Dylan and Corey were both very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole process and getting me into the right vehicle at an affordable price. I was pleasantly surprised at how streamlined the process was and the short amount of time it took to get it all done. L&S has now gained another customer for life.

While out of town/slight emergency. The gentleman in service I dealt with was great and apologized for the amount of the charge$ to remove 4 locking lug nuts and replace with standard lugs. He waved labor charge because the ridiculous cost of 4 lug nuts ;/ FB!

Well worth a 4+ hour drive to get the Tacoma I wanted at a no nonsense price and without silly added options. Corey was great and made the process as painless as buying a car can be. Highly recommend!

Over 2 hours since I brought my car in for an oil change. Finally got it back. I had a coupon to get new wiper blades, an oil change, tire rotation & inspections on engine air & cabin air filters. It was supposed to cost me $75 + tax. $97 with all their little extra charges. Never again! The coupon said $74.95, that's what I should've paid. If you're going to offer coupons, at least be honest with them. Your company WON'T be taking advantage of me again. 2 thumbs WAAAAY DOWN

Took my GR86 here for a recall pertaining to an ECU update. 1 hour an 30 minutes later I m still waiting for my car to come off of the hill. It is done with the update and it is just sitting. I asked about it and said it just needs to be brought down and it ll be 5-10 minutes. 15 minutes later I m still waiting and it is still sitting up the hill outside of the maintenance department. Very unprofessional, and very disappointing for an ECU update. This is the exact reason I avoid dealerships at all costs. I have stuff to do today and asked how long it should be and they told me it should be less than an hour. Attached photo of it just sitting on the hill in blue.

The sales person was nice and friendly. He was upfront with me about everything concerning the financial options available to me to either finance or lease the vehicle and explained in detail their evaluation on my trade-in vehicle. He had me in my new Cross the same day. The entire staff was pleasant and answered any question I had.

Terrible!! The service department will damage to your vehicle. Charged me for parts they damaged when my Tacoma was there for a fuel system warranty work. I only used them because I live near Beckley and the service is free though Toyota care. You also will have to make sure they don t charge you because they will try. I Will definitely go to Ramey from now on . and no I don t need 36lbs of air in my tires in fact they didn t even rotate them.

The service department at L&S is top notch! They are friendly and very courteous. In addition, they do a very thorough service and explain what they did with your vehicle. I ve never had any surprises when I got my bill because they covered every eventuality before hand. A great bunch of people!!!

Got my truck in quickly for an oil change. Found my brakes were almost gone(which i suspected). Replaced the brake pads in a very timely manner at a reasonable cost. Very thankful for their excellent service center!

In town on a family vacation and messed up my front rotors on Sandstone Mountain. They got us in and out in and hour, on a day when they were super busy. Amazing service from amazing people! Highly recommend!

First visit to this dealership since I moved to WV. When I called to make an appointment Terri was very customer friendly and polite, she also sent me a reminder of my appointment. When I arrived Jon was my service advisor and he also was very friendly and detailed in reviewing the work performed on My vehicle. Overall very impressed with my first visit, so I will return for future maintenance and maybe to purchase a new vehicle

We had a problem with our minivan while traveling for Thanksgiving. The service folks were able to accommodate us and get a diagnosis quickly even though we didn t have an appointment. The repairs were completed faster than expected and we were able to finish our trip. Thanks!!

A fantastic buying experience. Everyone who works at L&S is very friendly and we were not subjected to any annoying high-pressure sales tactics. They do not charge over the sticker price like many dealerships are doing during this supply shortage. The whole process was very transparent, and our salesman Mike Shepherd was honest and communicated with us throughout the process.

This dealership is very bad. I called them and booked appointment for my car. They told me initially it will cost me $65 an hour to diagnose. And they told me I need to change my sway bar links. They charged me $126.00 instead of first 45 minutes checkup was only $65. And this is 4th week I still did not hear back from them to fix my swaybar links.I been calling every week and they don't have parts still in over 4 weeks to fix my car.What a messy dealership this is.

The staff is very friendly, but seems like they must ALL make commission on whatever they sell you. I took my 2016 Rav4 in for the 30,000 mile check three days ago. There were several things that rubbed me the wrong way initially dealing with the staff, in spite of their friendliness, but I let them slide at first.The biggest issue, that I still almost can't believe and the reason I am writing this review, was the flat out lies they told me. I went in thinking I just needed an oil change. When I was in the waiting room, one of the service staff came out and told me I also needed new brakes and rotors. The brakes I wasn't surprised by, but the rotors... at 30,015 miles? I'm a girl in there by myself, so I'm low hanging fruit, but I work at an ATV company and try to learn from our mechanics when I have time. The L&S staff told me that my rotors were rusted through and needed to be replaced. I thought that sounded suspicious (and confirmed online that rotors on that vehicle should last between 30,000 miles and 70,000) so I asked to see a picture of the rotors. I was then provided with the blurriest and lowest quality pictures they could have taken. I asked for another one, and this time they sent me a slightly clearer one, but you could clearly see they weren't even close to "rusted through". When I pressed the staff, they said "well, they're really grooved and will wear your brakes unevenly". They showed me another blurry picture and tried to justify their story. When I asked why they couldn't just turn the rotors (thanks work mechanic lessons!) instead of replacing them if they were in fact that grooved, they literally stuttered, looked at each other, and looked uncomfortable. Oh, hey (insert slightly snarky wave), I may be a younger girl in there by myself, but I know a bit more than I look like I would. They came up with yet another story when I kept pressing them about it. I finally called the mechanic from my company and told him what was going on. He told me there was no way my rotors should need to be replaced yet based on how and where I drive. I told the L&S staff I didn't want them to do anything else to my car beyond the oil change they had already done.As I was paying for my oil change and 30,000 mile check, they were all a little weird and had the look of being in the principal's office in school.I took my car to our local mechanic yesterday. They told me my rotors are in perfect shape- they didn't even turn them because they were completely fine. They literally used the word "perfect".It's one thing for a dealership or mechanic shop to suggest something needs to be fixed when it's not immediate. It's another thing to just blatantly lie to someone they deem as an easy target to get more money out of them. As I was leaving, an older gentleman with a cane came in. I hope they were more honest with him than they were with me. A lot of us are hurting financially right now. Don't be dishonest with your customers to help your business succeed. Incredibly disappointing as a business and as people.Also, sidenote, my local mechanic replaced my brakes for literally half the cost L&S quoted me.

Drove my truck here from Florida for the frame replacement under the warranty extension. Picked it up, drove across the street, didn t hardly have brakes, leaking power steering fluid and they broke the trailer plugs. Took it back, they fixed the brakes and replaced the plug and said they didn t touch the power steering hoses, they were not leaking when I dropped it off! Left again, made it less than a mile, truck shakes very bad, returned to the dealership, they said it was because of the upper control arms, adviser said it needed bushings! Well I replaced both upper control arms, did not change anything! Still shaking very bad! Now I have to drive back to Florida in it driving under 40 mph! They don t care about there customers and there safety! The worst dealership in beckley!!!!

Very professional group. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, M. Jude and Angela had us in and out in 1/2 hr. from time I decided to purchase. Quickest and best experience I ve had buying. They treat ya like they ve known you for years!!!!

Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. No high pressure sales at all. Just informative and helpful while assisting us find the Rav4 we have been searching for. We made the deal over the phone, drove down from Huntington to pick it up, and they had the paperwork ready and car ready to go.

The buying process was super easy and painless, our salesman Happy Hager made sure they could fit our needs before having the finance office run our credit application, and asked us what we wanted before showing us anything. The finance lady Angela was so good to us and truly made the impossible happen, and explained everything to us and was actually able to get our payment and interest rate lower than expected. We will most definitely be returning customers!

Brian Hodge in the Service Department is hands down the best! He is always so polite, attentive, and really works hard to get me whatever I need. He is definitely an expert in his field. I recommend all friends and family to go there because he is trustworthy and provides a great customer experience. A+++

Took my 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD 3.5L in for an oil change on 4-15-22. Left on a trip to Georgia on 4-28-15. The truck doesn't get driven much unless on trips. Hours into our trip we heard a rattling coming from the front end, then the truck overheated and warning light came on in dash. Pulled over on side of road to find the front skid plate was about to fall off. Coolant every where. Whoever did the oil change broke one of the skid plate bolts off and left the rest loose. There was only 1 bolt left holding it on. When we went looking for the leak found it was the radiator leaking in between where the radiator and condenser meet. Found a bolt wedged in between the radiator and condenser which rubbed a hole into the radiator. Called 4-28-15 to find out what LS Toyota was going to do to help since we were broken down in South Carolina. We were told the service manager couldn't be found and that they would call us back. Well it is now 5-4-22 and we have rec'd no phone call back. Very bad customer service and very bad shop management. Anyone can make a mistake, but own up to it and don't leave the customer hanging.5-5-22 Update, Service manager called and offered to help in any way he could to fix the issue. Our phone # had been written down wrong was the reason he couldn't contact us.

Everyone was very friendly and I felt like you were there for more than just a sale. Our salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we drove and purchased. Great atmosphere. I was able to feel at ease and not pressured. Salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the options on the vehicle I purchased. The finance office/officer was very organized, which made things go quickly. Best car buying experience ever!
