This mans name fits him perfe tly - Dr. Phone.I have been to Dr. Phone several times. The first time he replaced the broken screen on my old phone and transferred all of my pictures (which I thought were lost forever) to my new phone. And he is very fair and reasonable on what he charges.He is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and a professional man, who is obviously highly skilled in the work he does.On my second visit, I had no issues with my phone, but I did have several software questions. He patiently walked me through each question showing me how to resolve the problem. He is fast too. And he is an honest man. When paying him, I handed him a folded $20 bill that had been stuffed in my wallet. There were, however; two $20 bills folded together. Without hesitation, he gave me back one of the bills informing me there were two. Now, that speaks volumes to me! I really like dealing with an honest man that really does know what he is doing.I would highly recommend Dr. Phone for all of your electronic needs.Dr. Phone is an excellent name for him

I had an old phone that the charging port wasn't working on, and I needed old text messages from it. They were able to replace the whole charging port within a few days, and it didn't delete any of my info or messages on the phone. Highly recommend, and this guy was a life saver. He also tells you the price upfront there is no guess work.

Tmobileould not restore my Samsung after I forgot pattern swipe. I took the phone to Dr. phone and the very professional and kind rep. restored my phone completely. I lost nothing. Thank you.

Took my MacBook over there and he fixed it right up.. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a busted phone or computer to be fixed... Will use again if I need too...

Highly recommend this place! Ordered a new screen for the Z flip 4, overnighted it too, and fixed it the next day. My phone insurance (Allstate) was a royal pain to deal with because I had to pay the entire cost first, then they would reimburse me but this place helped me out with that as well though, so I am grateful!

Excellent service!!! I broke my phone and thought, no big deal. I have insurance, my data was backed up... but when I restored everything to the new phone, I lost a LOT of my pictures! I was so upset and no one could help me extract the data .Dr. Phone was able to fix everything perfectly and was done in less than an hour! I highly recommend his services! He's fast, professional, and his prices are very reasonable! I am so thankful to have my family photos back! Thank you!

I have been going to Dr. Phone since since pre Covid for all of my phone and laptop repairs, and he has never done me wrong! He always goes above and beyond, is very understanding and also very affordable compared to other repair shops here in our local area. I highly recommend you give him a chance to help you with your devices. I am also very rough on my phones and have went back time and time again. Even if it s just for a screen protector

I had a Galaxy S10 on which the screen had broken and I was unable to interact with the phone to transfer data over to my new Galaxy S22 with Samsung's smart switch.Dr. Phone Staff transferred my old phone's motherboard to a functioning screen assembly long enough for me to do the data transfer.This saved me a ton of effort and is something that only individuals of this skill level could do. I work in IT and am familiar with how much of a pain it can be to disassemble smart phones and they did it quickly like it was nothing.Labor was $89 if I remember correctly, which quite reasonable for such a service.Highly recommend.

Awesome gentleman. I walked in with a broken camera. An hour later I came back and my phone was fixed. Very reasonable price. And prompt service. I would definitely recommend Dr. Phone.

$100 for a " premium" screen that cracked in two days without me even dropping it just simply the pressure on it from it being in my pocket and dude didn't even glue the back of my phone back on good

Dr phone is my life saver, his excellent experience was able to resolve my problem with my phone when my own carrier couldn't, don't worry about a thing, this guy knows phones, repair and everything in between, highly recommended from this person, you will be happy you did, thanks Dr Phone

Had a iPhone XR with a messed up charger port, he fixed it in about a half hour and it works great! Reasonable prices and fast! If I remember right it was $69 to fix it.

Took in an iPad 9th gen, in 2 hours it was done and looked great! They have more affordable prices than other places in Beckley, and they get it done way faster.

I was shopping for a replacement phone and absolutely choking on the prices. I decided to go a different route and looked up the price of the replacement parts I needed to repair my phone. Then I watched some videos to decide if the repairs were something I could handle. My final step in my self repair journey was to call my very techie son and ask him if he thought I could handle the repair. His immediate response was, "NO, THE BATTERIES ARE EXTERMELY DANGEROUS, TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL."That turned out to be the best advice he ever gave me. I called repair places and decided to go to Dr. Phone. They had the needed parts in stock, within an hour I had a repaired phone. At a very reasonable price, and friendly service. I will recommend them to everyone.I need to add an update...I had an unrelated problem that needed repaired. I experienced the same fast, professional service. They really are the best, my phone was repaired on the spot and I had an operational phone within 30 minutes.Thank you again for your help.

Very friendly, fixes your phone very quickly right in front of you so you don't go without a phone. Very affordable. Best prices around!! The phone doctor has fixed several screens for me and even replaced battery! He's the best around and can fix anything wrong with your phone.

I had an iPad mini I put up and forgot about the screen on it was shattered I called and asked for a quote was given one upon request I took the iPad in and he had it finished within 30 minutes at a great price. I definitely recommend him !! Thank you so much for fixing my screen for me.

Always a satisfactory experience. He s replaced multiple iPhone screens over the past 3 years, and I ve never had any issues. He also fixed my iPad charging port & screens on the phones of my family and friends. The first time I needed a new screen, I went to one in the Crossroads Mall. The man working there said I d have to leave my phone overnight and he quoted a higher price. So glad I went to Dr. Phone instead. A huge plus is he consistently gets them done within 2 hours of dropping off, sometimes within an hour. He s knowledgeable and professional. In my opinion, supporting a well-run, local business certainly beats filing an insurance claim, paying more, and then waiting around for a replacement to come via snail mail from your provider.

Dr. Phone is friendly and has always listened to my concerns.Many times it was a quick simple job that he did and handed my phone back with a smile.. no charge. Often my phone issues were simple. I am not techy.
