We needed a part for the Polaris. This outfit had it in stock BUT the price was 4X+ the cost of ordering on line, this is the price of keeping a brick and mortar company in business .The showroom floor was packed with new stock waiting for a proud owner.Polaris products are a bit pricy BUT are well engineered and American made for the most part, to last and last.

I purchased a 2021 Polaris Slingshot: I get outstanding service and support. I special ordered my Slingshot; and was kept informed every step of the way throughout the build; it was delivered early. The buying process (with Matt, the owner) was no pressure; he answered all my questions and ensured I was satisfied before leaving the store. The Slingshot was clean, gassed up, and ready to go when I took delivery. They reviewed all the options, ensuring I could safely operate the Slingshot, and answered all my questions. I have returned occasionally for parts and service (Oil, Filters, etc.). The parts department (Emily) has always been kind, considerate, and helpful. Robert (Service Manager) has done his best to accommodate my schedule, get my slingshot into service and work with Polaris to resolve any questions or concerns. Dave (slingshot technician) is very knowledgeable and happy to explain the process and always makes time to answer my questions. Overall, it has been a Great Experience; I wholeheartedly (100%) recommend Bubs Cycle for all your recreational vehicle needs.

Had some major delays courtesy of Polaris, but Matt and the crew at Bub's stayed the course, pushed back and went to bat for me to get me the deal we agreed to 9 months ago. None of the delays were their fault, but they went the extra mile, actually several miles, to take care of me and get me the machine I wanted, at the price we agreed upon and outfitted the way I wanted it. If you want to deal with a first rate group of folks that will do everything in their power to get you in the machine of your dreams, call Matt and his team. They simply put in the effort and you can't ask for more than that. Thanks for the efforts Matt!!

1000000% pleased with everything and everyone I dealt with while searching for my side by side! From Matt, to Jeff our salesman, and Jessica every single one of them made me feel like family. So personable and nice. They explained everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted and then some. I d recommend them to anyone and will forever be a customer of Bub s Cycle!

My husband purchased a 2023 Polaris General here and everyone was great to work with. He was looking at the same machine further away and they priced matched to save travel time. Would recommend BuB s Cycle to anyone.

just wanted to say how wonderful the sales and service was. I heard from my buddies how great their service dept was and drove 4.5 hours from Fredericksburg, Va to pick up my new 2018 RZR 1000xp. The best deal I could find anywhere around. I highly recommend Matt and his staff at Bub's Cycle for all of your off road needs they go out of their way to accommodate their customers. Thanks again Matt I really appreciate the way you guys treated me.Back at Bubs cycle again to buy a couple more bikes today I got a yfz450r se and a Polaris 450 sportsmans 4x4 could have got them closer to home but because of the sales and service and price I get from Matt I will always choose too travel the 4 hours to Bubs cycle I was recommended to Bubs by a friend and since then I have recommended them to many othersIf you re ever looking for a great place to by a bike look up Bubs cycle in Beckly west va go on in ask for Matt

Bub's Cycle was worth the 6 hour ride to pickup my bike and my friends, would purchase from them again, great experience wonderful personal. Highly recommend, outstanding personal attention to each bike. Also very close to Burning Rock to ride before we headed home. Thank you for making us feel at home, we will be back again. My experience at Bubs Cycle was excellent! The salesman name Joe helped me out and answered all the questions I needed. Actually they didn t have the color razor that I wanted but found one out of state for me and went and picked it up for me 2 days later. The owner Matt McCormick was super nice and explained everything about the warranty and also getting an extended warranty. He also went over the razor with me from front to rear explaining a few things that you will need to know. So if you re in need of buying a UTV or ATV I would recommend you stopping by and check Bubs Cycle out and ask for Joe the salesman. Hope you guys all have a great experience like I did.

Thanks to Mat Mccormick for help us out to get in a 2021 polaris scrambler. During the hole shipping process of getting the scrambler in he called us every time there was a update on the shipping process. Thank you bubs cycle and would 100% recommend going.

Great customer service, Matt was nice enough to take a deposit by phone and save 2 RZR 1000s for me and my brother in law while inventory was low on stock due to the recent shut down. Thank you Bub's and we enjoyed our first ride yesterday on an awesome machine!!!

Just purchased a ranger crew 1000 from Buds cycle. Matt Mccormick excellent man to work with kept me updated on the order of my machine. All the accessories I bought were installed very well even assisted in loading on the trailer very good people to work with would recommend anybody purchase from here.

Excellent service and transparent pricing! We quickly made a no haggle deal that couldn't be beat, and I did a lot of shopping around. The staff couldn't have been any friendlier. Matt took the time to explain everything on the new bike before helping us load it on the trailer. We will do business here again. I highly recommend Bub's Cycle for your motorcycle and ATV needs!

We just drove 10 hours from South Georgia to WV to purchase our new 2023 Polaris Pro R 4 Rzr from Bubs! Matt and Mike both made the process flawless and so easy for us from day one. No crazy or outrageous dealer fees, and great customer service from the rip. We will always make them our first call for any future purchases, and would not hesitate to do the long drive again. Thank you both for all of your help. We can t wait to hit the trails!

Had a good experience with Matt at Bubs cycle. This is the third machine I have bought for Bubs. He gave me the best deal I could find on a 2023 pro xp4 and saved me the trip of going out of state. I recommend them for any of your Polaris or Yamaha purchases.

I purchased a 2023 rzr turbo r from bubs cycle, I thought i was getting a better deal out of state and i checked with bubs and they matched the price and saved me a trip.Make sure and check with bubs before you travel. Highly recommend

Purchased a 2018 Turbo RZR at Bubs Cycle on 8/1/2018. I also give my salesman Joe 5 stars. I couldn't have had a better experience. If your shopping for a new machine go see Joe at Bubs.

Truly one of the best shops in Beckley. Everyone there is very nice and knowledgeable. I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted or what I should get. Matt and his team went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Plus he was able to help me out on the best price for what I decided on. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I decided to order a 2022 Ranger Trail Boss edition. Dealers that were much closer to my home didn t seem like they wanted to deal with me. I found Bub s Cycle and made a phone call. After the first phone call I knew this was the place I wanted to do business with. Matt (the owner) and Joe (my salesman) were absolutely awesome to deal with throughout my purchase experience, from the date I ordered it until I left the business with it. I would HIGHLY recommend Bub s Cycle. I typically don t do reviews, but Bub s goes above and beyond for their customers. This is a 5 star business. Before purchasing anywhere else, give these guys a call, you won t regret it even if you have to travel.

The absolute best customer service from any dealer I ve ever been to. They got me approved at a tier 1 rate when other dealers said I wouldn t get approved at all. Seth was very patient and helped me to make sure I was getting the right machine for me. Matt was able help me accessorize it exactly how I wanted and was upfront about the price on everything. They treated me like family. I have found my new dealership! Thanks very much guys, one happy family!I would like to edit my review, and let everyone know that I have made my second purchase from Bubs Cycle, the experience I have had there is second to none. I want to thank Seth for helping me with my recent purchase, he has really been a big help every time I deal with Bubs. I pass up 3 dealerships on my 2 1/2hr. drive to Bubs and will continue to do so. Thanks Seth.
