Me and my mom needed a battery for her car although we hated to spend $200 on a battery, but that's about how much they cost nowadays. The employee (forgot his name but he was in his 30s I believe) was really nice. Had a great sense of humor and had a great conversation with us while he was installing the battery. Great customer service!

After making my purchase I asked to use a funnel and was told by the red shirt employee that they didn't have one I could use but I could purchase one. This is pure laziness on his part. My wife was a commercial manager for autozone for years and they always have simple items like a funnel to lend. When we spoke to the manager about this he said "of course I have a funnel to lend". They need to either train the red shirt better or fire him for his laziness. We are lifelong autozone customers and it is disheartening to be treated this way.

Got oil there they give u 10 dollars store credit for old car batteries so if u got any laying around take m there

Everytime I visit it takes forever to get help. Noone gets in a hurry. They lost nearly $600 today because when I called earlier this morning to have two parts put back for me, nothing was in stock when I arrived in the evening. I was assured it would be ready to pick up, as i was driving 30 miles to get it.Nobody knew anything.I took that business elsewhere and I'm done with this store.

Just like every other AutoZone around the Huntington area, but this store is for sure way nicer than any of the other ones all the other auto zones need to be updated extremely bad. The one in Barboursville is the hub so that right there is why it is the nicest one around other than that not a bad store to get auto parts from.

The staff was really friendly. Customer priority was a little messed up. I needed a battery. One employee started to get it, but got on a phone call. The next went to get it, and then was stopped by another customer and helped them. It s not THAT big of a deal, but something to know. Getting a battery took half an hour when I feel like it should ve at least taken 15 minutes. Other than that, I love the location, and again, they were super nice.

I am not a mechanic. But I do buy parts and dabble with our cars a little. But I have a friend who is a mechanic that works on my cars and I buy all the parts from this store. The workers a very friendly and extremely helpful. They know their stuff. You can't go wrong here.

Staff was super helpful when my under warranty German car s check engine light came on. They loaned me the device to read the code then printed it out so I could text it to my dealer 130 miles away. Saved me an emergency trip to the dealer. All at no cost to me, with lots of expertise and kindness too. I ll be back.

Today is the day that my battery went kaput. Never to fear, Pat helped me choose the right battery and installed it with speed and accuracy. She was very friendly and kind and I will miss her at this store. Thanks, Pat!

Understaffed, poorly managed. You'll wait a while if they are with one of their friends. Called and got put on hold for more than a minute. They have a good size store and stock but they run a skeleton crew. Must be penny pinching season. In all honesty they don't stand out from any other car part store. Do your research and order online, that way you get the part and an electronic paper trail attached to it. What good is a warranty if finding it through their system after 18 months becomes an issue? Store was at least clean. Some holes on the shelf but that's what you get when your busy and understaffed.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Christopher W. for helping me today. My car wouldn't lock and I wasn't convinced my key fob needed a new battery. Christopher was certain that was the issue and immediately fixed the problem. Such a kind young man. I highly recommend AutoZone.

You barely make it through the door and they ask if you need help with anything. Always friendly and helpful. Good parts and they'll take back stuff with no hassle if you're dumb and get the wrong one. That didn't happen to me though...that was a friend. Really.

Very helpful in getting us the right parts and products at a decent price. They stay open a few hours later than the others (9 pm), which really comes in handy in a pinch.

Main issues I have is I called them and asked them for a part and they told me it didn't exist even though I had the part in my hand I think the place needs a little bit better management and some better qualification for their hiring employees
