While the tires may be of reasonable quality, the business practices at this facility are dishonest and sorely lacking. We needed two tires for our Honda Pilot. We called the Beckley location after it opened. A recording said no one could take our call and we were transferred to the call center. The representative at the call center said that there were tires in our size and the sooner we could get to the store the faster we d be served. We immediately drove two hours to the store, where the kid at the counter told us that they did have two tires in our size, but that they couldn t fit us in. He said they were two busy. There were no vehicles in the bays and there was no one apparently waiting, but we were told we would have to come back the next day at 10:00 AM to get our two tires. I complained that the call center had told us to come right away for faster service. One of the employees (who wasn t working on any car, by the way) laughed and said Typical call center. We changed our plans and came back the next day at 10:00 AM, another two hour drive. We were then told that tires in our size could only be sold four at a time, because to put on just two front tires is unsafe. When I asked why we weren t told this during our first visit the previous day, the guy at the counter said I don t know, I wasn t here. This store seems to be selling tires as an afterthought, with no consistency and no concern about how customers are served.

They have a few good deals on tires, but all they do is tires and batteries. I'd rather just go to a place that can do it all at once. Just like their mother company Wal-Mart, Sam's club hires far too many young people that have no experience at anything. I'm not a big Wal-Mart supporter to begin with because they are billionaires who are dead set to destroy all the smaller businesses that they compete with, and Sam's isn't much better.

Don't be in a hurry getting tires put on at Sam's. It took well over an hour but I watched the guy working and the rules sams makes them follow will ensure the install Is done right.

Deceptive sales tactics. They quote safety to try to talk you or force you into buying an entire set of tires when you may not need that many. They refuse to change a single tire quoting liability.

Omg!!!been here 30 minutes with 2 people in front of me and HE just started with the other person!!!Employee named darrell needs trained plus they need more then 1 employee on a Sale day WOW

Thank you Sam's Club for being open on Sunday or we would have been stranded far from home in need of a tire.
