Hello folks, it was my third visit since getting my tires, I explained my concerns and what I wanted taken care of on my vehicle all areas were addressed without question. Took a company vehicle to have a balance. Reception staff was extremely rude when I arrived. Technician shut the vehicle door in my face while trying to explain the vehicle issues. Would be nice if people could have a little customer service and personality in the future.

I m from Beckley originally but live in Cleveland and called them to check on prices for A/T tires for my Jeep and I m going in in a couple of weeks to get the tires. It s worth the trip even from up here. Best guys!!!

We blew out a tire and made it to Adam Toney. The assistant manager told us they were too busy to help us and lied right to our faces, saying they had no floor jacks, (we saw two three-ton jacks while driving by their open bays) only vehicle jacks. We had a spare, just needed to use a jack to install it ourselves or we were also willing to pay them to install it. Horrible, uncaring people with awful customer service and no morals or compassion. They left two women and two pets with a blown tire to find help elsewhere instead of renting us a jack or spending five minutes to change a tire for us that we were willing to pay them for. Stay away if you want honest, decent, or trustworthy service. Adam Toney is the worst establishment I ve ever been to. They are so bad, this is the only negative review I ve ever left anyone. Zero stars. Give nicer people your money and businesses.

The Service is excellent...but the older gentleman at the counter needs some training on being better at talking to customers...foul attitude...but all in all a very good mechanic shop...

Excellent service. Quick and efficient. Dropped my jeep off with brakes locked upafter hours, 24 hours later drove my jeep home with all new brakes and a fresh alignment.will definitely be back.

Went to VA for the holidays and needed 4 new tires decided to get them when I got back I m so glad I DID NOT I got 4 tires from a shop there a better tire with more miles it was toneys best quoted tire and the shops in Virginias cheapest and offered 20k more miles so this is the reason for 3 stars there is no reason for the high prices

My impression is that this team is honest and straightforward. I'm in town visiting and elderly family member who needed an oil change and state inspection. I knew two of the tires were low and could be argued they need replaced (though they don't yet). The team completed what was required and didn't attempt any add-ons. They were also pleasant to speak with. Though there was a wait, it's understandable and reasonable for a walk-in shop. I'd recommend them.

We were traveling back home from Ohio, our tire started losing air pressure. We found C Adam Tony Tire Pros. They were so nice to us. They took us right in even though it was closing time. Our tire needed to be plugged they quickly fixed it and charged us not one penny. They are good people! Thank you guys for taking care of us.

Very nice facility and was greeted pleasantly. Long story.. Brought my truck in for tires early on a Saturday. Was in and out in about an hour (awesome!). Received a call four days later stating that they put the wrong size tires on that I needed to bring my truck back in (2 hour trip). I agreed and made an appointment to have the front end lined up the same day. Was told to be in when the opened, and I agreed. Showed up as instructed checked in to be told that there was 4 cars in front of me and acted like I was a problem for asking for the alignment. I stated that I made an appointment and the service supervisor???? Just walked off like he did not have time for me. The young man who checked me in was very pleasant and seemed truly sorry for the mix up but the maintenance supervisor acted like I was just a hassle.

They never have time to complete a service. Waited four hours to be sent away without my service being completed. Had an appointment for new tires and front-end alignment. They never did the alignment.

We had a rental car with a tire issue that we brought in right before closing and they stayed past closing just to help us out. Couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating along with quick efficient service. Highly recommend if you're in need. Thank you from the MSU clan.

They lied to me had me drive over with my kids after telling me they could get me in then said it wouldn't happen today 20 minutes later after we got there this place has no customer care I'll never ever go back

We were on our way to Dayton, OH, in the pouring rain on August 10, 2023 and our right front tire of our SUV hit a 4x4x12 piece of wood on I 77. The tire was ruined with a 3 inch hole in it. AAA was called and was able to place a doughnut on the car so we could get it to a tire company. The service man from AAA recommended C Adam Toney Tires in Beckley, WV to help us. Once we were at the shop, we waited about 2 hours to have a new tire put on the car. The entire staff, was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable and attended to our needs. It is very comforting to know that a tire company like this exacts, where they will not try to scam you. The AAA serviceman and C Adam Toney Tires were our angels on that scary drive to Dayton, OH. We needed front tires for the Van and chose here for our new Cooper Tires.The price point was fair for the product and the service was EXCELENT, the estimated time for install came in 5 minutes under quoted time.The waiting room was clean and spacious, it offered two big screen TV's, a stack of magazines of all subjects and interests ,comfortable upholstered chairs and vending machines for soda pop and assorted snacks.Fast, friendly service makes us a satisfied return customer.

Recently went for an alignment and tire balance, after waiting an hour and a half the gentleman explained to me he couldn't do the alignment due to a wore out bushing and a ball joint needing replaced. No problem I'll fix the issues and bring it back. On the way home power steering pump starting raising hell, the line was dragging the ground and broke. Not that big of a deal I just wish somebody would've told me they f'kd it up instead not saying anything at all. Don't think they balance my front tires either feels the same as it did but I paid for it. $23

NEVER GET YOUR TIRES HERE. Roger is so so rude. If you purchase items based on service after sale........DO NOT BUY FROM C ADAM TONEY. Went twice to get tires rotated after purchased several months ago.....1st stop over 2 hr wait. So I came back about a month later the day before Thanksgiving.....they said come back 7am on Friday morning. So I came back 655am on Friday.......yea...Black Friday......and like 10 people in line. So did they tell EVERYBODY to be here 7am on Friday? Is this their normal practice for every day? I'd rather pay a little more for a tire than to have to wait endlessly on a maybe. Service is just as important as the product. Don't lie guys. People understand if it's busy.....just don't lie and have people make multiple trips.

The professionalism of the gentleman at the desk, the cleanliness of the establishment and the overall nice vibe that I got from everyone there is why I give this establishment 5 stars. . The icing on the cake was that they allowed me to bring my Cane Corso dog inside while I waited for my tire to be replaced. We had a blowout on the freeway after traveling 5 hours (with 3 more ahead of us) so the air conditioner was much appreciated and needed. We were serviced very fast and was able to continue our journey safely. Lastly the cost of my repair was shockingly inexpensive. I highly recommend them. Thank you all for a great job and your hospitality.

2 tires and 2 inspection stickers. Busy, yet still out in under an hour. Prior visits have been just as smooth. Let me know I'd be do for rotors soon, but did not pressure me to buy on the spot. Great place for auto service in Beckley!

Roger and the rest of the team were fabulous! We were traveling through Beckley when the heat damaged our tires. C. Adam Toney had replacement tires and quickly replaced them and got us on our way. Thank you!

Got a tire put on my car. They did a good job on the install and they did it in a timely manner, but one of the technicians stole a pack of cigarettes out of my car. I recommend them, but make sure you take your valuables out.

Probably the best customer service I've received from ANY business!It's refreshing to have such honest people to work with. You may feel that this high level of customer service may come at a cost, but the prices are as good or better than anywhere else.Don't be fooled by places that advertise low prices, then tack on a bunch of fees (mounting fee, shop fee, etc). C Adam Toney will be straight with you and they include mount and balance with the price of the tires.

vehicle alignment.. no appointments first come first serve basis, waiting area is clean seemed air conditioned also. With that being said, well staffed, Friendly courteous honest professional. I would return to this establishment when needed, yes.

Purchased tires here for my car. Very knowledgeable about tires. Staffed seemed rushed due to all of the customers that day. Brought my rims with old tires in. My tire size had to be ordered. Staff more that happy to order. Price included mounting and balance. Tires ready next day. Also had a alignment done here. Price seemed high for alignment. Gave me a paper at the end proving that the job was done (I hope )

Great prices, modern facility & well ran. Took two vehicles in for tires & service. The guys did a great job, prices were really good and the front desk was well ran. Two new Hunter alignment machines and a lot of bays working simultaneously. Good experience.
