Cecil, the store manager, took care of my problem I had with a used 4 wheeler I had bought about 8 months earlier. I went in not very happy but came away pleased. I will take my 4 wheeler in for service every year now. Thanks Cecil.

Bought A 2021 CFMOTO CFROCE RAZOR 500 side by side in 2021 stayed in the shop At mohawk motor sports then at home then when all the parts would break down it was my fault if u want a wonderful deal and true place to go bubs in crab orchard will take care of u ask for Matt and get a American made machine these people need shut down pure junk!!!!

Been dealing with Eric for the last couple of weeks. He been very patient, and a great help. Test drove several units. Met Bob, and he told us to take our time, and to make sure that we were happy with whatever we chose. Went in today to make my purchase. I ve been very happy with the customer service, patience, and time he has spent helping me. On top of all of that we got a great deal. I would highly recommend these guys if you are in the market. Can t wait to pick my new unit up on Friday!

These people do not have enough employees to take care of your side by side if you have a problem. I left mine there for 9 weeks and nothing was done and before that i left it there3weeks same nothing .they kept giving me the runaround .so i went and picked it up and took it too horsepower unlimited they had it fixed in 5hrs great team there in Sophia

I bought a new 2021 CForce 600 camo edition. The sale was easy, everything was ready to go when I arrived. Friendly staff, drove 2 hrs from Roanoke VA. Will buy from them again.

They take forever on people stuff. I can understand a month or so for ordering parts but keeping a 4 wheeler for almost a year that needs a new clutch is dumb. Nice people they know us by name now, awesome doggo

They had my four wheeler over 3 months didn't fix it then when I got mad and went to pick it up I brought it home and gas lines were cut. I took to another shop and was fixed the next day. I DO NOT recommend anyone to take anything here to get fixed.

So glad to have Mohawk powersports in Beckley. Unfortunately the other motorcycle shops in the area have a lot of employees who just don't want to be at work. I called Beckley Honda today asking about a chain for my Honda Grom. The guy was simply rude and would not stop talking over me. He obviously does not belong on the phone and when it comes to gettig a chain and a tire change on my Honda Grom I'll be heading to see Cecil at MohawkPowersports

Best place to buy side by sides and the people wow what great sales people I'll be only buying from mohawk motor sports from now on think god me my dad bout from them they are pure perfection I got a cf Moto 500 S ide by side500and dad got Cf 500 ATV thank yall for the kindness the awesome salesman ship!!!!! Brought in a Yahama Raptor 80 to get new tires and a 2001 Honda Shadow 1100 to get front fork seals and new tires.It took 6 months to get the raptor back with new tires.A year after I brought both bikes in, I got the Shadow back, nothing had been done to it, and it was missing the battery cover.Needless to say, not a happy customer.

Wanted 110 dollars for a carb that was on amazon for 20 bucks biggest rip off company there is like come on your properly ran you would find parts you can still make money off of I would have bought it through them but not for a 400 percent mark up

Have had sxs in service department over 3 months still have not gotten it fixed.woud not recommend this business to anyone.this is a 10 mo. Old machine still under warranty

I have a very hard brake caliper to find so they are rebuilding it for me . They are the only ones I trust with my bikes besides myself have always used them and will continue to do so

Took my bike there to get put back in time. They had it for nearly 3 months and I got it out because they were just waiting on a gasket. They broke a bolt off in my radiator and didn't even bolt my fuel line back on.

Had my atv over a year, tried to overcharged what they quoted and got it back missing bolts and stuff on wrong, do not recommend

I've never been inside as a customer, I only live nearby & always am walking by here. The employees always speak or wave as I pass by. Friendly Folks :)
