I recently purchased a vehicle from here . I can tell you it was the BEST experience. Brian was my sales guy . He made the entire experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure the car (used) was exceptional and worked very hard with Kevin and Jamie to make sure the terms of the purchase were fit for us...I'd definitely go back when I'm in the market for another vehicle and I'd highly recommend them ..what a fantastic team

Ryan Strain at the Ford store, along with Jamie and the finance team went above and beyond to make sure our buying experience went great and so smooth.Ryan let me test drive and look in any of them I wanted before making a choice. We were in desperate need of a new vehicle. My wife and I had been involved in an accident that totaled our car (we had just purchased new at Beckley Auto Mall). Ron Hood, esteemed salesman, assisted in the purchase of the beautiful 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander SE. We weren t sure whether or not we d be able to get it, but by the grace of God we drove home in the car of our dreams. We will definitely consider working with Mountaineer Ford at our next purchase.

Excellent service department! Very friendly and helpful staff. I really appreciate the online support and ease of communication and updates via email and text. Mountaineer Ford also provided free pickup and delivery for my recent service appointment on March 14th, 2024. My driver, Mr Braden Robinson, was very professional and trustworthy. I was able to track my vehicle online and notified when it arrived at the dealership. I received a phone call informing me that the service was completed. I am very impressed by the quality of service I received, and my vehicle was returned safely. I highly recommend Mountaineer Ford Service Department.

The guys at Mountain Ford are seriously a dream team. Alex Ashley aided in finding me the perfect vehicle that fit my needs and my budget! Kevin helped me get what I need interest rate wise and RJ helped make the whole dreaded paperwork signing a breeze! I cannot thank these three guys enough for all their help and dedication to helping me find my perfect dream car! They go above and beyond to help their customers! On top of excellent customer service, Alex helped me set up my Ford Pass account on my phone and answered all my questions. I highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new, or used, vehicle.

I recently traded for a 2023 Ford F150 Lariat. First and foremost, the shining star with this deal was my sales associate Alex Ashley, who made the entire process the best I ve ever had. I m one of those guys who likes to ask a lot of questions, kick some tires so to speak. Alex patiently answered each and every one, seeing that I got the best deal possible. I truly believe he cares about his clients. Now the truck! It s a Ford F-150 Lariat! I don t know if there s a better riding vehicle on the road. With the 5yr. - 150K bumper to bumper warranty, PLUS life time warranty on the drive train, I plan to stay in the saddle of this truck for a long time. Looking forward to seeing if the service dept can match Alex s costumer care!

I would recommend ryan as the salesman if you are interested in a ford. We just got 2 trucks and ryan made sure to get us what we wanted. He works well with you. Kevin worked on the trade in very easy to work with. Kevin made sure to get us the best interest rates. Most friendly people I have ever met.

This place use to be top of the line service. I guess things have changed I had a bad experience there last year my truck set out back for 7 weeks before they would take it back in after changing a cam shaft sensor. They had noticed a noise in the engine and said they would get in the shop in 2 weeks. 7 weeks later I went and got my truck and took it to Pikeville KY great service there. Well 2 weeks ago I take my truck back to Mounteer for service had a coupon for the works for 53 or 54 dollars, they charged me 30 extra dollars and didn't even give me a report that my brake pads where worn out. I felt like I was snubbed the whole time I was there because of previous experience, I'll not go back and would not recommend anyone to do business with them. If really want a Ford go to Andy Clark Ford in Princeton or to Pikeville KY to Bruce Walter's Ford.

**One Star: Extremely Dissatisfied**My recent experience with Mountaineer Ford has left me profoundly dissatisfied. From the beginning, I encountered a series of issues that significantly impacted my overall satisfaction as a customer.Firstly, there was a breach of agreement to keep my RV inside due to the risk of freezing pipes. Despite explicit communication with the service advisor, my vehicle was left outside, resulting in frozen pipes and subsequent damages.Moreover, incorrect parts were ordered, leading to extended delays and additional expenses. The total job cost exceeded the initially quoted amount without proper notification or consent, constituting a violation of the customer-dealer agreement.Additional unauthorized charges were incurred for shipping, a consequence of the dealership's mistake in ordering incorrect parts. This, coupled with the replacement of extra parts without prior agreement, reflects a lack of transparency and customer consent.The loss of a hubcap and the freezing of pipes were direct consequences of the dealership's negligence, contributing to an overall disappointing service experience.The unprofessional conduct of Service Manager Jeremiah, who displayed a confrontational and uncooperative attitude, further compounded my dissatisfaction.I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided by Mountaineer Ford, and I feel compelled to share this experience to alert potential customers to the challenges they might face. The dealership's failure to fulfill their contractual obligations and provide satisfactory services has resulted in financial losses and inconvenience that could have been avoided with proper care and adherence to agreements.

This is the second vehicle we ve bought from this dealership since 2020. In 2021 I had to buy a vehicle from another dealership (sales department was great, service department not so much). This is one of the reasons we decided to trade the 2021 vehicle for the most recent purchase of a Ford. We ve had our 2020 F-250 since September of 2020 and have never had any issues with the dealership. The buying process was smooth, the service department has been great the few times we ve taken the truck back. With the recent purchase of a 2023 Ford Explorer, the sales experience was just as wonderful as the first time.Even while we were there making the deal on our Explorer, the salesman who sold us our F-250 even came and spoke to us like we had never missed a beat in our conversation from 4 years ago (he s since moved to the financial department is why we didn t have him be our salesman this time).My husband works in a field that requires him to have frequent dealings with service departments at different dealerships. The service department at Mountaineer Ford is the easiest one to deal with he has said. This means a lot to us because after the sale, this is the department that you will spend the most time dealing with.You won t go wrong doing business with Mountaineer Ford. We will continue to be return customers!

Said they could get me in my car no problem. There where many problems. What I was told I could get by myself i could not. After getting the vehicle the rotors where hotspotted bad. But they" passed state inspection" so nothing will be done. Even though it shakes when stopping.its been a week and it's been in the shop already and not received its final cleaning tank of gas or the floor mats that where agreed upon before signing. I will not buy anything here again.

I bought a vehicle from them and within a week it needed new brakes, new O2 sensor, new coolant parts, front bumper was popped out and a USB did not work. They refused to fix anything but the O2 sensor and the coolant issue. Absolutely ridiculous to spend $15,000 on a vehicle and not get it in decent condition that I have to immediately put hundreds of dollars of work into it!! Edit: they were also suppose to detail it and put gas in it since the day I bought it, the detail department was already closed. They had it 2 days and no detail!! Completely disappointed in my experience here.

Don't know about buying a car from here but definitely don't take it here to be serviced almost a month to get the turbo replaced on a vehicle 5 months to get an engine replaced they've had my car more in the last year than I have and it is a ford they should know how to service those right?

I can't speak about the vehicle purchasing experience here, but the service department is terrible. I've had some oil changes there and the wait times have gotten longer and longer. Today, I had an appointment at 8:00 AM for a problem with my truck as well as an oil change. I took a day off work to get this done. By 4:00 PM they hadn't even looked at the truck. No call or anything. I had to call them. The staff didn't seem to care when I picked it up with none of the work completed. I had to ask for the manager and complain before I even received an apology and it certainly wasn't a sincere apology. Between the horrible customer service, long wait times, and very high prices, I've decided I won't be back. Got my oil changed down the road for $30 less and it took 20 minutes. That's customer service. Highly recommend you avoid this place.

Hands down great service I didn't purchase my vehicle from them and they still treated me and the service of my vehicle as if I had spent a million the best of it all is the responsiveness of my service advisor Lindsey she also helped with a matter and went above and beyond helping me work with the dealer I purched from resolving all my issues.Thanks Mountaineer Ford for the Grade A service!

2020 Escape started to misfire while traveling from Ohio to North Carolina. Called service department which said they'd try and get it in. Was about noon the day before Thanksgiving. They stayed open late and got me back on the road. Awesome service department!! Grateful!!!!!

They over charge even after giving you a quote. I just paid 481 dollars for an oil and transmission fluid change. They also lie about what needs done to get more money out of you and charge over msrp for new sales.

Unreliable. I paid for my tires that were supposed to be ordered 3 days in advance of my service. Showed up to my appointment and they had never even ordered my tires. Out 500 dollars for tires and out 500 for missing overtime at work. Shouldn t have to stand over employees to ensure that things get done.

Broke down on a trip to NC...had truck towed to Mountaineer Ford...not only did they give my wife and I a ride to enterprise to get a rental, but they managed to diagnose and repair my truck in 2 days so I could pick it up on my way back through town on my return trip. Can't say enough about how well we were taken care of in our time of need.

Employees were rude and challenging with no respect towards me. Mr. Earhart however was an exception. I will never do business here again. I had purchased my dads truck less than four days after he traded it. When I got home with it it was missing the bed cover, floor mats, bowtie license plate and the wooden spacers in the bed.
