After purchasing a brand new 2023 Suburban, I began having drive train issues. I returned to the dealership only to find that the issue was not adequately evaluated nor fixed after a week at the shop and multiple attempts on my part. This became increasingly evident after speaking with another Certified Chevrolet Service Center. I now have a nearly new vehicle with ongoing issues and no resolution despite countless calls to both GM and the dealership. Regrettably this dealership fails to stand behind the vehicles that they sell once they are off the lot.

James made the experience of buying my first car easy and stress free. Although I wasn t able to get what I originally wanted going in, he made me love what I was approved for. He was a great salesman and he explained the whole process and helped with everything he could.

Called on 10/02/2023 to inquire about a truck we had seen online. Informed them that we had a pre-approval through our chosen lender and to work on getting the final approval so we could come in and purchase the vehicle. After running us through multiple other lenders, they finally processed our pre-approval and got us approved at the terms we had expected. Went in that evening to see the vehicle and sign the paperwork. The truck was a recent trade in that needed to go through service and have exhaust manifold, muffler and new tires put on. We were assured repeatedly it would only take 2-3 days. On 10/04/2023 (day 2) we were told the new tires had been put on and that it just needed the exhaust manifold and muffler put on. On 10/05/2023 (day 3) we could not get ahold of anyone for an update so we went by the dealership. The tires had not been put on the day prior as we were told, and nothing had been done to the vehicle. On 10/06/2023 (day 4) we messaged for an update and were told that there was a delay in replacing the exhaust manifold and that it wouldn't be ready till Monday. On 10/09/2023 (day 7) we called for an update and were told the the manifold was in but that they were still waiting to put tires on and take it to the muffler shop. Finally on 10/10/2023 (day 8) it was ready to be picked up. The detailing job was very quickly done. They didn't even bother to take the bed cover off to clean under it or clean all the dust/dirt under the steering column. Drove it to work that evening and the front struts made an awful, loud noise the entire time. The rear parking sensors quit working. Furthermore, the driver seat quit working and would not slide backwards or forwards. Called the very next day, 10/11/2023, and asked to speak to the general manager. When he finally did call me back he stated that "It's a 10 year old truck. It's gonna make noise. We check everything for safety and as long as it's safe to pass state inspection, we are not liable to repair it."Overall, this was one of the worst buying experiences we have had with a dealership. Nobody seems to know what they are talking about when asking for an update. And good luck getting ahold of anyone in a management roll.Del was our salesman and was very kind. Just gave us incorrect information regarding vehicle updates.Kyle from finance was kind, but watch what you sign. They will tell you one price for the maintenance package, then charge you a couple hundred dollars more on the actual contract. Steer clear of the maintenance package, it's a total joke once you read the fine print.Seeing as we are planning to upgrade our family SUV in the near future, we will be considering other dealerships in the area over Crossroads Chevrolet.

I don t understand why people still buy from this crooked dealership. They sold my brother a truck and the extended warranty and have charged him for it since he s had the truck. The transmission is going out and they diagnosed it and know it s bad but they will not fix it. Told him he has to pay the $6000-$7000 upfront at a completely different dealership and IF it s approved they ll give his money back. You guys should be ashamed. I can t wait for the day you go out of business.

Logan did a fantastic job of helping me get into the vehicle I wanted! He was personable, kind and patient. I will certainly be returning to Logan for future vehicle purchases. Someone get this gentleman a raise! Also, the dealership was clean, other staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at Crossroads. In fact, it s really the best experience I ve ever had buying a car. My salesman, Logan, was very knowledgeable about the Bolt EUV and was able to answer all my questions. I was in communication with several other Chevrolet dealerships and Crossroads was by far the most trustworthy and worked out the best deal for me without adding hidden fees or unwanted add-ons. I will definitely recommend them to my community.

We made a phone call to Crossroads Chevrolet after visiting with two other Chevrolet dealerships within our area. We presented our offer to purchase and they made an attempt to match a deal within an hour that had taken several days to develop with another dealership. The other dealership knew Saturday 11/11 was the only day my wife could test drive but dragged their feet standing firm being $1300 above my wife's comfort level. Once they realized we were in the Crossroads Chevrolet showroom looking at a similar vehicle, they suddenly could drop $900 but it was too late. We had found a dealership hustling to sell us their vehicle. The service was fantastic at Crossroads Chevrolet. We appreciated their efforts more in showing us the vehicle and respect their courteous attitude all the while closing the deal on our 2023 Chevrolet Bolt EUV. We will return!

Had the car in for a recall. Scheduled at 0930, arrived on time and was informed that it would take about 4 hours. Around 1500 we had not heard anything for the dealership and begin to call to see what the problem was, continued to call repeatedly for the next 2 hours when at that time I went online to the chat option and was given another number that finally worked. i was informed that their phone lines had been down. After arriving to pick up the car I was told the same thing, and I asked the service manager if his cell phone was also not working. He informed me that they could not us their personal phones for work. This does not appear to be a good reason for not informing the customers that their vehicles are ready when something like this happens. If I had a business such as this and all lines of communication were severed I would certainty, make some kind of adjustments to prevent this from happening again and losing customers.
