They have better auto parts than Autozone, Advance & etc. Often they are better than OEM. Especially in these times when labor is so expensive, it is more cost effective to use their parts and you plan on keeping the vehicle.. Their stores have very knowledgeable staff and it does not take long to get what you need. If the part is not locally stocked, it normally doesn't require as much time for NAPA to get it from their warehouse as from a dealership..

The store has a very helpful staff, but it doesn't have that clean new store feel. The inside feels more like one of those old waiting rooms for the garages they used to have at gas stations.

A nice place to get your car serviced. Had oil changed and car alignment. The employee cheeked all of the necessary things to keep your automobile running. It was in pricing $$
