintenance of ur vehicle. I wouldn't go any place else.

I went the first of May needed them to put on a starter which we had bought and took well we needed an inspection sticker so in order to get one we needed a new muffler put on. Thats fine do what ya gotta do i had to have a sticker. well my mufflers been making noise since right after i went i go to another shop to have it checked to see if something had come loose wellllll To my surprise they had put a used muffler on it the it was rattling inside of it the flex pipe was a mess had leaks all the way down so now i have to put another 300$ in it fix the whole thing AND the Strut was broke in half which im sure was ready to break when i went but they put a sticker on it anyway. Needless to say i would NOT recommend them to anyone. I wouldnt even give them a 1 start but i had to in order to get this to post

My girlfriend and I were driving through WV, planning on having a great two-day vacation. Check engine light started blinking, we stopped, and luckily enough we landed at WV Auto Care. Sent my wife in to get the brakes inspected cause she heard somthing not right. I thought they would try and take advantage of her due to the fact shes a woman. But to my surprise they was honest and fair.(unlike other garages) now i go no where else

Had brake work done. They bled the system and sent me on my way. On my way home I felt my brakes were spongey, my dad agreed. Took it back, they said it feels fine. Stopped someone else on the way home and had them test drive it and they agreed to that it felt spongey. Spend you money somewhere else

Had a slow leak in one of the car tired, went in the afternoon and they got right to the job. I was waiting in a/c room and only took a few minutes to repair. The cost was really low. They saved a lot of trouble for a small fee. Thanks
