I hope the owner, and or employee that works here sees this post. I had a elderly family member of mine come in to get her car looked at. She was quoted 600$ for brakes and rotors front and rear. I found the rear brakes and rotors to be almost new, and I fixed the only problem in the front. I m glad she asked me and I could help her out. It s pathetic someone would try to take advantage of a elderly woman.

Excellent work, thank you Don!!! Don helped my husband and I with our travel trailer camper when we were stranded roadside with a burned up wheel and axle. He was willing to assist us on Saturday when no one else anywhere near was willing. He is practical, has a network of associates ready to step up and help him, and extremely knowledgeable in truck/camper repair.He even provided space to keep the camper a few days while parts were shipped. His charges were extremely reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend KZVB Auto.Service: Tires

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!! I needed repairs done to my Daughters car while she was traveling back home from out of state. She had a brake line issue and no brakes. Don was very helpful and professional. He communicated the problem and the plan to fix it. Don went above and beyond to get the job done and accommodate the the out of town situation!! This dude I a huge child I took my car to him several times at first it was great after that it went downhill I have to have details about my car cause I do home health care and need my car Don had it a week said he was getting parts for it. Anyway on the day he was finally fixing it I tried calling to get a update so I could update my work he wouldn't answer instead he took time to record a nasty message aimed at me on his machine. I do not recommend Don to anyone all beware instead of communicating with me when I tried calling him he chose not to answer the phone but yet took time to record a nasty message. I found a new garage

What bad can I say about a guy who has been so good to me and my family. Don Burnside is a fair compassionate business owner and an extremely adept mechanic. He has everything you would get at the dealership as far as equipment and it's probably about half the price.Don's always willing to lend an ear if you have an issue and never tries to mislead you about the severity of your vehicles issues. I would highly recommend going to see him next time you have a problem with your vehicle.He is definatley our families mechanic for years to come...why not let him be yours especially if you support small business in our community. Thanks Don goe all your service and kindness this post is the least I could do.

I can't say enough good things about about the owner/ operator. He's been a life saver for me. He has done all of the mechanical work I've needed for several years. He has integrity, he's honest, fair, and knows what he's doing.

Absolutely perfect experience here. I'm from Canada. My Honda Pilot broke down (needed a new transmission). Don was amazing at getting my car fixed and back on the road as quickly as possible. If I lived in WV, I would have just found my permanent mechanic. Thank you, Don!

The best experience I've had in auto repair. The owner even took me home after dropping the car off, and picked me up to get my car. Honesty and professionalism are two key words to describe this experience. Go nowhere else.

I recommend this mechanic. I got stuck late at night with car troubles and he was able to see my car promptly in the morning and fix the issue. Honest and to the point. If I were from W. VA I'd come here again!
