I don t normally leave many google reviews but this place deserves it. Every single person there was extremely down to earth. Brian, Bobby, and Jennifer were just amazing during the entire process of my purchase. The sales department was also extremely knowledgable! If you re looking for a place where they make you feel like family and not just another customer, this is where you want to go! Thanks again guys!!

I drove in from 4 hours away and it was absolutely worth it. Carl is probably the best salesperson I ve ever had. He got me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. Jennifer in financing got me the financing I wanted and I was able to bring home my dream Spyder. If you are looking for a place to buy, THIS is your place. You will be welcomed like old friends or family.

We just bought a new Kawasaki KRX, the entire staff is amazing and really does care about each and every customer. Highly recommend them if you are looking to buy. They even take extra care of all the veterans. Not many people do that so thank you! Brian our salesman was super helpful and the finance department did a great job to get us the best rate possible! They even do service work as well and have the most knowledgeable staff to answer all your questions.

Well they was going to sell me a sxs for 26,750 out the door after I sold my sxs I already had then after I sold mine they told me it was going to be 27,500 bare no roof no nothing ended up calling up at all seasons in martinsville wv and got the same sxs with roof and windshield for 25,720 out the door! So all I m saying is they might be the same name of dealership but take my word on it I ll make the three hr drive up there anytime barboursville wv is over priced. Would not recommend anyone shopping here

My wife Greta and I Stopped in to just look and what an experience. They make you feel like family. No pressure sales and they care for the customer. I highly recommend visiting them when you may need or just shopping. They were a godsend!!! I had the worst sales experience ever with another Can Am Dealership. Everyone here was gracious, knowledgeable, and attentive. I can t say enough great things. A month of hell with the one Dealer. They took care of my needs in one day. Highly recommend them.

I went here yesterday to buy a new motorcycle. Before I even entered the building the manager greeted me and told me that someone would be with me as soon as possible. When I got inside all the employees were either on a call or working with another customer but a salesman did wave to me while on the phone. He immediately came over and assisted me as soon as he could. Everyone there was polite, friendly, and helpful. They made sure I got the bike I wanted at the lowest price that I could get it. I am glad I chose them to purchase from and if I buy anything else in the future I will definitely start here first when looking for a new bike. A big thank you to them for everything that they did for me.

Excellent customer service. In and out with a new Ryker sport in a couple of hours. We called a few days prior to arrival. They had everything ready when we arrived. They were very polite and helpful.

Stopped by here, just to see the FTR1300. Clean place. They have a KAWASAKI side that was not advertised. Went back home and started looking at their website; placed an online app, last week. No calls, no emails...nothing. Called them to see if they still had the bike, and they do, but was handed off to somebody that was having computer issues. No call back in over three hours. Not sure if I could trust this place to make a proper sale... Edit: Then a response from the general manager says my application went to another location, insinuating it was my fault... I can guarantee it was the Barboursville, WV location I had been browsing of the stock available. Am tempted to downgrade 2-star to 1. Will not be considering this purchase any longer.

Had a Very good experience with the group at all season traveled 2hrs to get the machine I wanted. The guys and girls was friendly and worked with me. Would highly recommend anyone to go and see what good deals this group as!!!

Very helpful and informative. We had several questions about the Can-Am trike and our salesperson was very helpful in answering all our questions. Very knowledgeable on the product and I'd recommend visiting them before buying your new trike.

Very bad experience with them they have no signs stating NO Returns I spent 450.00on a CDI unit that I am now stuck with you are unaware untill u get your receipt stating this

Highly recommend store to get ATV and other recreational vehicle. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got my first 2019 Ryker Rally at this store and it has been a pleasant experience.

Stopped in last weekend to look around. Left with a 2018 Maverick Trail. Had great service pretty knowledgeable staff. Guy even delivered my side by side to my house. If your in the market for a new toy I recommend trying this place out.

Called and asked how much for oil change and was quoted 3 hours labor at 90 dollars a hour, that comes out to approximately 320 dollars for oil change assuming 50 dollars for the oil, I called ashland cycle and was quoted 120 dollars which is what I was paying at east end cycle, easy to say who will get my business, it only takes 1 hour labor to change it, this place is a rip-off !!!

Bought a new 2020 commander from Bobby, and it was a great experience, staff is awesome, and service is on point, I recommend this place, bout to buy another from them also
