BUYER BEWARE: I don't recommend Kings in Beckley because they broke a part to my car, then tried to charge me for it on top of that lied about using the impact then told me to leave because I wasn't happy about it. I have the old key and a picture of it and its chewed up really bad. The key had never been used before because the car is brand new and the tires had never been changed or removed before. I would caution anyone who needs tires to think twice about this place. Had my husband not taken notice to how bad they messed the key up, I would have been out extra money because of their mistake.Specifics:Kings in Beckley used an impact gun to remove the lug nut that required a key. The key itself then stripped and this business tried to charge me for replacing the lug nuts that required the key. They then denied using the impact and claimed they had a video of the tech removing the tires and offered to show it to me. I stopped in to see the video and they conveniently couldn't find it. When I was there they told me if I wasn't happy with the service to leave.

Delivered some giant tires here and found out there was a mix up in paperwork from the tire manufacturer, the staff here was above and beyond and helped me with getting the delivery done with no issues,they were very friendly and helpful. This was definitely a good experience and wouldn't mind returning.

Stopped here on our way home with our RV and tire not holding air. They could easily have sold us an unneeded tire but we re honest and replaced our valve stem, which is what we thought was wrong. Thanks for your honesty!

I wish I could leave a negative here. Went to get my brakes done. Took 6 hours, then they didn't bleed them and broke my good latch without letting me know. Took the car back 3 times and had to go out and do the work myself. Never will I ever go back there. And they were just plain out rude about everything.

Please update the hours of operation on your website and search results. We dropped our vehicle in your parking lot at 1am hoping to have our tire repaired first thing on Saturday morning, when, according to your website you opened at 8am, only to find you're actually closed on Saturday's. To make matters worse, members of your staff arrived while my husband was changing out the tire with the spare and no one even bothered to speak to us. Please update your website hours from 8-2pm on Saturday's to CLOSED so others don't experience this same dilemma.

Had a screw in my tire and was recommended to go to King Tire Co to have it patched. They fixed my tire in about 15 mins n I didnt even have an appt, I just walked in! Thanks again for the quick n efficient timely manner, but also doing a good job as I havent had any problems since, out of my tire! Def will be returning!

I traveled to Beckley with my kids to go to the dentist. On the way I got a hole in my tire. They tried to repair the hole but did not succeed. They took the time to install my spare. They didn't have my tires in stock but took the time to call around to find someone who did so I could travel with my children safely! Definitely going back to them for tires and service!

I have never had an such an experience as my husband did today at King Tire Service on Stanaford Rd. He went to get an inspection sticker on my nissan rogue that has around 60k miles. The only problem is the tire pressure monitor on one tire is bad. Not a big deal right? Cars didn't have these things for years it's been bad for over a year I just check my tire pressure instead of relying on a computer. Well...they wouldn't put a sticker on it but what really made me laugh was that they said my ignition needed fixed because it was a safety issue. umm... it's called keyless start!!! No, the car wont just start for anyone the key fob has to be in the car lol My husband is not the type to cause a stink so he said nothing but they didn't offer him a rejection sticker or anything. Very rude. Unprofessional. I seriously doubt their knowledge of vehicles. Definitely would not recommend this place. Even if the tire pressure monitor had to be fixed for a sticker there is nothing wrong with a keyless start!

DONT EVER GO HERE!! They will sell you tires that aren t safe for your veichle!! They won t check the index to make sure the tire is safe for the weight of your truck! Also they don t have the system there to prove. Unprofessional all the way around!!!
