Best carwash in town! I go there at least once a week. Their prices are very reasonable. And their employees do an awesome job! After the wash they hand dry your vehicle they spray your tires with shine. That's with $16 package.

I have been a customer with them for the last year or two, My wife and I went today and and the female attendant for the carwash side was beyond rude, using terms like " I dont care what you want " and " I dont care if you want the manager " I told the Boss and he really didnt care, This girl should have been fired for all the negative reviews on here about her. Everyone has a boss, maybe the owner should know whats going on.

Went for a sticker and oil change at Magnum. First time there since I was a kid. Found out they replaced the oil filter with the wrong size and put dirty oil back in. Oil light would flash, and the car was rattling. Please be careful going here. They can really mess a vehicle up. By the way, my oil was changed by the guy that runs the place.

Went to magnum three times in 4 days , 1st day the girl said not doing inside today, next day the guy said not enough people, and today the guy said we might get to you. When I called to speak to a manager the girl would not put me over to one. I told her what has been going on she said and I quote well sorry. I will never go back to them again.Service: Auto detailing

Oil change and had my car vacuumed as well.Employees were so nice, polite and helpful.Greeted everyone with a hello and a smile, which really, people need these days.Will definitely go back.

Ive been a customer here for years and have had impeccable service. If being under new ownership meanss 1.5 hours to get an oil change and a car wash and then arguing with the owner about how long ive been there and how long things should take then I'm out. There ARE PLENTY of other places to get serviced....called my truck nasty, put other people through the line in front of me, argued about how long i had been there .....garbage new owners, don't bother

Second time here. First time was 5 stars. Second trip was very disappointing. Inside cleaning was very poor. I paid 8.00 to have my rubber floor mats cleaned and they looked like they sprinkled water them and left them filthy. Very disappointed.

I had checked my cab air filter after changing my fuel filter earlier that morning. The cab air filter was fine. I didn t want to deal with the oil change so I took my truck here. The gentleman came in with my cab air filter in his hands and he had put a giant mouse nest on top of my cab air filter saying it needed replaced. Even though I had checked it that morning and nothing was wrong with it. They tried to get scam money out of me. It was laughable to me, but for someone who doesn t check anything, they would have made a quick buck very easily. I will never go there again. And for your sake, I recommend you do not.

Went for oil change. Big mistake. Very rude! But the worst part is they put 5w30 in my jeep that requires synthetic. When I took it back they supposedly fixed it. It's 3 days later now and my jeep oil change indicator is going off. 3 days from a 50 dollar oil change and now I have to have it looked at by a real place that knows what they are doing. This place is very trashy people and they do the work and wash where u can't see whats going on. Horrible place.

Coming here often throughout years, just so happen i was driving my 07 mustang looks like it sets low but has been driven through there carwash couple times no problem but guess rude girl has her own rules on which cars are cleaned, i couldn't explain due to oral surgery previous day,but rather asked someone more knowledgeable she took it upon herself to issue rude judgment..so i got other options on getting respectful service..Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Friendly staff, super fast turnaround.My husband and I stopped here while driving from Ohio to North Carolina for Thanksgiving when we realized that the oil change we thought we got from another place BEFORE our long road trip didn't seem to be working and my car was making noises. Magnum Car Wash LLC checked my CR-V's dip stick and confirmed that we did in fact need an oil change and had us in and out in under 15 minutes. Would HIGHLY recommend this place. We did not choose to get the free car wash that comes with the oil change since we still had many miles to go and we were ready to get on our way so I cannot speak to that.

Excellent, quick service! I was able to get my oil changed in no time and still had time left to grab food during my lunch AFTER the free $5 car wash, which I also appreciated. Will make this my regular oil change stop for sure.

Great car wash, reasonable pricing, and you get free vacuums afterwards. The staff is friendly and the location can't be beat. Instead of just blasting the top layer of dirt off, these guys actually wash the total vehicle, with cool tricolor foams for the kids to marvel at.

I take my vehicle here every 3000 miles for an oil change. They top off all of the consumables (windshield washer fluid). They also check my air filter and then they wash, vacuum, and dry my vehicle. The staff are always courteous with me. I think that they are top notch and try to send everyone I can to them!

Took my car in for state inspection and to have he interior detailed, when I get home I notice the hubcap is broken. Nobody said anything about it when I picked up my car. Went in for an oil change. Lady came and got me and said the technician needed me.Tech: "we aren't able to do your oil change...I can't get your oil filter off..whover did it last put it to tight "Me: "you guys are the ones who did my last oil change"Tech: "rudely says ..well i can't get it off to do the oil change."Me: "well you best...this is y'alls mistake..fix it!"Tech: "have a seat it will be a while"I WON'T BE BACK!! Bad oil changes, no masks on employees, and subpar car washes.I always try to give my business to local shops. Looks like Walmart won another customer.

Great community spirit at Christmas, they were giving away free Little Caesar's pizza to anyone driving north past their location. Just happen to be passing by at right time and was trying to decide what to have for dinner later. Thanks for Christmas Eve dinner! Merry Christmas to the employees!

Fast and friendly service. Had a full synthetic oil change. Posted a pic of the receipt. Look it over and be your own judge. I'm not sure if the pricing is typical.

Paid $96 dollars for nothing. Done very poorly on interior. Suppose to have shampoo carpets and seats. Looked just as bad before and after. I will never go back. Don't waste your money or time going hereService: Auto interior vacuumingService: Auto interior vacuuming

Took in my car for an inspection sticker. Rear windshield wiper was bad. Had them replace it. Then they brought me into the garage to inform me that the ball joint on the lower control arm was busted. I asked if they could fix it. They told me no. They said they would put a rejection sticker on my vehicle. I asked if they could leave regular sticker on until I got it fixed. They said no because if I left and got into an accident it could fall on them. They put the rejection sticker on my car and kindly(bless their hearts) gave me directions to the nearest mechanic that could actually fix my vehicle. I took it to Meineke.You shouldn t be able to perform state inspections if you are not capable of correcting the issues. Not to mention they charged me 18.00 for a 7 rear window wiper I could have walked to Walmart and bought for 8.00.Shame on me. I will never return.

He's good to take your car there and get inspected. I had to check my break before I take a trip in my brakes turn out to be okay.

I went through the car wash and they broke the windshield on my brand new car. The owner looked at it and said "I don't know what to tell you" turned around and walked away. $1508.00 for replacement and I'm having to file a lawsuit in court for the cost OF damages. Long story short. DON'T NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!!

Had an oil change done here and they didn't screw the oil filter on properly and I lost all my oil and now my motor has a knock in it. Give 0 stars if I could.

I went there after a very long road trip. Service was not good. I paid for the most expensive wash and when I got back to my house, the front end of my car was still covered in bugs from the road and there were still dirty spots inside and out. I was not happy with the service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Not impressed with the outcome of 3 of the vehicles I've had detailed there. Waste of money and rude workers.

Horrible service, it took 1.5 hours to just clean my interior. The people they hire are idiots with bad attitudes. Worse service I ve ever gotten at any business.
