Was traveling through and blew a tire on the interstate. The gentlemen were kind and friendly. They were both working with another customer and asked if I wanted to wait. Not only were they true professionals but went out of their way not to scratch my rim. Very reasonable and ensured that I was on my way safely. I absolutely recommend this establishment to everyone in need.Mr. Lowe

My husband and I got AAA to drop our car off at the shop with one tire blown out. They found us a used tire and charged $240 with no warranty. Said there's a $200 service fee to take over an hour to change one tire. 1 hr later driving on the road it's already going flat. Luckily I don't live even a few hours close because If I could go back it wouldn't be for anymore service.

My fianc� and I were traveling through around midnight and blew a tire. We were stuck on the side of the highway without a spare and I found this company on google. When I called the gentleman said even though we were out of their usual district he would send someone out. The guy arrived as quickly as he could and helped us out of a very bad situation and we were back on the road within a few hours. Being 3 hours away from home and stuck was scary but these guys really pulled through! Can t thank them enough.

I would give this company 1,000 stars if I could! My family and I were heading back to Ohio when we experienced a leaking tire on the expressway. We pulled off on the nearest exit and called this company. Thankfully we were able to make it to their shop before the tire went completely flat and within 20 minutes the owner and another gentleman were there. A very nice couple from the church across the street offered my family and I water and even made us laugh during this stressful time. The owner and the other gentleman repaired our tire and double checked to make sure there was nothing else wrong with it. They assured us we would have zero problems going the rest of the way and in 45 minutes we were back on the road! We were amazed at the kindness, honesty, and quickness of the men. We cannot say enough good things about this company!Being stranded on a Sunday was a pretty scary situation, but our family is now home and safe! Thank you so much McCune Auto!

They were so helpful! I had a blowout tire on the highway. They actually had the size tire and did a great job getting me back on the road. Traveling from Florida to Michigan! Thanks so much!

My wife and I were traveling to Virginia from Illinois on New Year's Day 2021. We experienced a low tire pressure warning and exited Interstate 64 near Belle, W Va to check the pressures. Our left rear tire had picked up a wood screw. It was a slow leak (fortunately). I called McCune Auto and James McCune met us at his shop. He plugged the tire at a very reasonable cost and we were on our way... on New Year's Day. No problems with the plug and we arrived safely at our destination. Thank you James and I would give you 6 stars if I could!

I was on my way to Bedford Indiana from NC blew a tire was towed to this shop to be charged 260 for a used tire that went flat in 3 hours . The two gentleman were polite but I guess that's the least they could do since they took advantage of me cause I had no other option. All I can say is Karma is a *****

We were headed north on 77 back home from vacation when my tire pressure started dropping. We limped off the expressway and it continued to drop. It was a Sunday afternoon and we were panicked that we were going to be stranded until Monday...Mr. McCune to the rescue!! They plugged my tire, checked to make sure there wasn't any more punctures and had us back on the road ASAP. We are truly forever grateful!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

Highly recommend this place. James went above and beyond what I have seen any other repair shop do.Buddy and I were on our way home from a trip when my fuel pump went out on me. Called around and found McCune, he came out and towed us to his shop. Well most would stop there, James cleared out his garage and put my truck in it because of the cargo that was In the bed, tons of expensive tools and materials. He then took us to a motel to make sure we were alright fir the night. Picked us up in the morning and had the repairs done real quick, he made sure the truck would turnover a few times and we were off.

Terrible service. Did most of the work myself. Dude picked up a random woman at the gas station and they talked about drugs the whole time. Cost me $240 and three hours of my time for a used tire. I get the whole highway robbery saying now. If there was a choice for a zero star I would pick that instead of a one star. But, you gotta pay whatever they want or sit on the side of the interstate with a blown tire I guess.

My girlfriend had a flat tire on her rv on the interstate and made it to Kroger. Called them and they told her $179 to change the flat tire with the spare. She mentioned several times it was an rv. When they showed up they told her it was $225 and cash only. He said they quoted her the wrong price for the tire because it was an rv. They drove straight to her in the parking lot, they knew it was an rv.

A friend and I were Taking a road trip and Got a flat tire at 3am. They were able to plug the tire instead of replacing it. The owner was very helpful and friendly. His techs wouldn t answer his calls so he came out and did it himself. Definitely recommend!

While traveling to North Carolina on vacation with my baby grandson with me in the car, I had a tire blow out on me near mile marker 64 on 77 S near Charleston after dark. This company left me stranded on the side of the road after repeated calls back and forth. Despite numerous calls to and from the dispatcher. I had to sleep all night in my car with my infant grandson in the car on the side of the turnpike because they never showed or called to say that they weren't even going to come out to help me after they promised that they would. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE

Stranded in Charleston on Easter Sunday, James towed me at 5pm to a motel, picked me up the following morning, and had me back on the road that afternoon. Great people, over the top service, very professional and more than reasonably priced.
