The service was fine, complete, and the employee was courteous. However, I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change and did not receive my car back until 1:40. I did ask for the additional service of the replacement of an air pressure monitor on one wheel. I do not feel that that should require an additional 2 hours from the time that was estimated for me. I had the same service done at a competitor that was able to complete the same service in less than half the time. Firestone is the only service station that I have been to that requires such a long wait for an oil change. I only made an appointment with Firestone because I was given a certificate for a free oil change. I will not be returning. My time is valuable and Firestone is very inconvenient for me.

They are a friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable. The mechanics do excellent work. Always upfront and inform you of any service your car needs. Competitive pricing. Shannon goes out of his way to make sure I m a satisfied customer.

There were issues running my credit payment initially through my new Firestone card. Bryan was very patient and helpful in assisting me with communicating with their customer service line and getting the payment to go through. The other associate who assisted seemed new but he was fantastic as well.

Honest and thoughtful team - there to help, not just take money! Rather than just selling new tires, these guys check to see if they are under warranty and will fix them and they did a free rotation for us. Also, while waiting for a tire repair, I heard the person who answers the phone tell people about other local business that were available when it was services not provided by Firestone. Going back here for tire service!

Great place for good tires. I commend the service here. They will make sure they meet your needs and wants. Great communication me about the status of my tires since the ones I need for my car were not in stock. I highly recommend this store to anyone who would like Great service and quick turnaround for the things you need.

I received very poor communication and confrontational attitude from person at the front desk/waitng area. This was not the first time at this location and probably will be my last time to seek service here. There were three people in the waiting area, including me, and the lady beside me said she had also received poor and rude service. So, 2/3 of the people seeking service at the time I was there were disrespected and received unacceptable service. Not good.

The techs and service coordinator at this location are very professional and clearly care about the customers and their vehicles. This location is out of my way compared to other Firestones, but I will gladly make the extra trip for the quality of service.

Keith informed me of my vehicle issues and walked me through the options. He got me the best prices for the services I chose, and he delivered!!! Firestone is my first choice for all the vehicles in my family!

If I could post 0 stars I would. Please be safe when taking your vehicle here. Today 2/27/22 we took our f250 in for an inspection sticker and we were called and Told that we needed a modified sticker due to it being leveled and on 37 s. That was fine until we notice our tow mirrors are still folded in. When we went to fold them out we noticed the one on the passenger side is cracked the man we talked to kept saying well this crack has dirt in it and some of those do look fresh I m not sure we did or didn t do it we understand accidents happen but all we wanted was someone to just tell us instead of hiding it now we are out 300+ dollars for a new mirror because they busted ours. So words of advise is check out your vehicle thoroughly or don t go here at all

My family has been coming to this location since it first opened in the early 80s. The staff has always been respectful and courteous. They do good work and offer fair prices and often have specials and discounts. The warranties are good, and if you buy their tires, you get free rotations.They have never tried to upsale us or talk us into services that we didn't need, which is a rarity nowadays. If you want quality work, courteous employees, and fair prices, I definitely recommend giving them a visit.

Told me could only get two new tires on a All Wheel Drive when the owners manual and fleet services said that you must replace all 4 tires. Went to another tire location which knew better.

If there was a way to leave zero stars, that is what I would do! I have never been so rudely treated in my life! I walked in to ask a question about my tire, and I was responded to with a blank stare. I don t know if this guy just lost his wife or his dog, but he clearly needs therapy. He reminds me of a stone cold killer. I will never do business with firestone again. He made me feel as if I was the least important person on the planet, when, in fact, he is actually the plankton! I explained to him that there was a problem with my front tire, he didn t even ask me what was wrong he just stared at me. After an awkward silence, I thought he might need further explanation, so I explained that I thought I had overran some asphalt that was stuck to the tire and that I was nervous it was going to ruin my front end. Again, he stared at me blankly And after another several awkward, uncomfortable seconds, he stated that his (haha, his !) highly trained professionals don t clean cars. I explained that I don t need my car cleaned that my tire needs attention, so he decided to step from behind his desk to investigate. He did walk out with me, in a very stern manner, almost stomping like a child. Once I d pointed out the issue with my tire (this IS a tire place, right??!?), he again proceeded to explain that his highly paid, highly trained, very technical professionals Don t. Clean. Cars. I insisted this is not my car needing cleaned, and tried to make a joke, thinking a bit of levity might improve my chances of having an actual humanly considerate conversation, and said that it may truly be a little dirty, but I wouldn t bring it here to have my car cleaned, I know where the car wash is. He again stated that this isn t the place, and his highly-paid/trained staff aren t going to clean my car for me, that I should go ahead and try the car wash. I found this to be highly insulting, (is my money not as green as yours??), and it now is an hour later, maybe my personal problem, even though I don t get easily offended on the regular, but my nerves are still utterly racked! I don t know if this guy was a snowflake and I said the wrong thing, in the wrong way, injured his high level of confidence and hurt his ego or WHAT??! Either way, asking your customers to be walking on egg-shells going into a place of business to ensure we don t upset the resident narcissist, is not professional, nor a proper method of winning business for your establishment. I highly recommend getting rid of this guy before he ruins your entire clientele! I will pray for his soul to be saved! Enough said.

I made an appointment a week in advance to have tires mount and balanced and an alignment on my 2020 Lincoln MKZ. Get there and they refuse to do the job because the tires were not purchased through Firestone, even though the tires were purchased through Simpletire, a website they're affiliated with. I advised you to take your business elsewhere. Ntb or Firestone on 5th Ave has never had this issue. Poor customer service.

I've had my vehicles serviced at this location in the past and will continue to visit this location when I am in the area. The crew is very knowledgeable and friendly, and the prices are fair.Anytime I bring my vehicle in for important service, I always request Aaron. He is spot on with his work and extremely dependable. I know my car is always in good hands when Aaron is on the job! He truly cares about the customer experience and it shows every time my car is at the Huntington Mall Firestone location. Aaron is definitely providing this location with a reputation for excellence! Thanks Aaron!

The past two times I have came to this store I have been given the runaround or treated bad. One time to get my car window fixed I was told to be there early in the am my part would be there. I set there for hours then someone came out and told me the part didn t come in. Made another appointment next day at 8 am. Thank God I talked to someone else because the part would not be there till after noon.So this trip I tried to make a appointment on line. I messed it up I will admit to that but I told him that when I came in The man kept on pointing out what I did wrong on the appointment instead of just putting it in. I asked if Robert was there he is nice. The man told me no. I said ok I will just call corp. then he starts questioning why I was calling. I told him that was between me and corp . Then I told him because of the service I have been getting several times. He then ask me if I wanted my keys back. I told if you are refusing to fix my car. I told him about the window problem I had with them. And told him it was a chunky man. He stopped me and said we don t say negative comment about our employees. I told him I was not I was describing the man. He then gave me my keys and told me to leave.I have been going here for years. I started going to the one in Saint Albans first and followed a manager from there to Huntington mall. Even talked my sister to go there. She was there last week and spent over 600.00 on repairs that she has been telling them over a year that something was wrong.I really like Robert that works there he has always been good to me but I can t say that about some of the other staff.Not sure if that is enough to keep me in going back.

I called them to see when I could bring my vehicle in for tire rotation, balance and state inspection. I was told how about now? I said, awesome. I'll be there in 20min. When I got there I was told at the service desk that the mechanic informed him he wasn't going to start any more jobs for the day. I said, you're still open for over 2 more hours. He said his mechanic wasn't going to do it. I've never heard of such a thing.Service: Tires

We went to this location because the one closer to us did not have the tires we wanted in stock. We purchased 4 new tires and got a 4 wheel alignment. The service person was pleasant and was great in helping us save with available deals and coupons. This location is right across from the mall and there are many restaurants. We will definitely be going back to this location for future tire purchases.

Bought a new tire,Had a tire mounted and balanced dec 3 2022. They scratched my wheel, left the cap fill cap off and used well over 6 oz of balance weight which indicates bad tire. Left a lot of tire grease all over wheel, Tire is bouncy as well so definitely out of balance still. Called to tell them and Keith ( the manager on shift December 4, 2022) answered the phone being very rude. Hung up on me 3 times said I was "harassing him" while he interrupted every word of my trying to explain the situation. Told me to call back tomorrow he didn't know who it was I dealt with, very rude tone and attitude with me. Will be reporting to BBB. They definitely have a take it or leave it attitude. Will update this review depending on what is done Monday December 5th 2022.Service: Tires

I went there in the fall of 2021 to get new tires, lifetime alignment, and brake fluid flush. The tires are great, and the alignment package is stellar. BUT! They were supposed to drain my brake fluid and refill and service the abs. When I picked up the car I checked the work that was done to the car and approved. The brake fluid was clear in the reservoir so I thought all was good. Well, 2-3 days later brake fluid was black again!!! This is bad because it means they never flushed the system They just sucked out the fluid in the reservoir and put some back in and that s not the correct way. In fact that s fraudulent work! I had Firestone in Ashland do the same three things to my wife s Honda Pilot and guess what! Her fluid has stayed clear for weeks now like it should. Sounds to me like these guys like to scam people when they are pressed for time or busy. Be careful using this shop!

This place is the biggest rip off of any place I've been. They charge 70.00 for a 10.00 filter. 23.99 to put it in took me 5 minutes. Please use caution this place is a rip off. And if your a woman use extra caution the will rip you off badService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Bad!!! I paid $800 for breaks and routers be change and what happens 10mins driving try to stop in a red light I can t cause I got no breaks!!! The Steering wheel it s all crooked I call the shop back to let them know what they said they can t check it because they are all booked! Like really I just paid 10min ago $800 I expected a good job at least for my breaks to work only truck I got and tells me maybe tomorrow they can look at it like what the f&$@ they stole my money plus left me with no breaks that is dangerous for me and other people in the road shame on them they even deserve a freaking star
