The experience with this lot was AMAZING, very easy to deal with. Kenzie and the owners were nice and helpful and friendly. Would recommend for everyone to go see them!!

As far as car dealerships go they really strive to live up to the reputation of being scummy. The two women who work inside are absolutely unhelpful in every single way possible and beyond rude absolutely zero customer service. They did a great job making it feel like we were a bother for looking for a car at they're a lot, Most of the cars on the lot are way overpriced for vehicles with 150,000 plus miles.

Halie was very efficient and helpful getting my daughter in the vehicle she wanted. She was able to help 4 customers at once. This one is a keeper.

Braggs is great! They have an awesome selection and was quick to get me in a car! Would definitely recommend anyone to go there that has no credit. They are friendly and great people to work with

Took my truck to get a tire plugged and a sensor. They had it three days, after I picked b it up the tire went flat cause they plugged the wrong one, if any. The next day the truck was acting the same wayvthen quit on me. They was gonna charge me again to fix the problems they said they already had. Needless to say I went to a better garage that was much more reasonable on prices. Long story short if u wanna be overcharged and get nothing fixed Braggs is the place to go!!!

We wanted to get something for our son who just started driving & this was the better option. The cars are overpriced but it is a buy here, pay here so you can't complain. The car we purchased I felt was just right for our 1st-time driver who will probably ding and bang it up while learning to drive. He loves it and that's all that matters. The woman we worked with today was very respectful, kind and helpful. I recommend this place for first time driver's & mechanics as the vehicles will most definitely need worked on. Luckily, my son's dad is a Certified Master Technician so anything wrong, we can fix easily. Thanks for the fast and easy process to get our son in his first car.

me and my wife went there 2 weeks ago and a got a jeep cherokee and the process was amazing and they were all very friendly and talked us through everything & i couldn t have been any happier & will definitely will be going back if we ever decide to upgrade in the future thank you again braggs

Seriously one of the best places to go And get your car worked on or even if you have a question about your vehicle. They have the best staff around so friendly an will answer any questions you have. Affordable vehicles as well. All around wholesome place. If you havn't check out braggs used cars your missing out!!!!

My friend bought a car....the engine went out not long after her purchase.She of course had a mechanic to replace the engine and upon inspecting the car the rocker panels had been filled in with foam and rags also painted over to hide just how badly they are. These need replaced now as well.She contacted the owner and he talked horribly to her. If this car was inspected by this place before it was sold they know exactly how bad the rocker panels were. At this point whereever that inspection was done they knew. Accountability goes a long way. Step up and make right.

I have a car from there I ve had for two months now. And my catalytic converter s are clogged up, and now my water pump has gone out and I ve lost all my antifreeze also when I run my heat all I can smell is antifreeze . TWO months I ve had this car, only two months . No way I could have caused these issues. Not saying they caused them either but they had to of been known about!!! This is my only transportation and I have kids and this is what happens!!

Going to Braggs used cars on Rt 60 was a great experience. Such friendly staff and the beat part about it is when they say they don t care about your credit they really don t . They never ran a credit check in regards to getting the car l. They let me test drive anything on the lot. It was amazing and easy. I will definitely recommend going to Braggs used car lot. Low payment easy and friendly. Couldn t ask for a better experience. I ll definitely be returning to upgrade!

Son purchased a fiat. I ASKED if something went wrong out of "warranty" would they still work on it. Transmission goes out 3 months after purchase, called and they don't work on Fiats??!

This business sold my friend a vehicle that was missing both Catalytic converter s & other issues wrong with the car that the warranty did not cover. There is no way a car dealership did not know if these issues. So if you buy anything from them,when you test drive,have a mechanic look at it as well.

Going through Braggs Used cars was convenient and easy. After looking at several other car lots, a friend recommended looking here and it made buying a car a great process. I called several times and went to the lot several times and each time I was met with a courteous and friendly staff. They have low down payments which made it better to work with them. You will appreciate working with such great people if you are looking for a cheap lot with great vehicles.

I have been to a lot of car lots. Braggs was great. They were very nice and helpful. Answered all of our questions and gave us the perfect deal for our budget. I love my car !!! Thanks to all that made everything easy. Happy customer here.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. We bought our second car here today. They have been so great to us. Very satisfied with the service we have received. I would suggest all my family and friends to go Braggs for a car. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks

I would give this ten out of ten stars if there was an option for that. I just purchased my third vehicle from Braggs, and honestly could not see going anywhere else. Their process is simple and smooth, and they stand behind their vehicles. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Braggs.

I could not be happier with the way I was treated while purchasing my 2011 Ford Fusion. Every one I spoke with was very polite and professional. Customer Service at it's best. My son will needing a vehicle soon and I know exactly where I will be taking him. Thank you for turning what could have been a very stressful day into an easy one.EDIT: I just purchased another vehicle from Bragg's Used Cars (3/21/2019), and I am even more pleased with the way I was treated. I have been in the sales business for the last several years and in that time,I learned to give and I fully expect quality customer service. This group of fine people know exactly how to make a customer feel comfortable and appreciated. I know not only that I am very happy with the way I was treated, but if I were looking for a job,I would love to be part of their team. Again thank you for making a stressful day end with satisfaction and a happy ending. 5 more STARS!!!!!!

Everyone was super nice, and friendly. It was hard for me to pick what vehicle I wanted because everyone that they had was very nice, and clean. I tried a couple out and they ran great, but I ended up buying a Hyundai and I absolutely love it. Thanks braggs for being a great place to shop for a vehicle.

Got my SUV 6 years ago from Jeremy and have come in for small repairs, brought in other vehicles as well....and highly recommend. Looking for a new one next year and probably going to be coming down then.

They are very helpful. We had an issue with a car and they let us bring it back and get a different one and then we ended up leaving with a car for our daughter as well. We will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family. The owners wife is super nice as well!

I was so happy to have Megan to help me with my many questions online and she was nice enough to work with me on my payments because I was in such a pinch to get a car. I love the car so much and it is very great quality. Well taken care of for a used car Very great people

Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot. No credit check, so it was easy to make arrangements. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. So glad I chose to buy my cat here.

Absolutely love this place! & love the fact that they offered 10$ off your first payment just by rating them! But I would ve rated them with or without that! Amazing & fast and soooo friendly!
