Well we had taken our 350z to 4 garages and none could find why the car made braking noises They found that the Wheel abs sensor was worn out and replaced it. Steve and his staff were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my vehicle repair in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the service and the reasonable cost for all the work that was required. My car had to be towed to a garage and the towing company recommended American Truck Repair. We were on I-64 in West Virginia when our RV died! Ugh! We had it towed to American Truck and Auto in Beckley. Well, I couldn't be happier with the service we received! Steve diagnosed the problem right away. Unfortunately, we needed to replace the engine. While very disappointed, I couldn't argue with his diagnosis. Throughout the process, Steve and his team were very professional, friendly, and helpful. He found 3 engine options for me and helped me choose an option that got us the best value for the money. They even stored my tow dolly in a secure location while awaiting the new engine's arrival from TX. Once it arrived, they had it installed and the RV was ready to go in less than 3 days! Conclusion: If you find yourself with a car repair need while in the mountains of West Virginia, there's no place I could recommend more highly than American Truck and Auto in Beckley!Service: Engine repair

Highly recommend!! Adorable.. and quality work! Them guys went above and beyond to get me back on the road... My work truck was down and I couldn't make any money so they stepped up and saved the day! Not only that but they did a great job that was affordable and fit my budget.. This was place was great! They stayed late on 9/16/21 to help me get back on the road to Charleston. My suburban brake bracket bolts had either come out or were loose. Passing through Beckley on a road trip and had a grinding noise from the engine. All the other mechanics I tried in town were busy. But these guys said "bring it in and we'll take a look." They diagnosed it fast so we could have a safe rest of our trip. Generous and accommodating, I would highly recommend them!

Amazing customer service!! Really wonderful people!! We had trouble with our van on the way to our family vacation. They were able to get us in immediately and get us back on the road quickly! They helped keep our 3 year old entertained too. Highly recommended for quick, affordable, and above and beyond service!!

We were traveling home from vacation and our truck broke down on the interstate on a Sunday evening. We got a hotel and the AAA tow service suggested Steve and Dave. It is nerve-racking to find a garage in a town your are not familiar with but these guys put faith back humanity.First thing Monday morning I called these guys and explained how we (wife and 3 kids) had room until 1 and the assured me it would be ready by 1:30. At 12:30 they called to let me know it was ready.Less than 3 hours they replaced two sets of wheel bearings, CV joint and for kickers fixed the A/C. The price was right on and they called to keep me in the loop.Thank you Steve and Dave for being honest, professional and killer at what you do.
