These guys were awesome. Had my car towed in on Christmas. They looked at it and found i needed a new engine. They were able to install the new engine getting me back on the road in a relatively short period of time. They communicated with me through the whole process. Car is running great. Thank you again for your service and professionalism. Would highly recommend them.

I stopped in while traveling for the holidays with a check engine light after my car slightly stalled while driving. They figured out the issue and reset the sensors. I wasn t charged and I was back on the road in about an hour.

Had my cooling system serviced and I am beyond happy. I was leaking coolant and they were going to show me, but my jar was on the jack. But he showed me exactly where it was cracked and kept me updated on everything going on. It took longer than expected because of that, but they worked quickly and efficiently. Next time my car needs maintenance, I will be bringing it back here! I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but I had to brag on these guys at Meineke.

We have been taking our cars to Meineke for the past 4 to 5 years. They schedule an appointment for what needs to be done, have never had to wait for service. They let you see what has caused the problem and what needs to be fixed. I have never felt pressured to do more. Highly recommend you use their service!

My Honda was making awful noise and I was headed to my daughters in Holly Springs North Carolina. They took my car in and fixed it and were so kind to me. I would recommend these gentlemen any time.A big THANK YOU!

I was in a pinch and needed to know if I had a bent wheel or not. They were very professional and the mechanic that broke my tire down didn t mind showing me the wheel spinning on the balancer to see if it was bent. Very friendly and was more than willing to work with me to help me figure out if my wheel was bent or not. They got me in right away. Cleaned my wheel up and rebalanced the tire. Very helpful from the front end to the garage bay. I think Randy was the mechanics name that was more than helpful and very friendly. Thanks again Randy!Service: Tires

They are very good with every vehicle that my family, friends and myself bring to them. Very friendly, and professional. The staff is knowledgeable and very willing to share that knowledge as long as you are willing to ask.

My daughter and I drove down to WV from Michigan late at night and hit a shredded tire. It tore up underneath our car. We got it duct taped up but I was very nervous about driving it around town let alone back up to Michigan. I took it into Meineke and spoke to Luther. He came right out, got on the ground, checked out underneath to make sure that we did a decent job of taping up the plastic parts that were hanging and that nothing was leaking. He then checked the fluids in the car to make sure we weren t low on anything. He assured me all was fine and that we would be perfectly fine driving it back to Michigan. And we were. The car gave us no trouble on our 7 hour trip back home. My daughter and I don t usually travel alone, so this was a huge reassurance to us. People aren t always so kind and helpful. This was not the case here at Meineke! He went above and beyond! I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you again, Luther!

I had trouble with my Volvo while traveling through Beckley and a local company recommended Meineke. I am so happy I listened because they were friendly and accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about the different options I could take for the car. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a diagnosis and repairs at a reasonable price.

Took my vehicle here to get an alignment, a new tire put on and an oil change all was fine and price was expected as $450 They then told me I needed new brakes and rotors and the total amount for service was $912 all together!!!! Another $462 just for brakes and rotors? Not to mention, me, a young girl, being in there alone for them to take advantage of not happening!! After driving my car, it was still shaking and alignment was not fixed. I will be taking my car elsewhere and do not recommend this place.

The guys at Meineke are great! Another shop out of town did some work for me, which didn t fix the problem, and these guys got me all fixed up as usual!

As a woman, going into mechanic shops is always a battle as i have been taken advantage of just because of my gender.I have never felt that way about this place. These guys explain things to me clearly and have never done anything extra without my knowledge. They do a perfect job, are 100% honest and have always made me feel comfortable. The best part however, is Sue. She's such a sweetheart and I love coming just to chat with her.

Had my car serviced, oil changed and tires rotated. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. Much easier to schedule my services with them, then through the local dealership. I will be going back. I watched as they finished rotating my tires and a torque wrench was put on every lug nut and tighten as they are supposed to be. I know of three people in the last year, who has had a wheel come off there vehicles after having it serviced at other places, so keep a watch on who ever changes your tires. On Saturday, the 19th of August, 2023 My family and I were driving from Canada to Florida when we encountered mechanical issues. We were fortunate enough to find Meineke Car Care Centre in Beckley WV.We spoke with Mark on the phone who was helpful, compassionate and sympathetic to our situation. He advised us to bring the care over and they would ensure we were looked after and get us back on our way as quick as possible. Upon arrival, we were quickly diagnosed by Tim Murphy (Master Mechanic) who explained the issue (High Speed Fuel Pump in the engine) in simple terms that were easy to understand. He completed the repair while we waited and had us on our way within 3 hours. We could tell that they were making us a priority, even though it was clear they they had no shortage of work.We continued on our way, thankful and grateful for Mark and Tim for their professionalism, compassion and great work. We managed to continue on with our vacation without any further mechanical issues.I would highly recommend them without hesitation!!

I came home to Beckley to visit on my way to Philadelphia for a new job and was told at Auto Zone I needed a new alternator. I was dreading it cause I didn t have a lot of money to spare being in between jobs. I couldn t find anywhere that could help me til next week. I called meineke and they were able to see me the same day. I spoke with Luther there , I came in and after looking at the car he found I only had some loose wiring and clamps to the battery and didn t need the alternator after all. I thanked him and asked him what I owed him and he said don t worry about it. That s just something you don t see anymore, I would recommend this place to anyone , honest and just great people . Make sure to ask for Luther a real stand up guy! Thank you guys so much !Service: Auto battery maintenance

My radiator hose burst while driving on 77 traveling from Ohio to NC. We were fortunate to find Meineke in Beckley open and willing to help us on a Saturday. The manager and mechanics were extremely helpful and were able to repair my car within a couple hours and we were back on the road. They also gave me a military discount on the total bill. I highly recommend this Meineke. Excellent service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. Sue at the desk worked hard to get people seen. Randy the care associate told me exactly what he was doing with the car. Mister Mieneke Mark & Mieneke Mike are my Super heroes!! They came to my aide on a SUNDAY whilst I was traveling through West Virginia with a check engine light on! Not only did they assist me on a cold and dreary Sunday before Thanksgiving they followed up to check on me and make sure I arrived safely to my destination.As an elderly woman traveling solo, I felt these two gentlemen were kind, respectful and offered a level of customer service I have seldom encountered in recent years.If you ever need honest, reliable and respectful service for your vehicle, look no further than the Meineke shop in Beckley WV.!!!

These guys were AWESOME! We broke down moving from West Virginia to North Carolina. We were between a rock and a hard place you could say. When I called and explained the situation Jeff answered the phone and politely squeezed us in. Sue then continued to take care of us during the entire repair. SUPER nice lady and excellent customer service. Tim was the master mechanic on duty. Tim was extremely helpful VERY professional and even jumped on his motorcycle to go find us a cheaper priced original part. I wish this mechanic shop was located where we live now. Would for SURE recommend these guys to ANYONE needing any mechanic work.Service: General repairs & maintenance
