Buy new tires have them mount and balanced they put these big weights on the out side witch looks gaudy and none of them match craborchard lost two of my tires took them 5 hours for me just to walk back there find my own tires I paid for beckley done the balance job. Will still order tires cause of good price but will not have them put on no more here they could have put those on the inside . And will call before I spend 5 hours waiting on them to be found before I pick up

I had a road hazard tire. So I was going in to have the tire repaired. I was then told that they did not have that tire in stock that they could not help me?!? I was then directed to go to the MacArthur Walmart. I was told I should just drive there and not bother to call. When I got to MacArthur they were immediately helpful and also confused as to why my particular tire had to be in stock for them to put a plug in the tire.

I brought my car in at 2:30 for an oil change and the hood has been up for over 2 hours. They said the techs went home and they only have 2 on duty. This is unacceptable! Bad business. No wonder Walmart gets a bad name.

Bought a battery 1 year ago it started dying on me if not driven more than 2 days went to autozone and advanced auto had it tested they said it had a dead cell then I took it to Walmart (Crab Orchard) wva.. they put it on tester and I guess they were charging it at the same time so when it was checked they said it was okay because they were charging it and they would not replace it.. it was even the wrong battery I would have paid the difference but they said they would not exchange it.. because it's a good battery..I said that was because you were charging it..I told them about autozone and advanced auto, they said they don't take any one else's opinion.. spoke with the store manager and he was uninterested and quite rude..and said the same thing as the auto dept.I spoke to the 800 # to Walmart they said it's up to the store manager.. so Walmart screwed me out of a 3 year warrantied battery.. they lost my business..I hope they lose a lot more.

Came in looking to get an oil change. The mechanics on duty lied and told me my cap was on too tight then sent me to my dealership.My dealer then takes a look to find that Walmart Auto center employees tried using a screw driver and broke my filter cap then sent me on my way!! If you want your car taken care of properly do not try to have service done at this location

There s not a Walmart super Center tire place in Southern WV that will answer the phone before 8:20am. They opened at 7 and just won t answer . They re terribly lazy at MacArthur store. Like they all absolutely hate being there. Work ethic is a lost art in general.

Had tires put on our vehicle, shop was fairly busy and closing time wasn't far away. Techs fit us in and worked diligently to get us on our way. Great job.

The mechanics do a decent job. No issues with them. However, I believe management has created staffing shortages. I'm sure it's not lower level management because much is out of there control. Walmarts up and down the east coast are known for having staff shortages.After my oil change was finished I had to hunt down the cashier because they had her stocking a shelf about 6 isles away from her register. Multiple people were waiting to check out. I decided to hunt her down and when I found her she apologized and said she was there by herself today. Come on walmart, you've made your money and put everyone else out of business for several decades, hire some people. Pay them a decent wage and they will stay.

Service was pretty good, went in for tire warranty replacement. Didn't have receipt at that time. Associate was very helpful in checking for my road hazard receipt. Was very satisfied. Would recommend, just having a reciept, for your tires, makes it a lot quicker.

Needed service for truck on Easter Sunday. Pulled in and was immediately serviced, mechanics were very helpful and knowledgeable in removing dust shield from tire. Really amazing people

They're actually trustworthy.. and $20 cheaper than every other place we researched prices at. This was for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic informed us he did not change our air filter due to the bolts being stripped out. So the car dealer service mechanic either at Crossroads Chevrolet either stripped them out, or failed to mention they were stripped. Either way, grimy.. and not trustworthy. Walmarts service department, good guys.. and very polite. They allowed me to load up my kids while they finished tightening the lug nuts on my tires.

They where very helpful and told me useful information that will help me in the future. I was in there with two other people ahead of me and I still didn't have to wait too long... I'm gonna continue to depend on the great service of Beckley Walmart Auto Care Center.

Pretty good prices on tires. But you'll have to take them to stanaford tire or c adam toneys to have them mounted. If the tire size isn't listed on the door, they won't put em on. That's just B.S. I've always liked having a size or 2 bigger on my truck. Fayetteville location also won't answer their telephone. To put it simple, go to Stanaford tire or C Adam Toneys tire. They'll mount whatever tire on whatever vehicle. They do what the customer wants. And that's how it should be.

Well they may help most people but as for me I wasn't treated all that great wasn't explained things at all the lady working was just rude as could be so just heads up cause I know I won't be going back there

Don't buy tires here. Don't have them installed here. Just avoid this place at all costs! If you want service that's worth your time and money good to C. Adam Toney they have two locations in the area and people that actually want to help and do their job.

It feels like the mechanics in the auto shops don't want to work. I can buy one tire but you can't put it on. Always seems like your hunting someone down too

If you go in the morning they normally get your vehicle done in about 20 minutes
