I brought brand new wheels and tires still in the unopened shipping boxes to have them mounted. I didn t notice that there was a large bend in the lip of the wheel until they were installed on the car. Mind you I babied these wheels while putting them on my car. I contacted the seller and they stated there was no way it was bent in shipping by the location of the bend. Then I contacted this establishment and was told there was no way they caused the problem. The reason why I m giving this review is because the installer either had to have seen this bend when mounting and didn t tell me, or they caused it. The orientation of the bend would have been glaringly noticeable without the tire on during installation. So after $320 of installation costs I have a bent $420 wheel through no fault of my own. After all that I had to buy another wheel to replace the bent one. This company denied all wrongdoing, and didn t offer any kind of resolution to the issue. I just wanted everyone to know before they bring something here.1)I brought the wheels in the shipping boxes unopened and sealed.2) you mounted the tires on the wheels. Put the tires on the wheels, I put the wheels and tires on the car you see how I did that?3) the $320 was with TPMS sensors installed it would ve been $200 without just for mount and balance.4) the question about the prying was just me trying to figure out how my wheel got bent, you know just an idea.5) If you didn t bend it and I didn t bend it. Then it had to be during shipping. In that case it should have been noticed and brought to my attention immediately!! If you looked at the wheel more than a few seconds this bend is glaringly obvious. I noticed it when putting it on my car.$420 Lesson learned for me. Next time I have a wheel mounted I will inspect every wheel in detail before and after they are mounted with the installer.

Friendly staff and great selection of tires and wheels, lift kits and leveling kits. Would definitely recommend for all your oversized/ passenger tire and wheels.
