I needed a tire realignment. I called to see if NTB offered those services and whether they openings. They did have availability for the same day and told me to bring it over. Jeremy and Matt took good care of me. They were very personable and kind. They made me feel welcomed and invited me to come back. Stellar customer service!

Matt & Tyler were WONDERFUL! They are very professional & worked with me to make sure my car got all the service it needed! All the guys at NTB were amazing. I decided to sit there while my vehicle was getting serviced and had nothing short of a great experience full of laughs with the guys! They made sure my car was in tip to shape & I'm ready to hit the road!

I went to NTB to have my tires rotated and balanced. Unfortunately, I had missed the call that they needed to reschedule. I got there and they informed me they could not do it. A wonderful guy named Matt stayed over to do it for me since I live in ky. I was extremely happy. Matt made my day! Awesome service

We couldn t find anywhere to do an alignment on a Sunday, we found this place & they are so nice & helpful They found wires sticking out of one of our tires, we had no idea the tire was even bad. Thankfully they told us & we were able to get a tire today, as well.

These guys are amazing, especially Steven and Tyler. Super nice, resourceful, honest, and professional. Both times I've visited the area from out of town, and had issues with my 99 diesel, NTB has been able to resolve and get me back on the road within a few hours. Pictures are what they were up against during my last visit.

Traveling home from a visit with our son at Fort Bragg and picked up some extra passengers that was stealing the air from our tires. We found this tire store and stopped in. They immediatley took us in to remove a nail in one tire and a screw in the other. We were there maybe 30 minutes! Fast and friendly service! Jeremy was on top of it! Super guy..even though he claimed to be grumpy. He sent us on our way free of charge and insisted on us to have a safe trip home! Couldn't be more appreciative of the quick service and super hospitality! Thank you so much!!

I will never go anywhere else! As someone who knows nothing about cars, I rely on the professional staff. I don t have to worry about being taken advantage of here. Everyone from the customer service staff to the techs in the back are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy!

We have taken our vehicles to the Barboursville National Tire and Battery Store for over 20 years and have always been treated honestly and fairly. The recommendations they have provided and the service they give is one of the many reason we have continued to value the team there with any of our tire needs. Tyler worked us in today and all concerns were resolved quickly. We really appreciated the time he took gathering information, trouble shooting, and getting us back on the road in a short time. Thanks again Tyler and your team at the store. Another great customer service experience!!!

This is the 3rd time taking my vehicle to this location, every time the workers have been friendly, helpful, and extremely fast, each time they ve done work on my vehicle they ve got it back to me in the same day, I highly recommend!

Went to NTB today to get new tires for my nissan they walked me through every step of the process even with my warranty I have been going to them for over 3 years and never got the feeling of this is to pricey or I'm just being told anything so thanks to all the gentlemen at NTB you have a customer for life

We have been taking our vehicles to this NTB for over 20 years. We couldn't be happier with the service we receive. Whether it is a state inspection, oil change, or tire rotation we always go to NTB. Just this weekend, they were able to get us in to fix our flat on short notice and it was a lot less expensive than we thought it would be. Thanks!
