Items ordered were not delivered on time had to drive hour away after being at drop off point All day day before when they called and said they would deliver After phone call when not delivered they said they forgot to put it on truck for delivery needs better communication or new shipping supervisor at location very unimpressed with their service and communication skill

Pitt Ohio has delivered to my business many times. The last several deliveries the drivers have refused to deliver to my business. That leaves me to close my business and meet the delivery truck at another location. I have to hand load my truck and make several trips to get all my products back to my business. This means that my business is closed for over 2 hours. They do not even deserve the 1 star.

Order picked up in PA by Pitt Ohio and they placed my pallet on another carrier's trailer for some reason and they can't tell me when and if I will get my order. I am telling my supplier to NEVER use Pitt Ohio again!

I would like to comment on the driver that delivered my freight very professional and a good attitude He was an African American man from The Charleston West Virginia terminal I don t know his name but his initials are FD

A little hard to get to, but a nice place to stop. Can stay on yard overnight. Great pizza joint down the road to the left.
