Walked in no greeting.would of been nice to have been told thier systems were down and only taking cash only. anyway picked up what was needed waited in line while. they discussed stuff with customers for 10 minutes or more only to be told systems was down and only cash would do when we finally got to. counters ..Went to Wal-Mart oil was cheaper there anyway.

Went to pick up a door dash (6qts oil for a dealership). The lady said she accidentally gave it to someone else (the other employee yelled over that he told her that wasn t the order). Wasted my time and then I had to spend almost 30 minutes on the phone with doordash getting the order canceled and I stillAll of this happened during lunch making me lose money! I won t accept another order from here

I have a 94 shadow 3.0 the original alternator went up. 80 thousand miles, . Guess what they had one in stock. Hooray

Very poor customer service. There was one other customer in store when I arrived dealing with one employee, and the other employee was on the phone with a customer. I waited in line for 10-15 minutes. No big deal, I understand they have to look up and find parts and that takes a minute. The problem is, while waiting, a police officer and another couple came in. When employee two got off the phone and asked if he could help whose next, I said, "Yes" and began to walk to his register. He didn't even acknowledge that I was there and just kept looking at the officer. He literally avoided eye contact and looked past me while I was standing in front of him. I just left. I hope that jug of washer fluid the officer was buying was worth the $165 in business that I took to Napa.

Don't lose your receipt for an oil and air filter because they look at you like you stole it just to exchange it..Giving phone number does no good.Thankfully Auto Zone near by to get correct parts

Try not to go too early in the morning when all counter people are taking phone calls if you need any assistance or ring up a sale.

Had a bad battery and stopped in for the free battery check. New battery was required and was available without waiting to be ordered. Installation was free and completed without issue.

Gave me wrong part, even after I told them the what I needed, didn't look didn't care. I went to auto zone they helped me, and explained to me the difference.
