*UPDATE: Continue to use this shop for our repairs and still very pleased with their work and pricing!Fair prices and fixed our issue the first time, then when the same part went bad, completed the work under the part warranty so we didn't have to pay again. Highly recommend!

They are a nice shop. Not out to take people's money. TJ explained things to me and even showed me what parts would need fixed. I appreciated the kindness and the thoroughness of his work. I will be back for any body work I need.

Extremely rude!! Showed up 10 minutes early and my wife was told She had to leave my car there because they didn t know how to use their scan computer, then when I came to pick her up found out the owner was late to work. They lied about it. He was rude and told me maybe I needed to go somewhere else if I didn t want to cater to him!! So I left with my car!!!

We stopped in here to get our diesel truck oil changed. With out an appointment they got us right in. They were good priced and it only took around 30 minutes. Listening to how they treat other customers they truly seem honest kind and friendly. We will gladly bring our vehicles here from now on.

We were driving from Virginia to Kentucky and our alternator died on us while we stopped to see New River Gorge. Made it back into town and the people at Advanced Auto recommended we try Rightway if I didn't wanna do it myself in their parking lot (I was tempted, having replaced three other alternators in the past!) We tried them, Told them the situation and they hooked us up, had it done in under an hour. They were great. Felt blessed by God for finding them and getting their help so quickly and easily.

My car sat there for three days broke down, kept being told it ll be ready the next day and wasting my time, then when I was fed up and just wanted any news on my car the owner called me a liar and that they never made any promises. STEER CLEAR!!!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Broke down with my horse trailer and horses ford garage told they couldn't get to it for 2 weeks. My buddy came and hauled my trailer and horses to the campground and TJ Nd the mechanics diagnosed the problem and had it fixed by Thursday so I could pick it up and get my trailer and horses home. Reasonable prices and great knowledge of what they are doing. There's more to this story but I'm keeping it brief. If u need a mechanic in Beckley I highly recommend them.

I took my car there on June 9th 2021, I'd check my car few days later, nothing. Week later, nothing. Finally on the 23rd at 5pm I go to check on it again, and still hasn't moved, my doors were unlocked, and my keys in the ignition. And they were closed and no one there. So I had to have it towed to a different garage. $65 and 2weeks or so of more wasted time after having disappointment from another garage in Beckley for over 2 months and messing car up worse than when I took it there.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

Beware they in my case used a smaller non OEM filter..sad.. I shocked them when I asked to see the old filter and their replacement... in their defense they said it was acceptable. I disagreed they insisted since there was nothing else I could do.. I had to allow them to install it... so not coming back here

Had a major wheel problem on the I-state. Managed to get it to Rightway and they ordered parts and fixed the problem right away.
