Walked in out of the blue to talk about accessories for my 2020 Kawasaki TeryxS that I bought at United Cycle. Everyone, including the owner of the place, stopped the remodeling work they were doing to help me. Talked with Mr Massey about a more expensive but more appropriate to my actual needs side-by-side that they had for sale and kicked myself for not stopping there first. Got all the information I needed about the accessories and tried to stop by United Cycle but got disappointed because that place is closed on Mondays. It just goes to show you that it pays to shop around, and Massey Powersports does not half step when it comes to customer service. Before I left, I let 'em know that I was going to be on the ballot for the Mayor of Beckley this year, and they all wished me well in that election. I think I'll elect to do more business with Mr Massey & company real soon. You can take that to the polls.

Been waiting on tires for a tractor that we ordered and it had the wrong tires on it and will still have not got the tires that he said he would order and make it rightso I will not go back to buy anything thing there again

If I could give less than one starI would.I hate to be this personBut my family has been through enoughEspecially my mom. This company is totally lacking in integrity ...They broke my late fathers side by side when it was brought for other Repairs (relating to how it was operating) they said that it was broke when we brought it.I have proof and many local businesses that have agreed to give security footage of it as we passed by the Day it was dropped off..Keep in mindmy father passed away in March.My last best memory with him was on this side by side ...that had not been used much before he passed ....over 1000 people attended His services ...he was a man of integrity who would be embarrassed to do business with an establishment that alllows this dishonesty to take place.My heart is broke for my family and especially my mother who has been through enough since loosing the only man she ever Loved. I'm so disappointed, and I hate it for the honest employees there bc it's not thier fault...to the ownerIf you are not the snake then....You have a Snake in your midst and if I were an honest human I would be weeding it out instead of defending it.HoweverAccording to public record it seems we can determine exactly who it itSincerelyA broken hearted disappointed customer(Windshield was whole and Complete at drop off)

Quoted a price and payment for a tractor, told 0% interest but then called us back and the payments went up almost $100 more a month. When asked why we were told that it's not really 0% that they take the going rate and add the total you would pay to the price then it's 0% interest. Major scamReply to Massey Powersports: You are mistaken, you had not ran his credit through the early pay off company, he told you he wasn't interested in going through them when you mentioned the penalty and that was at the beginning. You had 2 companies with 0%, the one with the penalty and the other. The payments should have been the same through both since both were 0%. With the price you quoted, plus sales tax and 0% interest the payments should have been almost $100 less than what he was quoted. What causes a payment to go up like that, it wasn't his credit affecting the interest rate so please explain.

Great customer experience. Bought a Coolster 125 big wheel pit bike and I love it. Toke it home and had some issues and went back and they took care of me right away. Highly recommend Massey Power sports. Also ask about the 0 percent interest for 48 months.

Didn't have what we wanted and if I would order it, sight unseen. It could take up to 6 months to get it. Too much salesman and not enough, CARING.

Had my four wheeler repaired by these guys. Always perfessional and courteous! Sales staff is super friendly and follow up to make sure you are happy. Highly recommend them for repairs and accessories. Thanks Paul!

I had bought a used Kawasaki prairie, rebuilt the engine but didn't do it correctly so needed help getting it running. No other shop in town would look at it. But the guys at Massey Powersports were amazing.. They got me fixed and back on the trail. Best bunch of guys I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Would highly recommend...

Massey power sports has been one of the best experience I've ever had buying a off road machine. They offer a ton of different machines, ATVs, UTVs, street bikes, dirt bikes, and they also got you covered for your farm equipment selling one of the top brand tractors with every option and size available. They back their sales with outstanding service, and their repair facility I can't say enough about. They get your machine in and out and won't break the bank on you. Stop in and see them, I know I wasn't given the cold shoulder like others has in the area, walked in told them what I wanted and signed the paperwork. Thanks guys!

So far(and I say so far because there will be more)we have purchased a 200cc go cart and 125 4 wheeler for my 4 year old. We had a great experience when purchasing and the owner and other employees are all really nice. I have 5 kids and we have all had a blast this summer with them.

I bought a brand new 125 coolster dirt bike in May 25th. Within days the throttle, chain and kickstart broke. I called and discussed with them and brought the bike in for repairs. I was told it would not be covered under the warranty even though I had only made one payment on the bike at this time! They kept the bike over a month, did unnecessary diagnostics on it, said it had water in the engine but they don t know how it got there. They also said the chain and bolts were rusted even though my son only rode it a handful of times and it s garage kept since day 1. I had to pay a repair bill of $351.75 on a BRAND NEW MOTORCYCLE. we get the bike back on Friday and Saturday the chain pops off and it won t start! This motorcycle is junk, waste of money and all sales are final. Do not recommend anyone buying anything from this company. It s cheap and defective!

I bought 3 new four wheelers from Paul Massey before Christmas. Two 125 mid-size for my two little boys, and a 500 for me. They are all junk. I have the 500 in the shop 4 times still not fixed. I can get 60 miles on a tank of gas. It smokes like crazy when i start it. They cant fix it. Then i take one of the 125 bikes in for brakes. Already mind you my boys are 6 and only ride around our yard. They fix it for 44 dollars. So i take the other 125 in thinking it too will be 44.00 well after a month its finally ready i go they say 166.00, but we will knock it down to 116.00. So after 20 mins of me trying to explain if I had known it was going to be that much and not the 44 dollars like last time I would've bought the brakes and done it myself. I had to pay. Dont buy from them they are not men of their word and a sale junk bikes. Plus the man cursed me..This is to follow up. No sir i did not get out of line. And no sir i didn't want free service. I paid for the first 125 with no complaints. What i couldn't understand is how the first brakes was 50.00 and then on the same kind of wheeler it jumped to 160.00 and no one could tell me why. That's what i couldn't understand and still don't understand. And no i didn't jump on anyone. It was fine until you came out and told me i was a punk that wanted free service. Your brother even told me you was having a bad day....And no thats a lie when you said everytime i came i said my 500 was good. You worked on it twice and it still isn't right. And their bikes still aren't right. My father's day was nice because i was with my boys. Had nothing to do with your junk bikes

Very friendly people here. Helped hubby find what he was looking for. He did make a purchase but was a little disappointed that when he got home the tractor didn't have fuel in it. Other than that I would recommend this place

I made two purchases at Massey Powersports in Cross Lanes, WV. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and customer service was outstanding. I will definitely choose Massey Powersports for all my future recreational vehicle purchases.

Had our tractor 4 weeks today for a LEAK!Last week tried to call daily Monday through Friday without a single person ever answering the phone!

Would have given a 5 star ..everything was great in my purchase of a mt122 tractor...was kind of disappointed when I got home and it was on empty of fuel...that kind of money it should have fuel in it..never bought a new vehicle before that wasn't full..

I would walk before I bought another bike or anything from this place my son got a 125 Four wheeler for Christmas from There he has rode it approximately three times in the yard second time the spark plug vibrated and broke replaced the plug took it in for service at 90 days since it was winter Done service cost me a additional 90 some dollars went to pick it up would not start so they had to redo their job went to pick it up again and for no reason they closed two hours early wasted trip went to get it again picked it up got home went to start it would not start so took it back now they re saying it needs another battery the fourth battery and they re saying they will not cover it and in the process some how My sons seat gets exchanged with another full Wheeler and when I pointed it out the mechanic literally walked over take a seat off of another four wheeler of somebody else s and put on my sons four wheeler still yet not the correct seatResponding to the owners tweet that you have to start it and run it or the batteries are going to go bad it was winter when I bought it so no he wasn t going to be riding it and it was put on trickle charge like your mechanic had said and might I remind you it had to have its first battery changed the day I bought it so and for the seat the lovely thing about your statement I would love to see this video and date time because I have proof it so happens I have witnesses that was with me so please show us the video I don t take kindly to being called a liar but to throw it up I didn t have it in for it s 90 day service you are correct hard to do because of the COVID and being told to stay home due to virus my son has rode it one time since we got it back this tim and it has oil leaking so it needs to come back again and I haven t even had it back three weeks.

We bought a side by side awhile back and since we tried using it we ran into problems after problems we took it to them to get the rear end fixed they didn't fix it properly and had to redo it we also had to pay someone to fix several things on it when we tried going in there needing unfortunately something else from them to fix a problem they didn't fix the man in charge had a smirk on his face when I told him it was dangerous not fixing it properly especially having a child on it so I would not recommend buying from here especially If you're concern about safety

We had to have our UTV repaired and they were nice to us and our UTV is repaired. I would recommend them.

Came in for warranty work ,didn t fix what i asked to told me they put a new battery in guess they forgot to clean the mud off old one charged me 125.00 for nothing crocks be aware buy a honda or other name brand
