The driver of the tow truck that picked my car up, Jessie, was very cautious, informative, and made sure to treat my car carefully putting it on the tow truck. He also made sure to let me know whatever I needed to do to help the process which made me feel a lot better as I was away from home when my car gave out on me. Life saver for sure!

I highly recommend this towing service. After a very unfortunate breakdown in the mountains of West Virginia we called Glenn's and they sent a tow truck in about 40 minutes. The tow truck driver, Jesse was so helpful and courteous. He also took us to our hotel and got our car dropped off to Blevins/Baileys Auto Repair. Great experience for an unfortunate event.

We found ourselves stranded on the side of the highway on January 1st with a blown transmission. Kaleb arrived promptly and soon had us safe and warm in the cab of his truck and our vehicle on the flatbed. He was friendly and sympathetic to our situation and dropped us and our car at the dealership directly. He offered some suggestions as to a hotel for the evening and wished us well. Kaleb helped to make what was a bad situation a bit more tolerable with his positive attitude and good sense of humor. Keep this guy around! He's a good one!

Hello world. I'm Dennis, owner of the SFD (Money Express Trucking). I was caught up in a snowstorm here in West Virginia. Chuck and James helped me out in no time quickly and fast. Jesse with Glen s towing saved the day! I was stranded on the side of the highway for 3 hours waiting for roadside assistance. We decided to call a local tow truck company and Jesse was there in 20 minutes to get us. So thankful for Jesse and Glens towing.

I was traveling out of state when my truck broke down and had to be towed. The tow truck driver, Dakota truly went above and beyond his duties. He not only made sure my two babies and I got safely into the hotel, he helped with my bags, car seats, and overall lightening of the chaotic mood. I cannot say enough good things about this kind, courteous, professional, wonderful human. Shout out Dakota, there should be more people in the world like you!!Service: Car towing

A HUGE shout out to the crew at Glen s Towing. From the nicest, friendliest, and just plain helpful person that answered the phone to the 2 young men that went above and beyond to get our vehicles off the interstate. My pickup pulling a 37 fifth wheel camper died on us and we called a couple other tow companies with no luck. Glen s came got us with 2 tow trucks. We detached the camper, put the pickup on a tilt bed truck, and hooked the camper to an attachment that hooked right to the king pin and we were out of there. My pickup had no battery and neither did the camper so it took patience and we appreciated that. To top it all off Glen s was thoughtful enough to get us a local camping spot and pulled the camper to the spot and waited until we were set up before they left. The campsite was as a local racetrack in Beckley WV so off to the races we go. Thank you Glens for rescuing our little family and ensuring all was good until the very end! Best part is that he spoke and we had a conversation. With new people, it's good to talk a bit, unless it's unwanted. Haha, but his driving skills were also great, and he accommodated me when needed. I wish the timing was a bit faster but maybe he had another job. Other than that, it was smooth sailing. Thanks Will!

This company was a God send my parents were traveling over the weekend and ended up getting 2 flat tires on the highway they are both elderly and my father was unable to properly put in a call to AAA he tried for over an hour when they decided to call a company directly the receptionist Samantha or Amanda he wasn t for sure was an absolute angel to them she went above and beyond to figure out where they had broken down and also placed the AAA call herself so they were not charged out of pocket. The driver also took them to a hotel room so they were safe while the repairs were made. I am so thankful and would definitely recommend.Service: Car towing

Blew the radiator on my Semi, towed in on Sunday. I'm writing this not for anything that was done prior to payment, but what happened after I paid. The tow was fine, driver was friendly.Nothing to do with the towing end, however I get my truck back after two days ( not complaining about the time).The issue I have was getting the truck back with radiator fluid still all over the engine, the A/C doesn't work, and after 20 miles it shuts down on me.I tried to resolve the issue with the owner and could not get a straight answer. He kept referring to his mechanic about the repair stating that the radiator has nothing to do with the A/C or oil. Never mind there is two oil lines that are for the oil cooler right in the bottom of the radiator. Or you have to move the condenser to get the radiator out, possible to damage the lines. They wanted to send a driver out, I told him no absolutely not after him denying any of the components are related. I'm sure your mechanic is a good mechanic but my experience was not positive.$2500.00 bill and refused to accept Master Card/Credit Card as payment.Nowhere in this place has it posted anywhere.Bottom line my experience was positive right up to payment and SUBSTANDARD WORK.The dispatch also freaked on us when we arrived to pay the bill.Just like any shop, your having to trust someone else with your lively hood.Mechanic is probably job scared and will say anything not to get fired.Thanks for the shaft and the nice hot truck.

Our vehicle broke down on a Saturday morning when I turned into Tamarack. The steering gave out. I called Glen's and was amazed by how quickly a tow truck arrived. He loaded the car and the flat bed like the profile that he is, and took us to the repair shop. I was pleasantly surprised by the very reasonable fee.

This company was great. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. I had them come out for a service call. The issue could not be repaired roadside so they sent a wrecker to tow it and charged a very reasonable price. On top of that, they went so far as to have their service tech give our drive team a ride to the hotel. Their dispatcher Savannah did an amazing job keeping me updated and coordinating everything.Service: Special vehicle towing

Our semi gave up the ghost before dawn on a Sunday morning just off the turnpike in Beckley. Given the day and the time, Glen's had a tow truck at our location incredibly quickly. Bobby had us hooked up and on our way in no time. He even dropped us off at our hotel after parking our truck at the repair shop.

While traveling back to Ohio from S Carolina we stopped in Beckley for the night. As we were leaving the Tamarack Travel Plaza the Stop Engine light came on in our rv. Went back to Tamarack and immediately started calling local diesel shops. Called Glens Towing first, they immediately sent out a mechanic, Bobby. He determined our serpentine belt broke which now needs to go to a repair shop. Bobby called Mathenys and arranged for a tow through Triple A.Great customer service and Bobby was amazing in helping us stranded folks!Service: Car towing

Tried to turn around on a very narrow road and got stuck in the mud off the road. The employee who came definitely knew what he was doing and got my truck out safely! I am so grateful for the service this gentleman and this company provided! Would highly recommend them!

dead battery. September 24,2022. we were at quality inn Elliots Way. Our car was dead and we needed to leave for home in Cincinnati. I think his name was Jessie - very nice. Helpful. friendly. He explained a few things about the car and was quite helpful to us. He was pleasant and got us back on the road. thank you!

Speedy service at better than the normal road call rate. Had a bad air brake chamber on a Freightliner tractor. Bobby showed up within 15 minutes of us calling and, along with John, had us back on the road to our delivery location within a couple of hours. Price was very reasonable!

Truck broke down in Beckley on our trip back from Florida I was towing my fifth wheel trailer. I'm in Beckley out of town I had a flat tire needed a tow my road side assistance couldn't find anyone inside or outside network I found Prudence Towing in Oak Hill and they recommended Glens who were here in less than 30 min professional and got me where I could get my tire repaired at C Adam Toney

I got my tractor trailer stuck in a real bad spot(basically a ditch). These guys showed up fast and did an incredible job. They were extremely knowledgeable and took their time to make sure they didn't damage the truck or the trailer. I was amazed by every move they did.
