We were in Virginia and our Spyder came up with the Limp Home Mode light. The bike still ran fine. We got to the shop on Tuesday morning let them know what the issue is and they got the bike right into their shop. About an hour later they let us know the camshaft position sensor failed. They didn t have any in stock. They asked where we were going and recommended 2 shops to go to. They also said if we can buy one to get it. We ended up having to do just that and a third shop was able to install it. These folks were great to work with!!!!

My father, brother and I were on a multi-state motorcycle trip. My brother's rear tire unexpectedly started showing cords, and we needed a replacement ASAP. Swamp Fox in Beckley was the only shop within 3 hours that had a replacement tire, and could mount it. They were great guys, very accommodating, even offered us a decent cup of coffee. They did great work, and I would totally recommend these guys if you ever need a dealership in the area.

I was pleased with the staff and service but definitely not the price. It appears I needed a fuel pump so I said go ahead at get it put on but the bill for the fuel pump was $439.00 no really ! I can buy on on line and that s what they did and there only $90 I paid over $400 in labor on top of that I m sorry it just don t add up .

Stopped in today as we were in the area on a camping trip from Ohio. Met John McCann and what a great guy. We wanted to see a Can Am Spyder up close and kick the tires as it were. John knew the answer to every question and the experiences of riding 2 wheel, Spyder, and trikes. We were just looking not buying as we have not taken a demo ride yet and SwampFox did not have a demo to try today. That being a disappointment but not the end of our just looking . We will come across a demo ride one of these days. Thanks John for your time we loved talking to you.

Customer service doesn't end after the papers are signed and that is the feeling we got from this dealership. We purchased a 2022 CanAm Maverick XRC 1000R, after one hour and 7.4 miles we knew immediately it wasn't for us and was very unhappy with the SXS. My fiance' called Will to get an idea of what our options would be and he was basically brushed off and ignored. Thankfully we found another dealership that sold us exactly what we wanted with exceptional class, poise and service. In addition, we went back in to get a helmet after our purchase was ignored and had to dig in unorganized stacks of boxes to help ourselves. They got their money for the SXS and gave no service following that. We felt as if our questions and repeat business were almost a nuisance to the staff.

Mike the owner was wonderful to work with and explained everything to me that I was wanting to know about new/used seadoo s. I had my 4 sons with me and he and Will the GM made sure to include my sons with the conversation! They went out of their way to make us feel like family and not just a customer! Thanks Mike & Will.

I was really pleased with my purchase from swampfox in Beclkley Wva. I have bought several units for years. This was one of the best experience I've had . I had the best . Her name was Candia in the finance department. She was really helpful and cares for her customers. These days that doesn't even exist Thanks so much Candia for all your help. I'm ready to hit the woods in my new Can am Xmr 2022.

Won't change your tire if you don't buy it there. Not a good way to draw in New customers. Looks like they would be willing to do what it takes to bring you in their store so you can possibly purchase or have more service performed in the future. Doesn't seem like very good business practice to me. You be the judge. Sorry about the one star. I'll change it to a 5 star because of your response. When I called it wasn't explained to me like that. I took it like unless I bought there then it was tough luck and you didn't want to help.

My wife and I drove from Cincinnati, Ohio to purchase some items at Swampfox. I dealt with Will Smith. He was extremely professional, helpful and patient. I can't say enough great things about our experience today.

I cant say enough so far about Swampfox, Will Smith and Mark Petrizzo have been amazing to deal with, we are from Ontario Canada heading down in April for trail riding for 10 days and they have helped us order some needed parts when we pass through. Bought a brand new Defender XMR, 25,000$ with doors heater glass front and back . They used zip ties to reconnect my snorkel after drilling holes for the zip ties. They had the snorkel off to mount the window, well they didn t get the vent for the cvt belt on right. First time out stuck in the woods miles back with the cvt full of water and mud. Wouldn t even send me a belt to replace it. And a couple other things. Love the machine but the service after the sale is the worst I ve ever had and I ve owned all brands of sxs s.UPDATE I should have done this a while back and completely forgot. I left this review in anger but the CVT issue WAS a factory issue and I wasn t fair to the guys at SWAMPFOX , they really were great to deal with and have addressed a couple small things since. I m still not completely satisfied due to the zip tie thing but after 400 miles they are still holding may not look the greatest but it works. CAN AM should have brackets for these so the shop doesn t have to come up with inventive was to secure these snorkels. As far as the belt I understand their position but I waited 3 weeks to get this machine I didn t want to drive an hour back over to have them check it. I felt like sending me a belt and do it myself would compensate for the good deal of trouble I went through to get outta the woods on my very first ride. I bought a belt and did it myself. The belt wasn t wore to bad and I have a spare. GREAT machine and truly a GREAT dealer thanks again SWAMPFOX. I may be purchasing a defender 6x6 after the first of the year depending on price it will be from SWAMPFOX.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff that provide amazing service during the sale and most importantly after the sale. They make you feel right at home and you can tell they want their customer happy! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Ok after some confusion I have to say both stores do go above and beyond to try and make the buying process a lot easier. I have to thank the general manager, sorry I m terrible with names, for calling me and explaining an issue I was having. Thank you so much for clarifying everything.

Bought a Ryker there and sales team was great but now having trouble getting my tags for it. They paid for title out of the tags, taxes and title fee I was charged at the time of purchase but didn't order tags or pay sales tax according to dmv. So basically now I'm paying for something I can't use because I have no tags nor a way to get them as I don't have copies of my paperwork nor am I gonna payout more money than I've already have for tags/taxes.

Very friendly and professional staff. Didn't harass you to buy anything or stalk you through the store. They had a very nice showroom with many vehicles on display along with many accessories. This is where I'll go from now on.

THANK THE MOTORCYCLE GODS FOR THE AMAZING STAFF AT SWAMPFOX IN BECKLEY!! These guys went above and beyond to service my 15 yr old ninja. The other dealers in town wouldnt even look at me when i told them what i needed. It was not an easy task but these guys nailed it; with there patience and knowledge, i would highly recommend these guys and will be going back for all my motorcycle needs. GO RIDE!!!

Been here twice for Victory motorcycle accessories and recently bought a sign from them. They are very helpful and if you are looking for a 4 wheeler they have a great selection to choose from.
