Our salesman was Stan Ellison. He was very kind and knowledgeable. We had a bank approval within 30 minutes and signed the loan paperwork within the next 30-40 minutes. Our car buying experience here was phenomenal. I highly recommend buying here and with the sales staff here.EDIT: Whenever issues were discovered within 24 hours of purchase, and brought to the attention of the used car lot, there was resistance to complete a full resolution and chose which items to address. When told they would need 2 days to fully check into the USB outlets and allowing 2 weeks before bringing the car back to resolve the issue chosen to be fixed by the dealership that parts weren't ordered to be on hand in case they were needed ahead of time. Upon this I informed them I would need a loaner if it went beyond the 2 days. The service associate proceeded to have me sign a paper that would have me acknowledge payment. I refused to sign this paper because the dealership chose to fix this and I was not going to make any payments toward this repair since I have the other issues to pay for out of my pocket. I will be replacing trim and the insulation for under the hood out of my own pocket. Thoroughly check over your purchase for anything you don't want to pay out of pocket for and get it in writing to have it fixed within a reasonable time after purchase.

I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealer last Wednesday April 21, 2021. So far I am pleased with the vehicle itself and the price I negotiated with them was reasonable. They told me to bring it back for a full detail job this week because it was snowing/raining the day of purchase. So, I took it there today and left it for them to clean up and detail. I picked it up this evening and the vehicle had not been touched inside or out. It looked exactly the same as when I left it there. I will not be doing business with these people again. No integrity.

Flew in from out of state. The dealership had an individual to pick me up from the airport and the transaction was very efficient.

Extremely helpful and honest folks. Even though they didn t have on the lot what we were after, they took the time to hear our situation and give us solid advice for how to find the car for us.

My husband and I stopped by there because we seen two red tahoes on lot, we pulled in lot got out and looked at both vehicles, nobody came over to see if we need help, there were two guys leaning on truck talking, doing nothing, we drove there, and my husband walked over to them, my he and asked about price, he gave us price, didn't offer us to look at it, didn't ask us anything, I guess he didn't want a sale, or maybe because we are a bi-racial couple, he thought we weren serious. I guess we won't be shopping there or recommending them to anyone.
