Very Dangerous ExperienceMy car started to make a very loud humming noise, so I called and made an appointment. I was there for two hours, before they said that all my wheelbearings were in good shape, that the problem was my brakes and roters were worn-out. I paid $700+ to have them replaced, but as soon as I pulled out on the road I could still hear the humming noise, but now it was making a new noise, a terrible metal to metal thumping noise. I called, they said that they were ready to close to bring it back the next day. Well I couldn't make it back in for three days, because I had to work. They took it for a test drive and flat out said that I was lying about the noise, that they couldn't hear it. I got mad and left. I pulled into the next garage that I came to and asked if they could look at it. Literally within three minutes, while standing in the parking lot, the mechanic looked down and pointed out that the caliber bolts were missing. While he was putting the bolts in he said that I was very lucky that it hadn't caused me to wreck. After they had a chance to look it over, they said that the actual problem was both back wheelbearings needed to be replaced. That was another $700+ but finally my car is fixed.The so called "mechanic" at Goodyear denied that he did anything wrong. I called his manager several times and and left several messages, but I have yet to hear from anyone.

Best shop anyone could ask for. I cut a tire over 1000 miles from home on a Saturday night at 5pm. These boys got me in and replaced my tire before they closed so I could get my family home safely. They even found and plugged another puncture in another tire so my family was safe on the highways. If ever in west Virginia and need a tire this is the place. Thanks again gentlemen

Worst mechanics imaginable. They broke my car to the tune of $9100+. I brought it in for an oil change and they somehow didn't install the filter properly causing it to literally eject all my oil onto the highway. My engine ate itself at 65 miles an hour in rush hour traffic. Goodyear denied the claim. Two different mechanics (including the Dealership) have told me that the damages done could only be done by an oil filter failure. Ohh did I tell you this was a week before Christmas and I was taking my only vacation for the year? A fantastic holiday of renting a car, paying for hotels, and sitting on hold trying to solve a problem these buffoons caused.I can't warn you enough to avoid this place. Don't trust them. Don't trust Goodyear corporate either. These guys have no honor, no integrity, and are obviously incompetent mechanics. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Take your vehicle to someone you can trust and who can own up to their mistakes.

I was in the middle of the long drive. I noticed something unusual with the tire and drove to this place. I am very happy with my decision. Very helpful and welcoming team. They have fixed my flat tire in less than 15 minutes. I did not lose much travel time. Highly recommend this place.

Staff greeted you with smiles very informative about the needs of your vehicle prices very reasonable. They took your vehicle promptly. Very nice waiting area. Very clean. I highly recommend this location for all of your service needs for your vehicle.

This place is amazing! We were on a road trip, unexpectedly hit a nail and got a slow leak in our tire. They got us in right away, found the leak, and replaced the tire in under 20 mins having us back on the road! Incredible customer service. Will 100% recommend to anyone needing services in Beckley.

Went here for brakes and rotors I was first charged more than what was originally talked about and I had to go back no joke 6 times due to them not doing there job right as my car was worse than before when they did finally fix it I had to get brand new brakes and rotors 2 months later terrible place to go do not recommend to anyone!

My Ford Expedition had problems with swerving. In the course of three days, the technicians, front desk, and management show excellent service by getting me in, taking the time to fix the problem, and made my daughter and I feel welcomed. I recommend anyone to these professionals, a term I rarely use. They have earn it.

Was driving through Beckley in July and had to make an emergency stop for brakes in Beckley. I did not have time to research for a place and happened upon Goodyear and explained my situation. They were amazing. They were able to change my brakes within 3 hours and had me back on the road so that I could continue to my destination. I did not call ahead nor have an appointment. They showed professionalism and could have taken advantage of me, however, they did not. I highly encourage you to utilize this shop! In addition, they are located in a safe area with plenty of restaurants and stores so if you need to wait, you will have additional options of what to do with your time.

I was about 40 miles away in a very rural area on Memorial Day Weekend. I got a flat late Saturday afternoon and everything within 30 miles of me was closed. I knew nothing would be open on Sunday or the holiday on Monday. I put my donut on and called around, finally finding this Goodyear in Beckley that was open until 6:00. I called and Kris answered and said that if I could get there before 5:30 they'd try to repair my flat tire. I arrived at 5:00 and they showed me that large gash in the sidewall of my tire that could definitely not be repaired and unfortunately they didn't have my tire size! Kris called around to other tire stores to try and find a place that was open on the holiday weekend and had my tire size. Kris found one at Sam's Club and I went there to get a new tire put on. As I was leaving one of the techs said, "If they can't put it on for you tonight, just buy the tire and bring it back here before 6:00 when we close." Once at Sam's Club there was only one tech working and he said there was no way he could put it on today. I wheeled the tire over to the checkout and bought it and then rolled it out to my car and called Kris and said I was coming back with the tire. I arrived and they put my new tire on within 20 minutes and I was on my way. I'd like to personally thank Kris, Billy, JC and Jason for going the extra mile in a time of desperation for me and my family. They were solution-oriented and extremely patient and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them and the Goodyear shop in Beckley because they work there.

UPDATE TO REVIEW:The store manager reached out to me the next morning. He had already looked into the situation. He said the invoice was incorrect and looked up and gave me the actual brake pad reading which was in the range I expected. He apologized for the tire oversight and offered me the best deal possible on a new set of Goodyear Eagles!Bobby, the manager, made everything right.Side note- My daughter-in-law took her RV there about a week later and got four tires. She said the service was quick and the employees friendly. She used to be a service writer at a different tire dealer.***************Original review:Not impressed. Not impressed at all.Took car there for state safety inspection. Also had wheel alignment and rotation.Passed saftey inspection.On the way home I was reading the invoice that stated the technician recommended replacing the brake pads and rotors. It passed the safety inspection. Nothing was said to me about the brakes.The invoice did not comment on the tires being cracked and dry rotted. It passed the safety inspection. Nothing was nothing said to me about the tires.I will buy new tires and have the brakes checked - at another tire dealer.

Go here for an alignment. They'll get you in fast, not usually overbooked, and definitely not overpriced. They have good knowledgeable, professional, staff. Friendly too!

I needed 2 new tires, I called early this morning and had the best customer service over the phone. Made an appointment for 3pm today and my tires are already on, balanced and paid for! Thank you Kristen Brown! I will be back!!!! Best tire care I have ever had!

After trying a couple of other places, I was able to walk into this Goodyear to get my car inspected without an appointment and was back out in 15-20 minutes. The shop is extremely clean and the employee who helped me was very friendly. Overall, it was a great experience and I will most definitely be going back for future inspections and other possible car needs.

The best automotive shop in town hands down. A great staff. Brandon and Christy amazing and the mechanics are the BEST. I recommend to everyone I know. I would give more stars if possible.

Great Prices! I sprung a leak in my cooling system while i was on a vacation to visit Family in Beckley. Most places i called said it would be a day or two to get parts. NOT Goodyear! They were able to confirm what the problem was and got the part i needed in an hour. They had it fixed in LESS then an hour! Their service advisors were polite and considerate. They had a comfortable and clean waiting room facility with cold bottled water. There was one thing that could have made the experience better- Free Hot Coffee!

*NOT A FEMALE FRIENDLY SHOP*Went in for a state inspection and it was taking longer than any inspection I had ever gotten done. Guy walks out says it s taking so long because they had to put new plate lights in . So 1st they just did what they wanted before asking to do anything to my car.Then when I was checking out they recommended new back rotors and brakes. Which me and my husband had recently replaced the month prior, when I said we didn t have another shop do it they scoffed at me.Absolutely disgusting how I was treated.

When on a road trip across the country, I felt a shuddering in my wheel and thought it was a balancing issue. I was able to be seen immediately at Goodyear, and they showed me that I had some extreme wear on my rear passenger side tire that was borderline catastrophic. Although they didn t have my size tire in stock, they helped me find a tire nearby in town I was able to go and purchase, then I returned to have them install it since their wait was much less than the other shop s! On top of that, even though I only needed a tire installation, because I had such a long time left in my road trip, they balanced my tires for free. I can t thank Goodyear enough! Y all really helped save my road trip

Best Goodyear out of any state I ve ever lived in. Friendly and helpful staff, they get whatever you need done in a timely manner. In my experience people who have a bad experience here are impatient and all around not even human. Highly recommend this Establishment and will be returning for any work I need done.

Needed a ball bearing replaced as we were commuting across the country to visit family, and these wonderful people ( Kristen, Kaleb, and Billy) had the part located, fetched and installed in little over an hour. Truly saved the day
