I'm from out of town and in Beckley working on the MVP pipeline and I just wanted to leave a quick note on how awesome Eddie and the guys are that run this shop. I would recommend A C T Auto Parts & Garage to anyone looking for a repair shop that is honest with you about what's wrong with your vehicle and then being charged a fair and reasonable price on repairing it in a timely manner. These guys are very courteous and friendly and will treat you right!!!

As a female I have been taken advantage of many times until I found this place. I can truly say I am completely comfortable with coming here and will never go anywhere else. I don t even allow my grown children to go anywhere but here. This is someone that can sleep good at night knowing he doesn t take advantage of people. Thank you for giving me and my family a place we can always trust to come to

In Beckley to visit family and my trucks water pump was failing. He took my vehicle in at 9am and I was back on the road by 1:00. And the cost of the repair was a fraction of what it would be at a dealership. Fantastic crew. Great work and I made it back to Fl with zero issues.Thanks again Eddie!!!!

The service here is awesome! Very good mechanics who do their job quite well. The speed of service is also great. They always get me in and out pretty quick! Thank you guys for all of your hard work!! It is very much appreciated!!

This is a great place to get your vehicle repaired. The owner and staff were so kind, and they serviced my car in a very guick manner. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Great prices, and very professional work.

I blew out my breaks on a Friday night stopping too hard at a stop light on a road trip and they came in on their Saturday morning off to get me back on the road to my family. They even brought it to me at my motel, and I think my breaks are in even better shape than they were before I blew them out. I expected to pay an arm and a leg for emergency Saturday service but the price was far less than I expected. Great guys, great work, great price!

Prepare to go back multiple times because it is not going to fixed properly on the first. I had to pay for towing twice for their mistakes, and it still was a couple times after that before it was fixed. They said it was test driven, but had to be towed when back to the shop. At one point, they were asking me what I think the problem could be. All in all, 5 weeks and three engines later, I have a car that is semi reliable. Look else where or do it yourself.

Went there to have the battery charged and check on my frozen door instead they took out fuses and relays and swore they didn t when there was not a thing wrong with my car I get in it to leave nothing worked. I had my husband check it and all of a sudden I m missing these? Either they have a dishonest employee or something I m very unhappy I feel like I was being taken advantage of being a women. The least they could do is give me back my fuses!!

The owner is always in the building, all the workers are very polite, all the mechanics do wonderful jobs and they keep your car as clean as possible and then get it back to you as quick as they can and they try their best to do it as cheap as they can, they understand that everyone isn't made of money and still manage to do excellent work, I highly recommend

Was losing a belt halfway through a 600 mile trip, pulled in, they jumped right on it and gave a great price. Eddie is super friendly. Great guy, great service.

If you like your vehicle to not work or like being screwed out of a lot of money - this is your place to go! Seriously, this stuff happened to and I'm livid it did. Not even a single apology for basically ruining the car
