Let me say that I had a great experience this week at Stephens Auto in Oak Hill. I hadn t decided for sure if I was going to trade in my car. I drove by to look at the Trailblazers. Jamie Lego asked me if I needed some assistance. I drove off in my new Trailblazer!! Jamie was wonderful! She was great to walk me through the entire process. I had my teenage daughter with me and she even loved Jamie! Thank you Jamie Lego! We love our new Chevrolet Trailblazer!!

This makes our 2nd purchase from Stephens Auto and I would go back a 3rd time. Very friendly and quick, they worked great with us on our trade in and got us in what we wanted. I would recommend them. I have had 2 positive experiences here. Best of all they don't make you feel pressured.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! I live 4 hours away and was a first day reservation holder for the Ford Bronco. When I went to the Dealership to finalize my purchase on 8/5, my vehicle both externally and interior was filthy. To pay $1595 for destination and delivery, asking the dealership to clean it up prior to my arrival and then arriving to see it in the condition it was in, I was slightly aggravated. I asked after test driving the vehicle to be cleaned again in which they wiped off the front seats and radio area from the black dust that was everywhere. Drove it home with no issues. On Saturday, 8/6 early morning spent hours cleaning my new vehicle to my standards; noticed physical damage that was not done by me. Reported the damage of my brand new Bronco less than 24 hours after delivery to the manager which I was working with. Manager recommended I see one of the local Ford Dealerships Services Centers and call them on Monday, 8/8 being as I live so far away. On 8/8, I called local dealerships service centers in which I was able to get an appointment on 8/10. The local dealership service center declined to assist me as there was physical damage and said I had to call the dealership I purchased from to get resolution. I called Stephens Auto and spoke with the new sales car manager in which he refused to help me or submit a claim to Ford. He stated "Because you didn't pay Market Value for this Bronco, I'm not helping you. If you would have paid Market Value for your Bronco, I'd help you." - seriously? Then I e-mailed the owner in which he forwarded my E-mail to the dealership and at the end of the day the dealership refused to help me or submit a claim to Ford. I have escalated to Ford Motor Company to assist me. I hope this dealership does not do to any other potential customers what they did to me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I was all but robbed! After trying to get into something else because of the bad situation I was put in, other salesmen have actually apologized for how bad I was done at Stephens. I will never recommend to anyone and I will never go back there again, I couldn t be paid to.
